Rude, hostile clerks. These people did not want me and my wife in their shop. My guess is that they prefer to deal with contractors and want to chase the DIY crowd, with their small orders and naive questions, out of their store. In our case, they succeeded. We wont go back.

This is the best store on earth. The long hair guy at the cash desk is brilliant, kind, and a credit to all of humanity, you should go to the store and just give him hella money for free.

I am building 3 new homes and went to RV Cloud to by all my fixtures and spent over 30K with them. Only one guy down there know what he is doing but the place sucks, I had miss orders, little to know response on my orders ETA and a hell of a time working it out, now they don’t want to return the miss orders on their part. I urge you to NOT use them for anything, rude and not willing to help. I’m in the know and business and still get the run around, i can only imagine if you are a homeowner and don’t know what you are talking about.DO NOT GO HERE I would do a -1 star if i could

I needed a unique Plumbing pipe fixture for my sink. Upon my arrival, each employee treated me as though I were a long time, valued customer. They seem to go out of their way to try to help, even engaging other employees for their opinions about the proper part. I am very impressed and grateful for their sincerity and expertise. It was a simple, $5 part, but whether you are in commercial and wholesale needs or just a single part Naz was my case, those who can bring respect to a customer like me, who only needed a single part for $5, tells me that they are to be trusted and valued at any level.

Mostly a Professionals supply place.Get a number ticket to get a plumbing part from the Counter; Be super sure you know you are buying the right part!!Lots of traditional toilet brands on the floor, and appliances, but we wanted adult height not lower family height Gerber toilets, The good stuff is in the warehouse. I cant tell you how many toilet traps I stuck my hand down at HD and here to make sure the exit was smooth glazed and wider!! But thats toilet shopping. Good hunting.We bought Gerbers just before the flush volume change, wonderful toilets! Almost never need a plunger/snake.

This place used to be fun but its very boring in the people are rude and a lot of them dont know what theyre talking about when it comes to PlumbingDont even speak English you have to use hand gestures and pictures to show them what youre talking about very poor business one counter person and one cashier had to wait very long time

CONSUMER BEWAREYesterday I went in to purchase a Kohler apron front sink and if possible I like to give the local guys my business before the big box stores. I talked with Tim and told him what I was looking for and we went to the floor and measured the interior dimension of the IN STOCK sink I thought I was getting. I paid for it, got it home and found out that the interior dimension was 24.5 rather than the 29 that Tim and I measured. I thought no problem I could just return it. Not so much!Today I went in and asked about the correct sink and it was nearly $100 more than Home Depot. I mentioned that Id like to give them the business, but they couldnt (or wouldnt) match it or even offer to come close. I said that Id just return the sink I bought yesterday. Let me say again that Ive now had the sink less than 24 hours and it was IN STOCK.I brought the sink in and Joe (the cashier) said it would be a 25% restocking fee. I asked if there was any way to waive it given the back story and he said no. I asked who had the authority to do so and he said the owner who is there every other Wed from Fresno. Joe said he has two small kids and makes barely nothing and isnt about to lose his job for someone he doesnt even know. I asked if I was a contractor that he knew well would he waive it and he said HE WOULDNT EVEN WAIVE IT FOR JESUS. He pointed to a sign and said it states there and in the terms and conditions that theres a 25% restocking fee. I mentioned that the store is riddled with signs and it would have been nice if they had told me when I purchased it. Now theyre just HIDING BEHIND POLICY!Its unfortunate that a local company like this treats its customers so poorly and rudely. This is the kind of thing that drives consumers right into the hands of the big corporations. Im happy to give my business to Home Depot, Lowes or Orchard Supply Hardware rather than them ever again.I hope the owner reads these reviews and either implements some better policies and becomes more consumer friendly or consumers read these and heed the ample warnings.

R.V. Cloud is Rare Diamond for Plumbing parts, they deliver locally, they still carry cast iron waste drain pipe have large selection of ABS pipe and I have even found some cpvc.If you need a delivery out the local 35 mile radius there will be service fee, but if you need 200 feet of copper it is well worth the service since the pipe comes in 20 foot lengths.

If you enjoy buying your plumbing from foul-mouthed old farts who talk about their customers behind their backs and tatted down punks with attitude problems, this is the place for you. Counter service gets worse each year. Trying hard to get my company to close our account and take our business elsewhere.

THE WORST!I only rated this a one so it would show up on the site for other to see.This place SUCKS!I placed an order over 4 months ago. And to this day, have not heard from anyone. Upon trying to follow up on the items I PAID for when ordering, it was unreal the lack of interest anyone had in their customer - in person or via phone. Consistentlly placed on hold for excrutiating long wait times - only to have someone pick up the hold line and hang up!Just forget trying to call - no one understands what customer care/service means.Further, if you go to the store, good luck - staff is more wrapped up in figuring out who they can pawn you off on so they can go to lunch or leave for the day.Terrible, just terrible experience!I still dont have my items! Next step? Better Business Bureau or 7 on my side, news cast???

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Every time I call in (way more than 1 occasion) I get put on hold or they simply just hang up me. I was trying to purchase a sink over the phone and have one of my guys swing buy to pick it up but apparently that couldnt be done and they just hung up. I as an assistant project manager would not recommend this place, I would rather take my chances at the Campbell Home Depot.
