It always have what I want and the service was great

Not a 24hr store. Doors are closed after midnight! Been there a few nights after work the doors are always close.

Your team is not friendly, they are rude. Your food is not fresh. The workers at the 7-11 on 330 Cooper St are refusing to wear protective mask. Employee was super rude and totally unhelpful. Me using 7-11 rewards program was inconvenient for him. Ignored my questions or gave me be answers. This 7-11 is horrible 9 out of 10 visits.

My rewards points are never deducted when I try to use them

Most of the time its a decent experience at this 7-Eleven. Recently, it seems like the management has improved the quality of this store especially when it comes to their employees. There was a period around the beginning of the year where I had a lot of negative experiences mostly involving under-trained staff who arbitrarily decided when the store would be open. (Keep in mind that its a 24 hour store) But like I said, it has been much better recently.

Went around 12am and they told us to leave bc it was closed

The worst group of employees I have ever come across; extremely rude... especially the chubby hispanic girl. You actually have to match their rudeness to get poor quality of service at best. If you dont like your job... QUIT!

It’s says 24 hours lies I just want there at 7:20am and it was closed the manager never have on a mask don’t tell people that comes in there to have one on when it’s a sign on the door

Great 7-11. This location stocks a ton of different items, and is open 24 hours! Its also pretty clean (especially for a 7-11), and the staff is actually pretty friendly for a convenience store. The customers are mostly Rutgers students, Camden County cops, and Camden locals, so the whole place has a friendly vibe.

Rude cashier was on her phone the whole time. I asked her a question at checkout and was flat out ignored. I had to ask her twice in order to get her attention from her phone. Was rushed to checkout and didn’t even have time to pull out the app. Don’t recommend going past 12am or whenever she’s working there.

This store has been like my second home for over four years now. Ive seen them go through two owners. Love the old one but really love the new owner. Hes always giving my baby free bananas. 🍌 They are the best. Friendly, prompt service and especially clean considering the area. Best store ever! Best coffee!

Closed until 2:30 p.m....its 4:30 a.m. Im dehydrated and 7/11 is closed for another 10 hours? I hope 7/11 Corporation fires everyone.

When i got to the store at 5:05am the employee had the store closed and told me that they were closed for a while. Its 7/11 man open 24 hrs eight or did i miss something. Fire that guy

Just had the worst experience trying to buy pizza. The employees there are the worst. Made me wait while on personal call, then asked me If I Was ready. Guy gave me attitude, slung pizza on side and sucked his teeth when I asked why do I have to hand him pizza from refrigerator when Im ordering a pizza. Pretty soon theyll want you to make it. Told him to shove it. Nice 7/11 but workers real ghetto and lazy! Never again!

Starting to become very disappointed with this location. Not sure of the hours of operation, but this is the second time I’ve visited and the store was closed. Not sure if they have specific hours of breaks, but it’s becoming very frustrating. First experiences was last week the young ladies were outside smoking and said they were given a hour break while it’s a line outside waiting to be helped. Tonight I visited and both employees were sitting behind the register chatting saying they were closed. Please put hours of operation on doors and breaks so that customers don’t have to come out their way to be disappointed. Thank you!

This is one of my favorite places to shop several times a week, I have downloaded the 711 app and sometimes use it for purchases.

I walked into the store with the refillable Slurpee cup I purchased a week prior at a Philadelphia location. I went down the aisle in front of the cash registers to the Slurpee machine (in clear view of the cashier). I refilled my cup then walked to the cashier to pay. The cashier charged me for the souvenir cup instead of a refill at which time I immediately disputed the charge. He claimed he didnt see me walk in with the cup & I kindly told him Id wait for him to check the security cameras because I walked in with the cup. Instead of checking the cameras, which would have proved my innocence, he attempted to justify his false accusations. I continued to insist he check the camera because I knew I walked in with the cup and after some further rudeness he finally charged me for the refill claiming he was going to have to check the camera the following day. He clearly wasnt paying attention if he didnt notice a big shiny silver Slurpee cup & he definitely lacked customer service skills.

This 7/11 is advertised as 24/7. Often times, the evening hour employees will lock the front door and have phone conversations while ignoring customers knocking on the front door.

Lady at the counter is rude and ignorant. Always rushing, always has an attitude, and gets angry when she makes a mistake. Worst service from a 7/11 Ive ever recieved. Theres a store thats farther away that Id rather go to just to avoid the awful service.

How are they 24 hours if they are closed for a hour and a half
