Excellent service and deals! Anna was extremely pleasant and helpful with her advice and answering all the questions I had about the different types of mattresses. She was also able to find a great deal for me, and because of that I was able to get my dream king size bed instead of a queen. There are a variety of mattresses on the floor that you can try and test and then decide which one fits your sleeping needs. Luke was very knowledgeable in helping us select the appropriate mattress (we selected the Tempur-Pedic probreeze) and the order and delivery process was seamless. We were so happy with our purchase that went back to Luke to help us order another mattress for our another place we have. We have not received this one yet but Luke made the process very easy again.

Was moving from 1 apt. to another and was handling move myself. It was showering on and off. I popped into the Mattress Firm by Alwife and ask if theyd sell me plastic matress bags. They have them for their own use, not as typical sales items. They only have so many but they set my up. TY!

The whole time she seemed annoyed and I think I paid more than what I should have because I bought this same bed fram 4 months ago for $80 and now it was $159.... she told me it was the new and improved version but legit looks the exact same as the other one.

He was attentive and patient and also gave us the space we needed to try out mattresses many times and talk through our options. We explained our budgeting constraints to Mark and he helped us to buy a mattress that we loved at a price that felt comfortable to us. The store also seemed to be taking good precautions related to COVID-19 that helped us to feel safe during the process. I was extremely impressed with Mark from Mattress Firm. I have to admit - I was very indecisive. I wanted an expensive mattress, but it wasnt quite in my budget. I needed to solve a problem of needing an adjustable base to match the height of my husbands bed (two twin XLs). I went there recently.The staff was pleasant and attentive. I wasnt ready to purchase a mattress at the moment, however, I would consider them as a good choice for mattress shopping in the future.The stores located in the Fresh Pond shopping center. The parking lot can be somewhat hazardous, especially for pedestrians. Exercise caution.

This location is solid! Definitely sit on a variety or mattresses before you buy them. However, if you do hate your mattress they will take jr back for a cost. The sales guy was a riot and really knows his stuff!!
