We ordered a piece for above our fridge and we noticed we didn’t get it in our delivery. For our countertops- we have three different edges in the kitchen- two different edges on our island alone. Disappointed with the product for the amount of money paid for the countertops.*UPDATE: Aaron phoned me after seeing this review and a technician is coming out to look at the countertop edges. He was very pleasant to speak with. He let me know that the piece above our fridge was on backorder these past few weeks but oversaw that note when we received our delivery. I will follow up once the issues are resolved but Im pleased with Aarons response
Product was exact fit and great customer service. Now my contractor was a different story. He was reading manual instructions while trying to install product purchase. My husband had to jump in when he try using wrong tools. To top it off we had to provide products that he should have brought with him since he was paid for the services. Never again will I purchased services from the installer. Miller fabricators get a person with experience, he makes you look bad.
I purchased my kitchen cabinets over 5 years ago and they still look brand new and holding up just as well. We did install them ourself but had Miller Fabricators install my counter top which is also in top shape. Looking forward to do my next project with this company. 9/5/2019
The communication and customer service was poor. They continually rescheduled the service over a 3 week period with no definitive date. No regard for customer time and situation.
My husband and I purchased a newly remodeled home with Miller Fabricators’ cabinets installed in our kitchen. The cabinets supposedly carry a 5 year warranty, and our cabinets are less than 1 year old. After living in our home for several months we noticed a substantial defect in the trim of one of the cabinet headers. Knowing in our closing paperwork we were given the cabinet warranty, I decided to reach out to the kind people at Miller for some guidance as to how to file a claim for this product defect. Much to my dismay, but not surprise, the staff at Miller made no effort to send a rep out to see the damage and treated me like a problem they wanted to go away without any solution. Aaron, the rep I talked to said this issue was caused from temperature variances and the house settling, all things they don’t warrant, how convenient. The house is 60 years old and the trim does not touch any exterior facing walls, all of these excuses again just a means to get me to go away. He offers me a touch up kit to fix the issue, which if you see the damage is not even a feasible remedy. I work for a highly reputable manufacturing company. Similar to Miller, we do not provide install either. Daily I support customer issues that are not our fault but we warrant because that’s how you build a good brand people trust. A quality manufacturing company will stand behind their product and more importantly, their customers 110%. YOU WILL NOT GET THIS SUPPORT FROM MILLER!
