I am employed for Pinnacle Hearing, from day 1 I have felt included, cared for and treated as if I have been with them forever. When the providers see the patients, it is more than just a hearing exam, it is true compassion from everyone at this clinic, they spend time with you, listen to all of your questions and concerns wanting and achieving the best outcome for the patient.

Could not ask for a better owner and staff to take care of my familys hearing needs.

I show up at 12:30 for 12:30 appointment, 40 minutes later still sitting in waiting room. Not acceptable at all.
