What an amazing experience with my daughter, wife, and daughters bridesmaid! Didi I believe was who helped pick out some amazing dresses. She was incredible. Professional and fun and provided great choices for my daughter. I cannot thank her and Trudys enough. I will certainly let others know where to go for their wedding dress needs.

Mary was my bridal stylist and I could not have asked for anyone better! She was sweet, attentive and paid attention to what I had in mind. She was so helpful in making sure I stayed well within my budget while making me feel so comfortable trying on as many dresses as I did which can be super stressful. I had been to another bridal dress shop earlier that day and I did not receive half of the experience that I got at Trudy’s! I drove all the way down from Shasta County hoping to find the one and a she helped me choose the wedding dress of my dreams! It was such a special day all thanks to the supportive staff and stylist like Mary! I will hands-down recommend them to every future bride or bridesmaid that I know.

I just bought my daughter’s dress there. We wanted to customize it using the top of one dress on the bottom of another. They were able to get approval from the designer right then. Great customer service!

I arrived to my appointment on time. Greeted by front desk . My assistant was Megan . She was very patient and understanding. She also made me feel comfortable. I tried on several dresses.I think I found my dress here . Great selection. Beautiful accessories too.

Trudys was great! Before we tried on anything we chatted about what I liked, didnt like, wanted, didnt want. Then they came back with dresses that worked. They know their product and they know wedding dresses.

I said YES to the dress!! They were very accommodating I brought 7 adults including myself and my little sister. I love the whole set up they make you feel so special. The woman helping me was so kind and helpful. I love being a Trudys bride!!

I love Trudys brides and especially Jennifer. Jen was so patient, kind, and incredibly accommodating. She took time to listen to me and helped me find the perfect dress. I never felt pressured or like she was pushing a sale, unlike some of the other bridal shops I went to. She had an upbeat positive attitude and made the whole experience fun and enjoyable. I have a hard time making decisions sometimes, but she really put me at ease. I’m so grateful for her help and guidance! I felt beautiful on my wedding day!

Our first time here. We were greeted nicely in the lobby. The lady announced mother of the bride coming up when we were told go to the 2nd floor. Been going around for 20 minutes now but no one approach as yet. 3 of the sales associates just looking at us, chit chatting.Then a new customer came up and was announced again mother of the bride coming up.Then one of the 3 sales associates immediately offered her assistance to the newly arrived customer. I figured out, she’s white and we are not. We looked at the other 2 sales associates and they are just standing looking at us. Still did not offer to help us.Next time we will bring one of our white friends with us if we want to come back in this place. Maybe we will get some help too.Response to the owner.It’s so disappointing to hear back from the owner that you see this as my perception. It really happened. Please train your staff to provide their assistance when they see newly arrived customers regardless how they look. At least ask your customers if they’ve been helped yet. The two ladies in the front desk were very professional at least.Peace!

Went in with my daughter today to find her wedding dress and Lily helped us out. She was amazing and very patient with my daughter. She made my daughter feel very comfortable which other places did not. I totally recommend you ask for her if you are shopping for a wedding dress or prom dress.

I came here to shop for my wedding dress and I was a bit nervous at first but when I walked in spoke the someone at the front my nerves calmed a lot more. I was paired with Didi and I can’t imagine anyone better to work with when finding a wedding dress. She asks various questions about the wedding like where it will be and when then if I have any ideas, which I did. Didi was very transparent with me that with COVID, dress designers are backed up or starting to catch up especially since my wedding date is in 5 months. She worked her best to see which dresses can get to me in time while still in alignment with my style and venue. She brought in some styles I couldn’t imagine myself wearing but I ended up falling in love with them rather than what I thought I would like. Didi is very knowledgeable in styles, colors, dress construction, and even turnaround times. I strongly recommend her because now I love the dress she helped me find and I’m so excited to wear it!

I had the most professional, warm, and comfortable experience working with Vanessa at Trudys. The one-on-one attention & focus played a major role in purchasing my dress at Trudys. Vanessa listened to my previous dress shopping experience and journey of research. Vanessa applied her expertise along with my needs & we found the dress! Vanessa seemed to innately pick out the right dresses for my body & sense of style. Shes a pro in my book. My dress was worth the cost because of this awesome experience. Do not sell yourself short on your dress. Its your day & you deserve to feel & be beautiful on your wedding day.

I wish I felt more inclined to leave a better review than this one after seeing all of the 5 stars below me. I wasnt initially even going to leave one, but after receiving a text from Trudys asking for a review, I figured I should.I felt extremely rushed through my entire appointment. I was under the impression that I had an hour and a half to try out dresses but was quickly pushed out of the store after 45 minutes. My sales woman barely helped me into dresses (just handing them to me instead of assisting me so I dont step on them or trip) and I felt the time pressure during the entirety of my visit.Im assuming it may be a COVID precaution, but I was disappointed that I didnt get the chance to look through the store and point out dresses that caught my eye.When I was starting to have the feeling in one of the dresses my sales person selected, she tried to hard sell me by telling me that it was the one without even asking and applying immense amounts of pressure to get money on it right then and there. It made me and my bridal party extremely uncomfortable and I told her I wasnt ready to say yes after feeling so much pressure. It almost seemed like she took it personally and quickly ushered me back into the dressing room (which still had one or two other dresses I thought Id be able to try on) and told me she would put the info in the computer and disappeared. I was never asked if I wanted to look at other options and I still have no idea what the cost of that dress was.Thankfully this was the second time I was trying dresses because I wouldve been devastated if it were my first. I definitely felt like just another potential commission check and not a bride. I will be trying that dress again, but at a more relaxed and accommodating store.

Everyone working at the store when I visited was very professional and welcoming and friendly. Mary was my stylist and she was wonderful. She was very personable and not too pushy and listened to everything I was looking for in a dress. I came back to the store for a second time and I was lucky enough to have her again. Came here looking for bridesmaid dresses for a friend. The location is two stories. The staff was friendly and answered my questions. They have wide variety of bridal dresses as well and special occasion.

I came by myself and had family and friends join in a Zoom meeting, and she was really accommodating by holding the phone to show everyone what each dress looked like. Went to Trudy’s with my friends to find our bridesmaids dresses for our friends wedding. We didn’t have an appointment but we were helped instantly!! Judy was our consultant and was so awesome! We had a blast trying on all the beautiful dresses they had in the store. Judy was so helpful and honest, we really appreciated how comfortable she helped us feel while trying on dresses. We could not stop laughing the entire time. We were able to find the perfect bridesmaids dress and it was something we ALL loved! And it was actually below the budget we were thinking so we were very happy! it was an all around amazing experience! Can’t wait to pick up our dresses. I worked with Didi for my fitting and it was such a great experience. She was super patient with me and allowed me to try on stuff and explore different dress options even if I might not like it. She knew so much about the dress structure and design/designers that doing the fitting with her was as much fun as it was informative and interesting. I highly recommend Trudys but especially Didi, who helped to open my eyes to how wedding dresses are made and why different styles / patterns are done. She was able to give great insight into how much could be done with alterations or why something couldn’t be done. And she always had a suggestion for how to make a dress better if it wasn’t suited to my preferences. Great experience and highly recommend! Will be referring all my friends here.

I have been pushing back wedding dress shopping because I was unhappy with my weight and nervous about trying on dresses and not feeling excited.Trudys was the first place I went to.. and the last. With the help of Melinda, I was able to find my wedding dress!When I initially arrived, I showed Melinda some dress styles I was interested in. With those few pictures in mind, Melinda was able to gather an array of dresses that were all very close calls! I liked every dress she chose and it was difficult for me to choose the right one. I couldn’t have had a better experience. My consultant was Melinda who was AMAZING! She paid attention to what I wanted and didn’t want, she was suuuuper helpful in terms of what looked good and what didn’t, and she was so fun and friendly. I now recommend her to anyone I know going in. Any staff member I talked to was great. I found my wedding dress and it was amazing. They have quite the selection. Everyone was wearing masks, the store was clean, and people were spaced out. I’m over the moon with my choice (and everyone knew because I was squealing) and I’m so excited to wear my dress!!! I definitely recommend coming here!!

When I first received my dress from Trudys I was very frustrated with the size that was shipped and contacted the office.Tammy reached out to me and was extremely understanding and helpful. I would recommend her to anyone needing dresses. She made a difficult situation very easy.

I found my prom dress here in March, and absolutely loved it! Everyone was very nice and helpful, and Trudy herself is lovely. I also had a bridal consult in September, and although I didnt find my dress, it was a great day to figure out what I like with very patient and kind staff members.

Its set up so every bride and their guests have their own space to sit, with a own trifold mirror and personal dressing room.We made a 90 minute appointment (free during the week days, but $25 on the weekends) and met our saleswoman, Didi. She was equal parts celebratory and down to business-- which are great qualities to have in someone helping you find your wedding dress!Didi asked questions to narrow down what I was looking for (its easier if you come with ideas and pictures, but okay you it dont!) and picked out 4 dresses for me to try on. There were two I liked, one I hated, and one that I completely fell in love with that was EXACTLY what I had asked for! (Strapless, non-white, and filled with glitter and layers :)I also love how size inclusive this place was. After gaining weight during COVID, I was nervous about finding a dress that fit. (Im a street 18.) They had dresses well into the size 20s, which means more people have the opportunity to find a dress they feel beautiful in. And it was easy to find sample sizes to try on.The prices were good, too, especially for the quality. Every dress I tried on was beautiful, intricate, and fell between the $1000-$2000 price range. My dress was $1850 and were expecting another several hundred in tailoring, which felt reasonable to me for what I got.Trudys is a wonderful place to find your wedding dress. The staff (especially Didi! was knowledgeable, the selection was extensive, and the atmosphere was safe and celebratory. (Everyone wore masks and visits were limited to 90 minutes.) Definitely worth making an appointment here, bride or bridal party!

Shopping for my wedding dress was really, really stressful. Because I dont like lace or beads, most dress shops only had two or three dresses for me to try on. These other shops kept calling and emailing me, and two of them even sold my contact information to people selling their MLM products.Trudys was a refreshing contrast to all of that. They had a huge selection of dresses, and so I was able to try on a lot of them. They were priced a lot lower than I was expecting too. All the staff I talked to were really courteous and kind. Despite having to come alone since my friends and family dont live in the area, I was treated in a way that didnt make me feel weird or self-conscious. They didnt spam me with calls, they only called in relation to my order, appointments, and to let me know when they had reopened after the covid shutdown which I really appreciated. I cant recommend them enough.

Honestly the associate who helped us made sure that we had the best experience possible. Buying a wedding dress is one of the most important days of wedding planning for a bride and the associate made sure that our bride had everything she needs to feel like a princess. She listened to what she wanted and found something that fit her body perfect.

I had a really great experience at Trudys! All of the Consultants who assisted me where very pleasant, knowledgable and helpful! My dream dress was found by one of the Consultants and it definitely wasnt something that I had imagined myself in, but it ended up being the perfect dress for me. I was very indecisive about my veil and actually got to try my dress on and visit the store on three separate occasions until I found a veil that I was happy with. The staff were very patient with me through all of my indecision! I would definitely recommend this place to any bride looking to say Yes! (they also have a super magnificent, grand, white spiral staircase that really makes the boutique feel special)

My experience was dope af ! I loved how sweet, kind and helpful Rebecca was. The staff upstairs went above and beyond with helping me find cute affordable dresses. I didn’t realize how much they did for me until I went to other places and seen their customer service wasn’t the same as Trudys bridal; I felt like I had to come on here and leave a review to show my appreciation. The stylists are excellent and do a lot to help you narrow down what kind of dresses you like. I was surprised by how limited their stock is if youre interested in anything slightly outside of the mainstream (Edited to add: They didnt have a single short, knee length, or tea length dress)

It was my first time trying on bride gowns. While I waited I saw price tags on the gowns up front and thought i needed to double my budget. My consultant was nice and helpful. I brought a list with 8 dresses from the website. They need to update the website because they only had 1 out of the 8. I tried on 5 which I only liked 2. I ended up going with the one from my list. The counter was very chaotic I overheard someone mention the $25 appt. going toward the dress which I brought up or else it would have not been mentioned. I wish my consultant would have finished the transaction instead she was pulled away and it wasnt explained when my dress will arrive I had to look it up.

We bought my daughters dress and veil from Trudys. They called us when it came in and we made an appointment to pick it up. When we got there they only had the dress. Someone sold the veil. They didn’t have the number of the veil so fortunately we had taken a picture which we used to figure out which one it was. They ordered us another veil but said we had to come back to pick it up. If it wasn’t an hour drive I wouldn’t mind. After much back and forth they finally agreed to mail it. We never received it so we called. They said they don’t ship to a PO Box but they never called to tell us. We have to pick it up now. The manager was not accommodating at all

I had a very unpleasant experience at Trudys - I am giving two stars rather than one, only because their boutique space was very nicely laid out and their lighting was nice. The poor experience I had was with the prices, available dresses, and most of all the woman who was my fitting helper. She was rude, condescending, unhelpful, commented repeatedly about my price range being too low, and my dress inspirations being out of style and on and on. She also agreed one dress didnt look good on me and added that it was because I carried so much weight in my hips - a super jarring thing to hear from someone who was supposed to be making me feel beautiful for my special day.... I cant tell you how disheartening this experience was. I cant recommend this dress shop.

This place shouldnt be charging $25 for trying on dresses and having the worst service . They dont even greet you nicely. I went in to try on wedding dresses because some of my friends got dresses there . I told the lady the style I was looking for and she would bring me different types of dresses. I showed her some styles I saw online that I liked but she would tell me that style was no longer in since 2 years ago. I told her I did not like the dresses she showed me and she would roll her eyes and get annoyed. Very bad service!

It’s such a beautiful store and they have a great selection of gown but their service is Horrible!!!! And you don’t want that when you are looking to purchase a wedding gown of your dreams. From the beginning the associate was rude and negative but I stay because of a gown I liked, I should have walked out before trying it on. I ended up buying my dress because I love the dress but I left with a big bitter taste. She never said congratulations or offer to put a veil. I wish I could of find my dress somewhere else just to make the experience better. If you can find your dress somewhere else please do!

Very friendly staff who know all their wedding dresses. They have pedestals to stand on and look in ginormous mirrors. They also have tissues at the ready. Mary listened to what I was interested in and pulled something Id skipped over entirely. Turned out to be the dress of my dreams! No hesitation, I couldnt get out of the dressing room without crying for joy. So we are getting it in ivory which makes it pop more than the gold.They also sell a lot of their floor dresses as is at a significant price discount. (Provided you absolutely love the dress.)

Ask for Didi--I had an AMAZING experience with her!! I work in the retail industry and I know great customer service when I see it. Didi is excellent at what she does, way more knowledgeable than other consultants I have seen. She knows the dresses very well, what works for your body type, and gives lots of good tips and advice, without ever being pushy. She understands fit and alterations and definitely pays attention to detail. Also, she is very friendly, listens very well to what your style is, and is very patient (I was torn between dresses that I came in 4 times!). I came to Trudys with a tight budget and very limited timeline (4 months to wedding), but to my surprise, Didi was able find lots of dresses that fit my criteria and looks so beautiful! The dress selection at Trudys is so vast, for every body type and budget. Dont let the cost get in the way...for the same money you spend at bridal chain stores, you could get a much beautiful dress here with better service! Because of Didi, I finally found the dress!!! Many thanks to her and her dedication!! =)

My experience at Trudy’s was good. Partially because I knew what I wanted to try on and what I wanted.The day the 2020 Disney collection was released and saw Trudy’s was a retailer in the area that was going to carry it, I booked an appointment for July online.Someone called me back to confirm my appointment. Before hanging up I asked about some of the Disney dresses I wanted to try on. The person on the phone stated that there is no guarantee they will have the Disney ones come July. Really wanting to see what a particular dress looked like I asked, “When is the earliest appointment I can book to ensure that I can try the dress?” They consulted their buyer, and gave an estimate as to when it will be on their racks and we booked an appointment 1.5 weeks away from the date of the collection release and I chose the morning when they opened, which it was commented that it was a good choice as there will not be a lot of people and just the cleanliness (pandemic period) of the place since it is at opening.This appointment is also during a pandemic so I asked what their safety practices are. The person on the phone told me they run at half the consultants, request we bring only 3 guests. At the time of the call masks were not required and up to the bride and guests if we wanted to wear a mask.My appointment day arrives.In between booking my appointment and the day-of masks were made required and was stated on the door. Abiding by the rules I only brought 3 guests. In other parties we could see that some were bringing way more than 3 guests. Some in my party are over 60+ and have an immunocompromised at home. I carried on with my appointment but felt a little anxious.When we got there, the dresses I mentioned on the call were already in the room. The stylist asked me a few questions about the other types of dresses I liked picked some that were similar in design to the dresses mentioned on the call, but in different shapes that did, but also didn’t work for my body. I wasn’t sold on the other dresses that were chosen.It is hard to tell if the stylist I had could actually tell what worked for me or was just aiming to sell me on the dresses that were on the higher end of my budget. So not sure how much she helped. Not entirely her fault, I believe I was pretty sold on the dress I saw! The star deduction is for not enforcing the 3 guests thing or informing those that booked appointments of the rules: mask, 3 guests, and etc. ahead of time.

With the help of Tammy, Trudys was able to turn one of the most nightmare-ish bridesmaids dress experiences into the best experience possible.Originally, I ordered my bridesmaids dress from A DIFFERENT bridal company (my first mistake) and from the start it was nothing, but problems. With less than 5 days before the wedding, I was in a different state with a completely butchered dress that I could not wear.As soon as we called Trudys bridal for options, Tammy immediately went into damage control and jumped through hoops to pull dresses of my same size, color and designer. She sent pictures and overnight-ed dresses to try on. Tammy went above and beyond to stay in contact with me and ensure that I found a dress that fit. She even provided her personal contact information to reassure that everything would be figured out in time.In the end, I found the perfect dress is just the nick-of-time and felt beautiful wearing it! I truly cannot thank everyone at Trudys enough for helping me in the worst of situations. Every step of the way Tammy and the owner, Steven, made it their priority to find the perfect dress for me all while maintaining a professional, courteous and positive approach.I would HIGHLY recommend Trudys for bridal needs. I loved going to this bridal shop! They had stunning gowns! The ladies were so welcoming right in the front as soon as you entered the shop! The boutique was very clean, everyone was practicing safety measures due to COVID. This place was very professional!!! Lehlani was my bridal consultant and she was an absolute gem!!! She really took the time to get to know me and see what I envisioned for my dream day!! She paid very good attention to detail and she was super patient and kind with me!! This place has a wide variety of dresses both cheaper and more expensive, all of which seem high quality. The service was amazing and the lady helping us found my friend a dress in 2 hours. If youre looking for something lower in price they have a good selection of final sale dresses on the floor.

A very wide variety of dresses. Maybe a great place to come for someone who is looking for a dress 9 months in advance, but if you are looking for a dress in a crunch (4-5 months), the consultants will make you feel stressed out (they don’t know what’s in stock/out of stock/ when it will arrive until after you make the purchase). That’s what my consultant told me and it’s definitely not in line with the other bridal shops I’ve been to in the area

First of all I was nervous about going dress shopping with the COVID regulations, but I had such an AMAZING experience at Trudys. The scheduling team worked with me to not only schedule an appointment With my bridesmaids but also to return the next day to show my mom the dress I was in love with AND come back again the following day to officially say yes to the dress and get sized. (Yes that’s 3 days in a row and 2 of them last minute appointments).I worked with Didi and she was like my own fairy godmother. She listened to everything I asked and went above and beyond to combine pieces to create my perfect dress. I could not have asked for a better experience. Any girl is going to be so lucky to work with her!Thank you to everyone at Trudys for making me feel so special while dress hunting, especially while dealing with the restrictions due to Covid. My daughters experience at Trudys was beyond amazing! The owner was sincerely kind and generous with his attention and care to be sure we had a good and successful wedding dress shopping experience. Kayla has a very good eye, and quickly seleted the perfect wedding dress. She was patient, took care of every need, made excellent suggestions, and was someone that made the experience truly memorable! My daughter said YES to the dress and we would say YES to shopping at Trudys again! We highly recommend Trudys!

Trudys has a great selection wedding dresses, with a wide variety of styles, designers, and price points. Over the course of two visits, Didi helped me find the perfect wedding dress! Didi is extremely knowledgable and a pro at clipping/fitting. She made the entire experience fun and easy.Trudys has a wide selection and they often have trunk show. If you dont find your perfect dress on the first try, consider a second visit since they always have new arrivals!

Trudy’s is a mixed bag. The customer service when we came in to select a dress for my daughter’s prom was not welcoming. The attitude from the older woman who runs the reservations was odd. It’s like she expects you to be grateful you are shopping there. I sew, so I know fabrics and sewing quality. The overall quality on even the more expensive dresses was mediocre at best. The fabric used was quite cheap to be honest. My daughter selected a dress, but the zipper and one of the straps were broken, so we asked if we could order a new one. At first they wanted to charge us for the “special” order, but that was corrected. Then we waited, and waited, and waited. After several “it’s on the way” promises, and multiple calls on our end, we received a call from an owner, promising that it would arrive the week of her prom, almost three months after we ordered. The $350 dress literally fell apart as my daughter wore it at her prom. At least 1/3 of the sequins are completely gone, making the dress unwearable. The moral of this story? Do not shop here, unless you wish to spend a significant amount of money on a dress that can only be worn once. Macy’s and Nordstrom dresses are of better quality for less attitude and a similar selection.

Since the moment I walked in I was rudely rushed for being 10 minutes late. I am sorry but I live 2 hours away and the traffic was horrible! I was not greeted politely just a quick (Hi, what type of dress you are looking for and whats your budget? We dont have much time since you are late!) Really? I was there to find my dream dress and even though some of the dresses I tried where beautiful, the rush did not make me feel comfortable at all. When the manager was asked if I could come back after lunch for a quick appointment she said NO! that I could reschedule when I am ready. That was extremely upsetting to me. I left Trudys so disappointed BUT luckily my friend called Elegant Lace Bridal, they took me in as a WALK IN, friendly staff and I found my dream dress! Trudys is not what they advertise to be. Maybe I just had a bad experience but based on the reviews I am not the only one that feels this way.

Yesterday I was saddened by how my daughter was treated. I found the woman who met with my daughter to be condescending and dismissive. She lacked any smile and gave my daughter no support. She made disparaging remarks about my daughters anatomy. It was a very disappointing experience. We were highly recommended to come to Trudys and we will not give that recommendation to anyone we know. Yesterday should have been an exciting and fun appointment and it was depressing and maddening.

The staff was rude, condescending, and unprofessional. I couldn’t wait to get out of there. I watched them treat others this way prior to my appointment, but tried to remain open minded and give them the benefit of the doubt that this was not their typical way of doing business. I was wrong. I’m happy to not have given them a second more of my time...or a cent of my money.

Bought my wedding dress here on my first visit after visiting 6 different places. Sierra helped me and I had a wonderful experience. She listened to my desires as I was looking for something specific for my venue and I got exactly what I was looking for!! Also made an accessory appointment and bought my veil. Thanks to everyone at Trudys!!

Found “the one” yesterday with Michaela’s help. She was patient, efficient and answered every single question I had. This was my first time trying on wedding dresses, and she calmed all my nerves. Thank you, Michaela!

This store is beautiful and I found my dream wedding dress! Thank you! My only complaint is the customer service was weak and no one helped us. My mom was the one that was doing all the work that a normal sales person would do. It’s ok for me because the end result was great! However, I would suggest to train your sales / customer service team better.

Its hard. I found my gown here which is awesome as a plus sized girl. But they were not as responsive as they claim to be. And they didnt tell me until the end of March that my gown was in... It came in end of January apparently. Thats just unprofessional! How do I know they werent using it for other people to try on?!

Trudys was probably my favorite bridal consultation weve been at. The consultant was polite and outspoken, the dresses were good quality. However, the prom dresses are questionable. Great for a bride. The other dresses are great for those who are in college and beyond.

I learned of Trudys through my best friend, whos also purchased her bridal gown through them. I can be very picky and indecisive at times, but the consultant working with me was very patient and sweet. She stayed within my budget and found me a gorgeous gown out of a huge selection to choose from! She definitely made the overall experience for myself & guest one to remember. My dress arrived and fit pretty good with a few minor alterations needed. Thank you Trudys for an awesome experience!

After describing what I was looking for she picked out exactly what I was wanting. I went there expecting to get an idea of what would look good on me and ended up finding the perfect dress. Awful customer service I wouldnt recommend this place to ANYONE. The sales girls were completely off in their own world offering little to no help to the brides in the store. Im not even the bride and I was appalled by their customer service. The dress alterations were done poorly and incorrectly. Instead of helping their customers I got to listen to the sale girls at the front desk talk badly about brides they have had in the past SHAME ON THEM!

Not only were the workers condescending and rude, but they told me that there was something wrong with me because I did not like a single dress offered to me. I was calm and reasonable with their collection, and I told them that their store probably could not serve my style, and they refused to listen and made me wait 30 minutes to verify what I said earlier. Never going back to such an uncivilized and hostile environment.

They have a ton of different dresses here, so if youre not sure what style dress you want, this is a good place to start and try on different dresses in different price ranges. My friend is a bride-to-be and we found our bridesmaids dresses here. They have dresses for special occasions too (prom, formal events, etc)

I just have to say how disappointed I am at this store!! My daughter went here twice and was treated so rudely! I am sure it was because I was not with her but if you only realized she had saved up and earned her own money to buy her dress...I would never spend the kind of money she was planning on to buy a dress..but lo and behold your employees were rude and talked down to her and were standing around gossiping about other employees right in front of her..It is just common courtesy to treat people kindly..manners..ladies..MANNERS!! I refused to let her buy a dress from here and she will take her business elsewhere!

Service was okay, my only problem was when I tried on a dress that didnt fit the lady that was helping me was asked by another coworker of hers what had happened and the lady that helped me had said it didnt fit her and the coworker she was speaking to started to laugh. she started to laugh because it didnt fit me. Not because I was too small, but because I was of a bigger size.

Friend getting married bought very expensive and pretty dress. You only get married once so best place to buy your dress.

Edit 2/6/18 -At first, my experience left much to be desired. Trudys saw my review, however, and went above and beyond to rectify the situation. I am happy to amend my review, as Trudys has shown that they truly stand by their customers and their dresses. Even being an out-of-towner, my business and my opinion of them matters so much that the manager of the store personally helped me to ensure the situation was resolved in a timely manner so that I would look great at my friends wedding. Thank you, Trudys.Original 1/8/18 -I live out of town and purchased a bridesmaid dress from Trudys for a friends wedding. Perhaps it was the style of dress that my friend picked out, but the disproportionate sizing of the dress was very disappointing. I am size small (26 in jeans, 34B in bust), according to their size chart I am size 12, despite typically being a size 4. Because I am out of state and was unable to get measured by them, they have refused to help in any way. The dress was over $200 when you include shipping and will easily be another $150 to have it rebuilt to fit me. Trudys refused to help me, pointing to their policy which prevents them. I would discourage anyone from buying from Trudys. Their lack of footprint makes them inaccessible for out-of-towners, and their policies make them unhelpful. Ive been in 4 weddings in the past 1.5 years, none of those dresses need alterations beyond a quick hem. When picking dresses for your bridesmaids, Id suggest somewhere that will take responsibility for their product, instead of blaming the designer for the size chart, and make sure your maids are taken care of while looking great on your wedding day.
