Decent staff but very busy on Friday afternoon. They forgot to tell me when I ordered that they were out of brewed coffee and had to make more. I learned after another person ordered about 10 minutes after me and someone mentioned it to her.I waited 20 minutes for one brewed coffee.

Im from Seattle (we have a Starbucks on every block) & this is hands down the best brewed Starbucks coffee Ive had. I went to this place twice while passing through and got an Iced latte with Almond Milk. The flavor is amazing 🤤 the wait can be long because so many people are passing through but honestly its worth it.

Does Starbucks is located on a highway junction. It tends to be busy sometimes but most of the time theyre pretty fast and friendly people. They always make my coffee right. Theyre consistent.

Very nice lady took my order, asked me if my drinks were hot and I said yes. I got one drink from an older lady then waited another 10 min and went up to ask for my other hot drink and was told this barista was making it. About 3 min later she set down a cold drink and called my name. I informed her it was supposed to be hot and she looked at me nasty poured it down the sink and after several minutes had not started my drink. I walked out with one drink because I could not wait any longer. Customer service was definitely not important to that employee.

Nice location. Very nice service. Used cups to hand things to customers which was very resourceful. Although I thought they were giving me a complimentary cup. Maybe a sticker or some sort of marking would make it less confusing. The drive-thru extended into a local road and nearly blocks the next door parking lot when it gets busy.

The coffee is delicious the people were very friendly. I drink coffee everyday and this location is one of the best taste coffee.♥♥♥♥♥

They tried to give me a caramel crunch frappuccino when I had ordered a regular caramel frappuccino w strawberry puree blended in and on the bottom and some strawberry inclusions on top!! They didnt want to remake my drink when I told them it wasnt what I ordered

Wonderful Starbucks! The crew was very outgoing, warm, and friendly. Prompt service. It was clean. They have separate restrooms for men and women; a unique feature for Starbucks was stalls in the restroom.

Im a starbucks addict and cant seem to live without my dragon drinks!!! I visit this store quite frequently as the 2 in town where I live are more often than not, out of my drink. So I drive the 30 minute round trip to make my purchase and they rarely run out. Customer service is always good as is the quality of the products.

Great location with friendly staff. Always make you feel welcome. Only hassle is the mobile order is sometimes not available inside with no warning and you could wait in the drive thru for 20+ minutes. Other than that, one of the few locations Ill go to in Chandler area.

Quick stop on our way home to California. Very nice, quick service. We had a complicated order and our Barista was very polite and patient. Stop here and grab your Starbucks!

We waited in the drive thru at the widow to order for about 2 min with no greeting. Once we were greeted we had to repeat our order several times as the lady informed us she was multiple tasking. We ordered 2 drinks @11.66. When we got to the window one of our orders was wrong. When we informed them one drink was wrong our bill then became 12.22 - not a problem. They lady behind the gentleman that handed us our drink was super annoyed and informed us our bill just went up! Great thank you- again no problem. Our total wait for drive thru and putting this poor lady in a bad mood was 25 min of our day. We will not repeat a visits at this location anytime soon. Next Starbucks is located in cottonwood.

Worst Starbucks workersMy boyfriend is a truck driver and we weren’t not able to come to the drive thru, but the manager talked to us the we can’t order from door, we can’t order via mobile because store doesn’t accept mobile orders, and we can’t order via drive thru without a car. Just let me know what the customer service is? I was at store and i was unable to order via 3 ways

Really had to go to the restroom so I bought something then I realized no restrooms open :( other than that the barista was really nice 👍🏼

The cashier was polite and friendly. She put our order in, but the girl making the drinks didnt follow the order on the two drinks. The coffee was too hot to drink, and I didnt want whipped cream on my frappuccino.

The selection of drinks, food and products are standard for the selection and quality of a Starbucks. The staff are both friendly and helpful and the is space clean and accessible.

When you are waiting in line for over 5.minutes and the manager is giggling on the phone, so she cant take your order.The poor girls who were pumping out drinks at the drive thru were completely disrespected by her.

The batista mada a hot white moca instead of an iced and when we asked to get an iced the batista was very rude and when we got the drink the coffee was burnt however they guy at the window was very friendly and had amazing customer service.

So frustrating! Order time was 5:55pm (from a cranky barista by the way) and we received our two drinks at 6:07 & 6:11pm. When we checked on our second drink (because it wasnt that busy!) there was no apology or kind explanation. And the store was a mess! Overflowing trash cans, messy floors, and trash on tables. I took pictures - it was bad.

Not from the area, stopped to get white chocolate mochas and they tasted rancid and burned. Also got kids hot chocolate, my kids were sad it didnt taste right, I tried it and it was more like drinking warm milk. Whenever Im in the area I know never to stop at this Starbucks. Save your money or go elsewhere.

Worst Starbucks ever! Just waisted 25 minutes waiting for my coffee and they lost my order. All they did was a refund. They were so rude! Stay away from this Starbucks!

Should be premier place to buy coffee, right? My cup of black coffee was luke warm at best, grounds at bottom. Low rating because coffee IS the primary product, and my order was simple as it gets.

It was good but the could of sended out my moms drink out and my brothers and mine out at the same time.

This place is specifically located next to an interstate and it closes at 2:00 p.m.? There is something wrong with that. For example, while I was sitting in the parking lot looking for an alternative place to go for coffee, 10 cars (or maybe 8—Im not sure because some kept driving) drove up all within 5 minutes doing the same thing I was doing—being surprised that a Starbucks next to the interstate was closed during the day and trying to figure out where to go next.

Located inside a Frys. Typical Starbucks as far as location, product etc. Lack of stars was because it was Black Friday and there was one person working. She was overly chatty for the demand in customers and was focused on talking more instead of getting through the line. Four people in front of me finally gave up and left and with only one person in front of me, it took me more than 25 minutes to get my 2 drinks. I would normally give Starbucks 5 stars, but that worker had no business being the only person working that day.

Worst day at Starbucks ever, long drive through line, at a stand still. Then the order was wrong, no way Im waiting even longer to get it fixed.

I17 at Camp Verde. Exceptionally bad service today. Used the mobile app was over charged. Went in to get refund was told I didnt order it right???? Finally got the refund and had to wait 10 minutes to get the drinks I ordered. They were just sitting there waiting with the whipped cream melting. Problem was No one was asking what I was waiting for. It seemed they were ignoring me??Drinks were good but service was the worst Ive ever had.

Horrible! Our chai tea tasted like it has shots of expresso or something like that. Thankfully the Flagstaff Starbucks came to our rescue!

Stopped here while traveling back from Sedona to Phoenix. It exceeded expectations. Awesome store. Was very fast. Clean store and so were the restrooms! Staff was extremely friendly. Highly recommend this spot if you’re in need of a quick caffeine fix while traveling!

My dragon drink wasnt very Pink! Usually when I get it in Phoenix, it is bright pink. It was still good and refreshing!

Got my drinks wrong even though they asked me twice to confirm. Ruben seemed like he hated his job and moved very slow. The inside was dirty. If there was a Dutch Bros in town, theyd get my business.

We have lived in Camp Verde for just over a month and this is by far the worst starbucks we have ever been to. They regularly make the drinks way too hot and give you with no stopper. Ouch. Plus coffee is burnt or watered down or order is just wrong. We would go somewhere else but not too many options. Today after yet another set of nasty cups of messed up drinks we decided we are better off with gas station coffee than going to this Starbucks.

Good location between Flagstaff and Phoenix to get your fixings, but expect a bit of traffic here.

When you open your restrooms again, let us know. I miss my midway stop there going to Flagstaff, but am spending my money at the gas station across the street until I can but purchase coffee/snacks AND use the restroom.

Its Starbucks. Nothing special but great for those who pretend to enjoy coffee while spending a lot of money on something with plenty of sugar and whipped cream topping. Great for those who have daughters traveling with them so they can get a treat. The coffee straight up black tastes like its burnt and I am told that is the flavor. The best part is that there is a McDonalds just across the road and they of course have some reasonable priced coffee along with some tasty breakfast with it!

Stellar service❣️! We where in a hurry and only had time for the drive through... however the 3 of us super had to pee more than you could understand 😶. Graciously after mentioning it jokingly, beyond what we could have asked; when we pulled up to the window our cashier reached through the window offering us a bed pan while our beverages where finnished. I dont know your name but you saved our lived that day! Trading back the bedpan as out drinks where ready, I just wanted to let her know we did in fact make it to Flagstaff for my brothers graduation. Never could have though without you 💚 thank you Starbucks
