I got my truck from city select and was extremely happy with the help I received from Drew and Logan it was some issues with the truck but they said they would be fixed and they would pay for it so 1st my speedometer is broken and I’ve called about it numerous times I got this truck in December of 2020 it’s now 4/26/2021 and it’s still on backorder or so I was told by Troy as are all Gm parts for customers that have Gm vehicles that’s that 2nd my service air bag light is on 3rd I crashed my truck and got it towed to city select Nancy told me I would only be charged for parts cause that’s what they do (my boyfriend said I don’t think she knows what she’s talking about) which she didn’t cause after calling and calling and never getting the price I finally got a price and I was charged for parts and labor ok no problem I’m gonna pay for it regardless so I’m told you needed three parts 1. Control arm 2. Axel 3. Mounts and the parts cost $257.46 and the labor cost $250 so that totals $507.46 and that’s what they said was the bill for my repairs so I paid $460.00 which leaves $47.46 last week I get a call asking when I’m gonna make a payment on my acct ummm what acct my car note is up to date and the only thing I owe is $47.46 now they have a whole new repair bill the girl on the phone said it was two separate bills and one was dated 3/22/21 ummm my vehicle was not in the shop on 3/22/21 she said the date on the invoice does not matter of course it does being as I paid on 3/10/21 and picked it up 3/12/2021 as I told her sounds like a scam to me and PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE AND DO BUSINESS

This place offered nothing but great service and vehicles. They go out of their way to make sure you are happy and that your vehicle is in great shape. I had the pleasure of working with Logan (Salesman), and there wasnt a car on the lot that he couldnt tell you about. And thats saying a lot because this place moves a lot of cars! It was 10-20 degree weather outside and he did not hesitate to run out and warm up the 4-5 vehicles that I wanted to test drive... It doesnt get better than that. Personally I fell in love with this 2008 Infiniti G35x and Logan made sure if there was anything wrong, that it would be taken care of. And sure enough he followed through. There were minor issues that had to be addressed mechanically and it did not cost me a single penny. Troy (Manager) as well would pick my car up and take it to the proper mechanic/electrician to get anything that needed to be done on the vehicle taken care of. Simple as that.The financial team at the Burlington location does an amazing job as well. I was assigned Debbie as my adviser and she gave me a direct phone number to contact her for any reason about my payments. If I need an extra day before the auto pay goes through to avoid overdraft charges, she will help out. These people are the kind of people you want on your side and do business the right way. If I want to pay 3 months in advance, she will make sure that I am not billed on top of that. I could go on and on.All in all, this is the perfect place to go. All you need is proof of employment / residence and they will get you driving away in what YOU want to take home. This place is in a category of its own, and you wont find anything like it. Trust me, I looked.If you come to the Camden location, ask for Logan. You wont be disappointed!

Down payments very expensive for a matter of fact the down payments are what the vehicle is worth. The two years you pay is all profit for them. So not worth it. I can say they are very friendly.

Stay as far away from this pace as possible! The sales people are more then friendly and helpful as possible however, their mechanic & management are a complete joke. Took a day off from work to pick out a vehicle, test drove all the vehicles I was approved for, first vehicle was a blue jeep liberty that had a bad head gasket, second was a dodge charger with bad brakes, two Hondas later I came across a black jeep liberty that I fell in love with. During the test drive, the vehicle smoked so bad from a bad power steering pump they had to take it right to the mechanic. Who TAPED a high pressure power steering hose (obviously they knew it was leaking) but of course played dumb when I brought it to their attention. 2 days later I went to pick up my jeep that was fixed under their warranty. Mark greeted me and explained that while the vehicle was on their lot a tow truck hit it and put a fist sized gash in the drivers door. (Already not honoring their contractual warranty their fix was a blue door from a donor jeep. I said forget it after 2 hours of arguing. The same day on my way home on exit 7 off 295 the 02 SENSORS POPPED OFF. Making my jeep sound like an apache helicopter. The next day they refused to route it back, so I had to drive it to their muffler repair shop, both sensors had to be re-threaded. While in the muffler shop, the technician noticed the engine was smoking. Apparently City select autos mechanic just taped the hose again. The following week the starter and alternator died (kinda understandable). Over the next 3 months I made numerous trips to Camden to tell them how the vehicle was sucking down a gallon of antifreeze a month. Of course I was bounced from Mark, to Ron, to some other guy. After 8 months of ownership, $4,000 and a ear full of excuses the engine block cracked. The vehicle spent more time in their mechanic shop then on the road. Cost to repair through THEIR mechanic was $2000. After expressing my concern about their mechanics credibility... it became clear that they would not honor their 50/50 warranty unless the work is done by their mechanic. Needless to say, from a place good things about it was a very very bad experience. With that said this is only the Camden location Im reviewing. If you can try going to a used car dealership that doesnt ignore your calls when your standing in their parking lot after a week of lies.

Bought 2 cars from them and both had problems 2 weeks after I bought them and they said it just happened to be not under the warranty. My question is if a mechanic literally checks the cars before being bought than how do major parts break in just 2 weeks! This place is a rip off!!!

Im a mechanic I went there scanned a couple cars I liked all bs....Im a mechanic down the street from them and 60 percent of the cars that come in are from City select..Where the hell do they get these cars theyre all trash..If you decide to get played I WILL SEE YOU REAL SOON ....LOL

On our 2nd car with them; first car wasnt so good - the warranty was a joke because of the companies they were partnered with. 2nd car we asked way more questions and new warranty partners are much better.

Customer service was on point specially from Mrs. Mayra . I will highly recommend this lot to all my friends and family members.

Down payments are insanely High for a buy here pay here I noticed a lot of things broken or missing from the Cars on the lot wouldnt be my first place to go

Misleading....Made a call after visiting the website, apparently their idea of an inexpensive car is $7000. That was the cheapest car they were selling... at that rate, I might as well pay $2000 more for a certified pre-owned.
