My was hit at the beginning of October and every collision/Autobody place had told me to even get my car in would be 2/3 weeks, Passport got my car in quickly and even though they had my car for 3 weeks they stayed in communication with me through every step. They called to let me know what parts was ordered, when they would arrive and what steps my car was in the repair process. I’m so happy! My car looks like new again.

The representative “JP” that worked with me was extremely knowledgeable and welcoming in his approach from the beginning until the delivery of my vehicle. JP was amazing from my first phone call for an appointment! He explained the entire process to me after I walked him through the details of my accident. Once I arrived, he arranged for Enterprise to pick me up. JP constantly updated me on the progress of my vehicle. He was very attentive and answered every single question I had in a timely manner. I had a great experience with Wryan Cannaday, the service representative that kept me informed, attentively listened, and provided timely updates; he was professional in all our interactions as my car was having front-end repairs due to a car accident.My experience went downhill after I picked up my car and noticed multiple scratches on my windshield which were not present before. When I informed Wryan of my concern, he partnered with his manager, Justin Hallock, who immediately said, “We will not assume fault, will not repair the windshield nor replace it; she can file a claim with her insurance company. Those scratches are from old windshield wipers.”Once I told Wryan, the windshield was not in that condition prior to the accident, and it’s not possible my blades did it because they are in good condition, he suggested I bring the car back to them to take a look at the windshield and try to buff the scratches.When I brought my car back, I worked with Justin Hallock, the manager, because Wryan was busy. Justin displayed zero empathy, desire to understand my concern nor active listening skills and was condescending in tone and assertion that this was a pre-existing condition. He led with what they could & would not do VS what they could do.1. Once at the car, Justin immediately proclaimed the multiple scratches on my windshield were from old blades, but NOT the ones on my car because they are in good condition. (I have owned this car since 2014 and have had the windshield repaired due to a rock chip and never saw scratches from the passenger side to the middle of my windshield.)2. After telling Justin the windshield was not in this condition before, and the marks were not from the blades, he snapped back with, “If it wasn’t the wiper blades, then what caused it?”3. After further discussion, I asked Justin if it were possible someone put my keying on the windshield and inadvertently turned on the blades causing the scratches, and he immediately shot that down and would not consider it even after being told repeatedly my windshield was not in this condition prior to being in Passport’s possession.*I eventually asked for his area/district supervisor due to his attitude and tone throughout the conversation.4. Justin tried to buff out the scratches with some white solution and a buffer which did not work, and he left all the residue from the white solution on my blades and molding around my windshield and hood-didn’t bother to clean up after attempting to buff the scratches.5. Eventually, Justin stated he would order me a new windshield, OE.I’m now waiting to hear back from him to bring my car back for the replacement windshield; I appreciate the gesture but hate it marred my overall experience because it left me feeling insulted and not valued as a customer.I will update this review once everything is resolved with my windshield.

Before I took my car to this collision to get it fix even though I was in an accident my headlights was work my right blinker was working and there was no water in my bulb. Dont get me wrong they did a good job fixing my hood and right side headlight but whatever happens when my car was at that shop my left side head light look like water has got in and now Im having problem with my right back side blinker. I took it to the dealership shop he fix the problem but the light still went out so I brought a new light and still having the same problem. I really do think whoever work on my car in collision made a mistake with my electrical. I take my car to the dealership shop to get it service I dont let a lot people working on my car only one person

Unfortunately, I had two incidences this year that caused damage to my new baby. The initial incident was when I was passing a dump truck in March that dropped a couple of rocks and damaged my hood and windshield. Then, in September, I had the misfortune of someone bumping into my car with a shopping car, causing side damage.Thankfully, I had the pleasure of working with Wryan Cannady on both occasions. Wryan assured me that theyd get my baby taken care of and looking new again. And each time, he delivered. He kept me abreast of what was happening with my car and the expected delivery time. Had a vehicle vandalism requiring extensive body work. All shops called told me itd be weeks before I could get in (including this one). I walked in anyway and got phenomenal costumer service. Employee walked me through his damage analysis, a time estimate, insights into vandalism trends they were seeing, and topped it off by getting Enterprise to come get me for a rental car. Only thing they couldve done better would be to follow up more frequently to update the costumer on progress/delays. Overall: Recommend.

They were very nice. They answered my questions a d actually got me a rental. After that, the problems started. It took 4 weeks to get my vehicle back. No one could ever answer my questions so I was continually bumped around. When I got into contact with them, they would transfer my call to the Nissan dealership. I know they didnt check the vehicle before they released it to me. (My lights were not aligned, had to schedule a time to go BACK to them to fix the issue.) I wont be going back.

My car recently sustained rear end collision in a MVA. When I contacted Passport Collision Center, my initial contact was with Mr. Poole “JP.” Mr. Poole was an excellent Service Tech. From the beginning, he displayed the utmost professionalism and was very knowledgeable of the process and what would take place during the repair process. He was kind enough to keep me updated on the status of my vehicle during the time it was at the Collision Center.I was very satisfied with the repair work and the excellent customer service shown by Mr. Poole.

Overall, the entire staff was professional and friendly which created a great atmosphere. However, Andre Briscoe was remarkable. He was very patient, understanding, and provided great guidance throughout the entire process. He made me feel reassured, and at the end of the process, he made me feel like family due to his genuine and kind personality. Also, the repairs (various black streaks along the front left side after someone hit my car in the parking lot) on my BMW X5 looked as good as new + they did a great job cleaning the car, and it was perfect upon pick-up. I could not thank Andre enough and if I ever have to come (fingers crossed that I do not LOL), then he will be the guy Im partnering with. Overall, 5 star experience thanks to Andre and the team.

This collision center failed in every way possible. Had a multitude of issues with them spanning from the old and basic Nissan Altima I was rented in place of my 2019 Infiniti Q60 Red Sport 400, to a series of botched jobs associated with the repairs to my vehicle (4 all told). Bottom line is the car is currently in the process of getting the repairs this shop was unable to perform successfully. I would avoid them in every way possible.

Sharonn is an extremely unhelpful know-it-all! She speaks condescendingly and accusatorially to potential customers. I did not appreciate her interrogating me as if she’s a “cop” trying to determine a customers negligence. No thank you! I will never give them a dime of my money, especially if I’m going to be treated in a suspicious manner. Word of advice to management: Customers just want their vehicles fixed! Point Blank. There are wayyyy to many options to choose a business with subpar customer serviceUpdated Response: There is no excuse for her unhelpful and unnecessary line of questioning, while treating me as inferior. She had the insurance estimate w/detailed explanations of damage that was approved and unapproved. All she needed to do was take the keys and fix the damage approved. Passport collision handled my insurance claim when I was rear ended by another driver. Though I would not go to them for a repair if I were paying out of pocket (they have to follow the Toyota protocol for each repair and as such their prices are.... high)-- I can not recommend them enough. They (Ryan, and the entire staff) handled my repair extremely professionally and they did an excellent excellent job with the repair. They got me into a rental car with Enterprise. Ryan provided countless updates along the way. And- and really this is worth its weight in gold- they negotiated and dealt directly w/ the car insurance.They do excellent work & I HIGHLY recommend going to them.

I was in an accident at the end of Nov 2020 and the Insurance company towed my car to Toyota Collison Center where I was assigned a bomb @ss service worker by the name of JP. When I tell u this man was on his job from day one wit no hesitation hands down, he would call and keep me updated call and let me know about the part they have to order the people he has working on my vehicle the whole 9 he keep me posted. And when I had questions about wht the Insurance company was saying about my car and and I didn’t understand. They gave me an estimate that was what I thought was affordable. I put a down payment down. Two days later I brought my car in to be repaired and the estimate had tripled. I couldnt get my money back b/c it seemed that deposit was buying a part, which was not explained clearly to me. I felt that I was misled. Ill never ever go through that again with this group.
