Very small and convenient. They didnt answer their phone so I assumed they were busy. Went in and saw 2 customers, so I was a bit upset. But nonetheless very nice location.
Came to this location recently and had a great experience. This Camden store was a lot better and more equipped than the Dover location. Staff was super cool and helpful!
Seaford store is a lot closer to me but I drive the extra hr to go to this store because of the manager steph. Always a pleasure to do business with her.

The young gentleman I met with today was very informative, very knowledgeable and polite. I was greeted when I entered and he helped me find exactly what I needed to have a happy little man at home! Also answered quite a few questions I had about future purchases with knowledge of the products and an honest opinion on shipping to home or to the store.

Went in to get a game saw the box said it was 37.99 pre owned she then proceeded to tell me it was 54$ I took pictures of the box with the price she told me she’s the only one there her manager just left she lives two hours away and that her managers phone was dead every reason under the book to not give me the game for the price very misleading called a different GameStop and they told me she didn’t need a managers keys so she lied to me as well, very rude would not recommend

I like gamestop and this one is pretty good. The lines can be slow sometimes though. But most of the staff are awesome and know their stuff for the most part. I do all of my preorders at this location and Ive never had a problem. Even done a few midnight release events here. They were always organized well and everything went smoothly. Id definitely recommend them.
Went for Thanksgiving sales. The staff was great and got us in and out quickly. Very knowledgeable for all the games and systems to help us older people buying for grandkids

Almost always found what I needed when buying but will never sell. It’s like a gamer pawn shop. Store was always clean and the employees are knowledgeable and helpful.
Horrible experience.So I went in to trade some games towards a preorder I wanted to put down. I had the store manager working with me directly. She wasnt the best in attitude as first impression but didnt seem bad.She told me there was a policy that she couldnt take one of the games because it was new in package and never opened. So I asked if she needed me to open it and she informed me no Id had to open it and bring it back a different day for them to accept it.Wasnt great but whatever GameStop isnt known for great policies for players anyway. Got to the end and paid off the game. Asked if they were doing a midnight release for it tonight. She told me theyd actually be doing a 9pm release. I was pretty happy about that as it was 7 already so only had to wait a couple hours.I come back at 9. The lines for waiting arent exactly clear. Both the game I wanted (Outer worlds) and call of duty modern warfare remastered were both releasing tonight so it was busy as expected but not lines out of the store like in the past. Customers were having to tell each other which line was PS4 vs Xbox. The Xbox line only had like 5 people in it. Once they got through the guy just stood there and said I dont decide the lines and the store manager didnt have him help with the store long line of PS4 customers. When I finally got up to her she asked me if I had a final receipt when I tried to hand her the one she gave me just a couple hours ago. I told her just this one that you gave me. She snatched it out of my hands and said No I didnt! And proceeded to look it over annoyed and said oh, this one for outer worlds realizing it seemed like she was wrong.No apology, no mentioning of being wrong, nothing. She handed it back to me and told me to wait over by one spot since I didnt have a final receipt. Well she started asking everyone behind me if they had one and none of them did either. So clearly I wasnt the only one given improper documents.Then she waved me on to come to her and tried to pressure me to get the warranty on the game after already declining it.The store manager overall is horrible and just reminds me of the many reasons I dont like shopping at GameStop anymore. I cant recommend anyone go to the Camden, DE GameStop as of 10/24/19.

I rate this service fair (standard) across the board except for the service which I would consider poor. I paid for a brand new game only to find out that I received a used version. Regardless of if the copy I received is playable or like new, I paid for an unmolested copy because thats what I wanted. Instead this branch gave me a used version for retail price because that was the last copy that they had in stock. If that were the last (used) copy, they should have informed me and charge me for a USED copy versus the NEW price.Absolutely unacceptable. Definitely will not be doing business with this company again.
They need to hire people who know their products a lot better
Went in to buy a console after seeing they had it in stock at this store. They did not and tried to upsell me an extra $100, going to buy it on Amazon for $125 cheaper instead. Besides that the employees were very nice, just bad pricing and selection.
Walked in, was not greeted by anyone, had some trouble finding 2 things due to the disarray of Xbox games and everything being out of order and just kind of thrown together.. then, I was asked if I checked on their website to see if they had it in stock, I questioned why I would check their website since I was already in the store and asked them to check, reluctantly they did and it was out of stock. I was told to either order it online or check at Best Buy. The entire time I was there I felt like I was bothering the employees because I wanted something that they didnt have in stock... Well I went to Best Buy and spent $160 there. It was obvious that GameStop didnt care if I spent money in their store, so I didnt. The first time I came to this location (around November of 18) I was satisfied and left wanting to come back.. now (January of 19) Ive decided I wont be back and I WILL take the EMPLOYEES advice and check online (other than GameStop) and at Best Buy before I ever step foot in this location again.

I’ve tried selling my Apple Watch 5 times at the camden location.... 1st time the girl didn’t want to buy it and get in trouble...2nd time they couldn’t find the serial number as I was telling her I have it...3rd time the software is updating which I get it but when I visit a 4th time a couple days later thinking it’ll be done I’m told it’s still updating and now my 5th visit which was even more days it’s still updating.... a system doesn’t take almost 2 weeks to update.... if you don’t buy Apple watches don’t advertise you do!!!!!

Some of the laziest employees I’ve ever encountered. I will go out of my way to go to another store or order online from a different retailer in the future. I was told “I’m wrapping things up tonight so I’m not going to be able to help you.” This was in response to me asking if they could check if they had a game in stock since it wasn’t on the shelf but online it said it was. Mind you they don’t even close for two more hours. Awful attitude and customer service.
One of my other favorite places to buy action figures,games,etc. The salespeople are knowledge and friendly. Went out of their way to help me solve a problem I had on the website when ordering a figure.

Went in just to browse and saw a couple of controllers for the PS4. Went to purchase them, and was told, sorry they didnt have them in the store. Then why have the boxes on the shelf, is my thought. So just lost 120.00 in sales, that day.

This new crew didnt really understand a lot about video games at all. It was weird being in a environment where you would at least know how to compare certain games with their counterparts, but that was not the case in this instance. I was going to shop here, but its gone down the drain. Long live digital downloads folks.

Stood in line for 30 minutes, then even though the computer said they had a game (after bringing the case up), was told they couldnt find it. Wont go back again, this was not the first time I had an issue with this store.
