Worst place to call . If you enjoy being on hold and getting the runaround then you’ll like it here, otherwise call anyone else . I am avoiding this company.

The communication has been good all along the way with Ferrellgas. I stayed in touch with them during the credit approval period for our business and found out our bank was not responding quickly to the credit request. I told them we were very low on gas and needed it right away so we agreed to pay by credit card. The bank did come through the day before my gas was delivered. However, our solution got us on Shauns schedule quickly. We appreciate that he squeezed us in so we would not be without gas for our B&B.

My husband and I are so pleased with Ferrellgass services and customer service. Our new tank was set up only four days after we placed our order. Ferrellgas has been a great company to do business with and has provided us with excellent customer service. I have spoke with several of their reps and they all have been informative, knowledgeable, and friendly. There service is fast, effiecient, and you can tell they really want to take care of their customers. When we had out tank delivered, the service was fast, and a very good experience. Shaun took the time to thoroughly go over everything with us (and and then some) just to make sure that all our questions and concerns were satisfied. The staff, the business, and the quality we have received from Ferrellgas so far has been second to none. I have dealt with other propane companies in the past and they dont even come close to in comparison. We are glad we chose Ferrellgas qas as our propane service provider and you should too!
