Nick and his crew are great! My first visit and i was not disappointed!The local jaguar dealer kept my car for a week for a simple service and over a week for a simple parts replacement. It was so bad i was considering getting rid of my jag. But Nick and his crew give prompt and extremely courteous service with authentic jaguar parts. I dont dread service appointments anymore! And they have a very friendly dog in the office!

Ive been taking my LR4 to Exclusive British European for years. They are are honest, professional and always much more economical than the dealers. Nick is great at letting us know what needs to be addressed right away and what repairs can wait. Highly recommend giving them a try!

Service is always top notch at this place! Their pricing has gone up 10% every few years, but these guys really know what they are doing, and the amount of hours it takes them to do quality job. They now have Nick, who was the lead Service Manger at Stevens Creek Land Rover. He is a rock star. He definitely brings the service touch! The only fault that I would comment is that their parts pricing is a little high. You can need to talk with them so they are aware, or provide your own purchased parts from Atlantic British. It is hard to find a good Land Rover/Jaguar repair shop in the South Bay, and these are are the best!

I brought my 1991 Range Rover into Exclusive British because of a recurring check engine code. Ive spent the last year restoring this vehicle, replacing every hose, belt, fluid, filter, and gasket. After rebuilding the engine the motor was running rough at idle, and I needed a professional to look everything over and tune things up. Whatever magic their technicians worked, my Range Rovers V8 now purrs and drives like a dream.My experience at Exclusive British was top-notch: not just the work, but also the service. Nick is the epitome of an excellent service writer - hes laid-back and friendly, and made a point to call every day and let me know what was going on. Despite being overwhelmed with incoming business, Exclusive British was very accommodating and got my Land Rover out the door in only two days.Any owner of an old Land Rover or Jaguar knows how vital it is to have an honest, reliable shop with experience working on these cars. John and team at British have serviced our Rovers, a Lincoln, and a Porsche since 2000. They have done timely work, let me know of things that needed correcting, and things that could wait for another date. The work is first rate, and the pricing is good. The overall experience is excellent. I have never been disappointed with the quality or the advice.

Exclusive British European has been taking care of all of our cars from vintage to newer for over 15 years. The service has always been excellent and the price extremely fair. We heartily and unconditionally recommend them. We rely so heavily on them that despite living 160 miles away, we go to them for both routine service and major repairs.

These guys rock! if you need some to trust with your pride and joy (Jag or Rover) I have both... then this is the place. Walked in by chance about 9 years ago and have never left. Once that warranty is over, why would you ever go to the dealer. Save some dough and get quality work done with John and his team of professionals. They are always busy but never too busy get you fixed and back on the road. I have never had an issue with service or anything they could not fix.

Outstanding service even through the shop didnt do the work on my Land Rover but still inspecton my truck to inform me of the damage i did to my truck when it overheated.

They did work on my LR4. Very honest about what was needed and not, they fixed a suspension knocking at the first try (this is known to be hard to get right on LR4, and people report multiple trips to the dealer), and told me I could postpone some other maintenance work.

British European has been very helpful in tending to my 2000 Jaguar XKR. I had some problems with it that were not easily resolved by others and British European took care of them at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend them to any Jaguar owners.

John runs a great independent British repair shop, and he & his team really knows their ways around Land Rovers. I took my (new-to-me) 1997 Land Rover to EBE for an inspection. John & team did a thorough job detailing and prioritizing things that need attention over things that can wait. EBEs prices are reasonable for the area, and IMO, makes for an great dealer alternative for Rover owners.In one instance, a part was delayed b/c the freight (big, $$$ part) label fell off in transit. This wasnt EBEs fault, but I was simply frustrated with not knowing how long of a wait (sorry, John, for all those frustrated call you had to take from me). And when the part finally arrived, John offered to help make it right for me (his customer). He didnt have to do that, and most shops wouldnt either... but John/EBE did. This level of service is pretty rare in todays service industry... and I commend John & EBE team for that.If you have a British car/truck needing service, Id highly recommend talking to EBE. Theyre now the only shop that will work on my Land Rover.

Disco 2 had oil pump issues driving from frisco to la. John wanted over 2k for a job that was quoted at 1k in los angeles. Gouging. Beware.

EBE is a great place,i own a 04 Disco 2 and was looking for a reliable and knowledgeable land Rover mechanics.i had some bad expriance with few until I meet John from EBE.I had an severe ABS issue and the folks at EBE were able to diagnose the issue and fix it for a reasonable price, after false attempts of other mechanics.

Totally recommend it.

I first started going to Exclusive British European for,my S-Type Jag. I no longer have the Jaguar, but John and company keep my 1966 Sunbeam Tiger purring as if it just came off the showroom floor!
