Associates willing to help, stock displayed well. In store stock indicated on line, made for a quick trip in and good accomplishment.

Associates need to be trained as to what is a food item & what is a chemical item. Fabric Softener leaked on my butter, my frozen strawberries & the lunchables. It wiped off but my hands, the bags & the trunk of my car had fabric softener on them. Not the first time this has happened but it will be the last. Good bye Camden Walmart!

I hate the self checkouts!! Seriously folks, its like I am totally exhausted after buying groceries here! I am sorry,but I want a cashier to interact with. Might been the only real conversation of the day/ week/ month!! Sorry,just honesty...Walmart ....

Four stars because when we order online for pickup they either don’t substitute items not in stock or they say an item is not in stock but you can walk in and find it. This happens allot and makes that service irrelevant.

Great place to shop even if your kid thinks it needs a toy every time you walk in! Keeps a good stock and does online pick up.

I found everything I was looking for my only complaint would be is about there plus size clothes section didnt have any pretty clothes at all. Even though your big our money help establishments as well. Plus size women want look good as well.

It was clean and well set up to be a Wal-Mart which we all know Im not a big fan of Wal-Mart to begin with.. But will go back to this one in Camden Arkansas.

This store wont answer the phone. They have a photo dept but Noone is there . Always having issues with something, cant count on them to complete a small order even if its sent in 24 hrs in advance. Was so happy to see that they had a new manager but nothing has changed in this dept and the employee said to come back tomorrow with attitude 30 minutes just to drive to this store. Angry

I shouldnt have to say anything. You know how I feel about this company. It has went to hell.

Bought a futon. The gentleman who helped get it loaded went above and beyond and provided excellent service.

What can I say, its Walmart. Limited stock. Price cheaper than the local competition. A million check-out lanes and only 2 cashiers. Security checking your receipt making sure you paid for those paper towels. Etc. Etc.

I got my Covid 19 shot at Walmart, The pharmacist ask for my ID explain everything to me and sent me to wait for the doctor, They were really nice,

Rose and Queen are the most awesome people. Always friendly. I especially love Rose, she has always been a great person and prays for me and my daughter. The rest of the employees that I have encountered have been nice. The only complaint I have is some of the employees arent wearing the mask properly.

What’s up with this Walmart being out of half and half milk all the time? Four out of five visits to store mainly to pick up half and half milk and shelves completely empty. Very frustrating. Four out of four visits to Brookshire’s and they always have half and half.

Went to purchase tires, but no one was at the service desk and then when someone did show their attitude was funky so I went to Van hook tires to purchase. They need customer training training at the Eldorado Ark store.

Customer service is poor. If you ask for help the associates say that aint my department I cant help you, will offer to go get help but return to what they was doing like they wasnt helping a customer.

Went to purchase two different items that their web site said was in stock but didnt have either. Not the first time for this stores location.

What can I say, it is WM. Everyone knows they like to stock during peak shopping hours, rarely have human checkers, and will change inventory randomly. Pick up service is not too bad, though, just dont plan to ever get deli meat. They are almost always out of better brands.

21 days now since this store has allowed cash at any self-check. They claim the cash truck has not run. ONE register open for cash sales.

Went to see if they had any swimsuits and ..Didnt find what I was looking for... Hardly any choices at all....

The lady in the pharmacy went above an beyond to get me a better price on my medicine. This was at the Eldorado store. Price is way more at the Camden Walmart, why I dont know.

The Supercenter in Camden is really miss-managed! The checkers and workers are really nice, but management does not ensure that customers are taken care of properly. Long before COVID-19 this store could not and actually would not keep some of the most basic grocery items stocked. On this visit only 2 registers serving large buggy loads were open and 6 folks in 1 line, 7 in the other. Zero long belt self service lines open. Hopefully if enough of us that spend a lot of our money in this store will speak up the management in this store will turn it around!

Very nice Walmart. Better stocked than most I’ve been to, the parking lot was very clean, and the checkout line was short. We stocked up our RV with groceries, spent the night, and headed on our way in the morning. Thank you Walmart!

Found everything I needed today. I use to give them 5 stars, but I dropped 2 the service I got in several departments, Lets just say that a lot of Associates do not know there are or if youre looking for an item you get NO HELP OR AT LEAST A GENERAL DIRECTION! Especially in electronics! They used to have wonderful customer service 5-6 years ago, but not anymore. I hope they improve on this soon.

Ive lived in this town for 2 years now, and for the entire two years this has been by far the worst Walmart Ive ever had to shop at. The food selection is terrible very little variety, and if you happen to find something that you like you can guarantee theyll be out of it constantly. Every time I go to the electronics department the associates are nowhere to be seen, but if you find one theyre usually completely unhelpful.

WalMart is WalMart!! Look for what you want because NO one is interested in helping YOU. Has a pretty good section.

Order 2 computers online, got emails saying they dont have one of them and the other was from a 3rd party and got email saying the battery overheats, so now I have over 500 dollars on pending. That has been 5 days ago, never buying computer from them online again. Went to Walmart and they said just have to wait for refund

I had money sent to Wal-Mart, I went to pick it up at 6 pm. Money center was closed at 4 because someone got sick. I waited for an hour to try to get someone to help me & was told 4 different times there was NOTHING that could be done. I finally just got upset & left. Wal-Mart in Camden Arkansas will not see any more of my money to say the least.

Typical walmart with typical items. A problem I run in to often is they stop selling the items I buy on a regular basis. It is obviously selling so I dont know why they stop. The cashiers are hit and miss with friendliness. Door greeters are very nice. The management and return center are the worse thing about this place. They are rude, take forever, and are not professional.

I havent been inside a walmart in 10 months and no plans to return.

Dodging many shoppers everyone had to push carts around pallets & boxes in most isles & walkways. I do not enjoy the new scan and go check out stations. Seems just another way WalMart has of totally eliminating jobs & individual customer service.

Although the ice and snow storm wiped out the grocery section, this location always stocks what they can when they can.

Used Mr.Coffee coffee maker. Neighbors bought a Mr.Coffee coffee maker earlier today and just opened, it thinking it was a new box, found mold and mildew along with used coffee filter and grounds.

My visit in the Camden store was very good. This store was more organized then a few others Ive been too and the ladys in the electronics dept were very helpful and friendly.

The employees are generally nice theirs always a few people who for some reason hate there jobs and would like u to have a bad day. On another note plenty to choose from currently has some good deals on Italian bread and select produce. Id recommend an in and out kind of shopping tho

I hate the no refund or exchange rule on the clothing apparel. I did not have the extra $20.00 to buy another set ( 6 pack ) of tank tops and had not even opened the package. Its ridiculous . I will not be buying any more clothes from Walmart in the near future.

The floor layout at this location is odd. Most other stores have a shopper friendly layout. So when youre in a hurry you can go straight to what you need if youre from out of town. Camden Wal-Mart is not set up that way.

Calling there was surprisingly pleasant.. very unusual for any large retailer. P/U was quick, and convo. was informative and pleasant.. Excellent customer service. ..

Store is messy, complete chaos in that store. Hate 1 way aisles that arent marked clearly, workers are not helpful at helping you find items. 1 way aisles are ignored & people go up & down wrong direction.

The self check out is the best part!!!...no rude cashiers! Glad they decided to add this feature! Still has long lines regardless but my shopping time is a little shorter.

I ordered online and my reciept said it was ready to pick up but when I got there i was informed that the product would not arrive until the next day.

This was by far my worst visit to Walmart. I was standing in the paint section waiting for help and could not get any help. I waited so long I decided to call the store and ask to speak to a manager and they never came. No one came to the paint department because they said they had no one to run that department so no one healthy I ended up leaving the store

I shop here frequently with my family and or friends and we always find what we are looking for with no problems. The staff are almost always very friendly and helpful. I go here for all my shopping needs whether it be for groceries, clothes, decor, electronics, or automotive they alwatd have what I need in stock.

My experience at Walmart super center was ridiculous! Since when can a pharmacist not fill your prescription, that has been filled there for several years, because she doesnt feel comfortable about it? I will not be spending another dime at Walmart!!
