Sasha was great, answering all our questions about the different beds and bases, and showing how the new models are different from the one we have. She even worked her way through our complicated payment requests! If you visit the Camas store, definitely ask for her.
Chris and his team and absolutely amazing. Every step of the process was fun, educational and easy. Its tough to get a perfect score from me regarding customer service, but these folks truly went above and beyond.

-$10k bed without a vibrate function?-Delivery team wont remove old bed base... Theyll remove the mattress but not the base?-Takes them almost A MONTH to deliver...Why would anyone deal with these people?
I forgot the little lady that helped us. But we had pretty much made our minds up what we wanted before getting there. But she. Was very helpful in answering all my questions and helping us out with all our wants and needs.

Updated my rating from 2 to 4 stars. I appreciate that management reached out and tried to resolve to the best of their ability. Very frustrated! When you pay 6k for a mattress you expect certain service that comes with it. I bought my mattress on September 6th. If the window delivery doesnt work for you, then expect delivery to be pushed back by 1 month. Now Im expected to wait for my mattress until December 6th. Im literally going to take a day off to be there so that it can be delivered on a convenient time for them. Buying experience was great. Once you buy the mattress delivery is something else.........
I ordered a queen size bed with a gentleman on the phone and told him my bedroom was upstairs. he did not ask for any measurements for the ceiling or the width of the stairs he said it should fit just fine and this was a queen bed. I waited three weeks just to have the delivery people tell me they could not get the bed up the stairs. They said I would have to upgrade to a king for it to fit up the stairs. I then called the store explain the situation to them and they said there was nothing they could do and that I would have to pay an extra $1200 to get the king size bed instead of the queen. I am going to call customer service and see if anyone else can help me because the people at the store are terrible at their jobs and don’t know what customer service is. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Even during Covid times this was an excellent experience. The transaction was done in a pleasant and friendly manner. This will be our second Sleep Number bed. Soon we hope to be sleeping as well as we were in our first Sleep Number bed.
I came in on a Saturday and was helped by McKenna, came back Sunday with my husband and was helped by Jaime and then called in my order on Monday with Chris. All 3 staff members told me the same exact thing which was great to see the whole team knowledgable and consistent. I cant wait to get my bed so I can start saying great things about it too.
We purchased a p6 bed and the salesman told us that he was going to give us a special rate that he shouldnt, but he said we would anyway. When we got home I went online and found out that the discount was for anyone online. I still want the bed, but what a con job of a sales pitch. Shame on you Sleep Number.

Jeff and Chris at the store made buying a bed very easy. We were shown what the benefits of the bed were and the pricing was up front and honest. Jeff did a great job selling the bed without me feeling pressured. We made several trips to compare beds and went back and forth on our choices. Both Jeff and the manager Chris were patient and continued to show us options to ensure we got the right bed. Even suggesting lower priced options. Could not have been a nicer experience.

*****AMAZING *****We actually purchased our pSE 360 king size bed over the phone. Weve had a Sleep Number bed (a queen) for about 13 years, and have loved every single night of it. Jeff K has been absolutely amazing, making this all happen over the phone and getting a delivery date that works out perfectly. I will never ever own any other bed unless its a Sleep Number Bed. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING
We were looking to replace our 20 year old C4 bed and went in to get some questions and concerns answered. Jeff made us feel so comfortable that we decided to purchase that evening. We chose the i8 because of the way it was presented to us. Jeff asked specific questions about our present and future needs. We felt the i8 was what we wanted now and needed in the future. This little corner store is just what the doctor ordered. Low-key, calm and comfortable, with a knowledgeable staff and great floor models. SO MUCH BETTER than the turn and burn mattress stores and outlets. Buying a bed was a pleasurable, knowledge-driven experience.

I broke my back and had to sleep in a hospital bed for over a year. My new Sleep Number bed allowed me to get normalcy back in my life and get back in my bedroom! Go in the showroom in Camas (next to Costco) and ask for Craig. Craig is extremely knowledgeable and patience and will not try to push a sale or up-sell you, but rather finds the perfect fit for what you need. Thank you Sleep Number and Craig!

Ive owned 3 Sleep Number beds over the past 20+ years - a full size, a King, and now a Queen. Very happy with my latest purchase and thrilled that it works so well on a platform bed-frame. Highly recommended!

Three salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly. Too the time to answer our questions and allowed us plenty of time to test the mattresses. He never seemed pushy, which is a positive.
We were told by some friends to not buy a sleep number bed because theyre overpriced, but we did anyway because they are very comfortable. We went to this location and after paying about $5k, we got the bed delivered on the date we asked about one month later. The problem is that they didnt send us the control box to make the bed functional and they sent us the wrong sheets. Customer service then told us that the soonest we could get the sheets was in about 5-7 days. If you spend about $5k on anything and you give them one months advance notice, they should either get the order right or correct their error immediately. Do not come to this location.
How do they stay in business. $2100 for the simple bed & adjustable frame. Sheeze
The staff was ok.Be aware of the 100 day return policy. The high $$$ adjustable part of the bed is not refundable.
At the store the girl lured us in with false information about the warranty. She told us it was a 25year warranty but after all the paperwork was said and done asked us to sign the limited prorated warranty. We went ahead and ordered it anyway and were told it would only take 2 weeks to get it...here we are 6 weeks later, still havent recieved it because the install technician keeps having emergencies. Their solution to cancelling repeatedly is to continue to schedule it again for 2 weeks later....we still havent received our $7,000 bed that we already paid for. 😡
The employees had latex gloves on and paper bags filled with oregano. Don’t trust them one bit. They got angry when I spilt my oatmeal on the floor, it was accident, but they hit me over the head with a blunt object and I woke up in a new Buga..... dumpster. Nice smell though, good job on the scented tree’s joe :)

Nice store. Expensive air mattresses.Bought the adjustable bed with sleep number mattress. Its the most uncomfortable bed Ive ever slept on. Went back to my Serta mattress and put the sleep number in the guest room. $5000 wasted on this air mattress.

Sleep number, as a company, is a very unorganized company. I have been very disappointed with the service provided throughout my experience with them both in the store and on the phone. First, my sales rep, Jeff, in Camas, Wa. lied to me regarding my sale. I specifically asked him to put the iQ technology on my order and he didnt. If you call customer service; expect to be on hold for no less than an hour. I was told that my bed would be shipped to me in 2-4 weeks and I did not receive it until two months later with no forewarning or communication. I was then told that I had to pay $500 to upgrade to the iQ technology when I had originally stated to my sales rep that I wanted it included with my purchase. I did not have a problem paying for the iQ technology upon purchasing my bed, however, I was not going to pay $500 after the fact because the sales rep, Jeff, chose not to put it on my order. If you order the iQ technology at the same time as the order of your bed, the iQ technology is $299, but if you order the iQ technology after the fact then it is $500. Because my order had not been delivered in 2-4 weeks, like promised, I called the store where I ordered my bed to find out where it was and they had stated both times that they would have customer service call me to schedule a time for delivery and they never followed through. Because these beds are extremely expensive, I also expect customer service, both in the stores and over the phone to be professional, courteous and organized. I do like my bed, but I would never order from sleep number again, and I would never recommend them to anybody I know, due to the way I was lied to and unprofessionally treated. One of the most unorganized companies that I have ever dealt with.
