After working with them for about 3 years their customer service depleted. Not like I had a pleasant experience before but prices were fair so I gave them a shot. Today was nonetheless of a smooth transition, pathetic assist, rude guy. never answers the phone I called 6 times. Came to see whats going on in person. sign posted open with a sign next to it only available with appointments. How? I called multiple times and no luck. after waiting for about 15 minutes he kicks me out and yells to come back next week and slams the door on me. not even willing to give me a price quote at the very least. Honestly with their crummy next door neighbor being a tattoo shop I guess I shouldve surmised theyre all saps in a shack.

Hugo is excellent. Great work at a good price. I had him put a stereo in my sons first car a few years ago. This week I went back to have him upgrade the sound system in our new RV. He did an awesome job taking it apart and putting it back together to replace the original stock system including additional speakers and a sub. Friendly service. Clean work. Awesome sound 👍

Great service! Dropped in due to a faulty connection between my back up camera and the pioneer audio display. Both not purchased from this place. The guy knew exactly what to look for, found the issue and fixed it on the spot. Less than ten minutes and I was out of there with my camera working. He didn’t charge anything for his work.

My secret go to business for window tinting in San Jose. The owner is honest and quick to help. I have taken 2 Volkswagen Jettas and a Tesla Model S. All three were done with a clean installation, no bubbles after it was set. They installed on curved windows including the rear window defroster with no issues. The Jetta 4 years later, still looking good, so they used high quality tint.The Tesla, my baby, came out fantastic and really improved the interior temperature and protection from the sun.Taking my Model 3 in for a tiny job as well. I expect the same 5 star job. I am confident that there will be no issues.Note if you get a car tinted, be sure to follow the instructions about not rolling down the windows until the tint is set up properly.

Hugo is awesome. If youre not satisfied with the service he will go out of his way to fix the problem. Super cheap and quality work. Although the younger looking kid is a bit rough with tint but the skinny looking guy is an expert! If you want to get your windows tinted go to El Tri Window tinting. Employees there are awesome!

I have had two separate vehicles worked on here to install sound systems. Both times have ended up perfectly and for a very reasonable price! These guys will forever be my go to guys for anything to be installed on my truck. I have referred multiple people here and they have all loved their service. So, I’ve been meaning to re-tint my rear windshield, however that’s a project that’s been put on hold due to the cost. The tint was bubbling and peeling off and overall made it very difficult to look out when backing up. After carving out some time, I made a couple calls and settled on El Tri Car Stereo and Tint to do the job. Hugo quoted me at a much cheaper price than the average place and he did a beautiful job at removing and reapplying my tint so now looking through it is as clear as day. I’m a happy camper!

Ive been coming here with my Camaro since last year for my tints & now they hooked up my stereo, the manager is very professional and nice ! I highly recommend coming here for everything !

The owner here gave me a fair quote on the phone and then followed it up with a fair quote in person, was able to hook up a replacement stereo within 45 minutes (did it himself) and was patient enough to teach me how to use the bluetooth/usb in all features. I was thrilled!

I had my car windows tinted here about a month ago and i had to bring my car back in to fix the tinting on one window that was coming off. I called them and they told me to bring my car in and they will fix it for free. I tried to bring my car in on a saturday but they were to busy about a 3 hour wait so i brought my car in on a weekday around 12:00pm and They were busy again. So I took my car in this morning around 9;30am and they started working on it right away and it was fixed in about 20 mins.k

Both Hugo and Donaldo are great to work with. About 2 years ago, I had a Pioneer unit installed to replace my OEM deck along with a rear view camera. Both are still working great! A few weeks after installation, I heard a odd clunking sound when my window open and dropped into my tailgate. At no cost, Hugo tightened up the rear-view camera wires which eliminated the noise. Last week I though the Pioneer was acting up, but it was simply user error. At no cost, Donaldo was very polite as he walked me through what I shouldnt do in the settings!Oct 2019I brought back my Sequoia for another upgrade. A couple of years ago, Hugo set me up with a new deck and backup camera. This time, he did a great job of hard-wiring my dash-cam and replacing my worn-out stock speakers. Everything looks and sounds great! Thanks, El Tri!

Terrible service. Did not correctly install a stereo and sub woofer, cut corners and did not finish putting all the screws back in. Bent some interior paneling to fit wiring. Squeezed wires into the worst areas.
