Buyer beware! I bought a Motorola Ace 5g from this store on 5/27/21. Just for context, Ive had Metro PCS for a few years, with 2-4 different phones, so I know how service is supposed to work.Immediately, I discovered that the phone only worked about 50% of the time. GPS lost service every 10 minutes, web pages wouldnt load, and apps would not work. To gather evidence, I started photo documenting the service failures, by taking screen shots every time I had a failure. Over a 4 day period, I had 69 screenshots of service failure. I still have all of those screen shots.I took the phone in to see how to resolve the problem. The associate did a reset of my phone settings, and said that if that didnt work, they WOULD NOT TAKE THE PHONE BACK and refund me my money. They said they would have to go through the warrantly process, but that I would have to pay an ADDITIONAL FEE, to do so.Why should I pay another fee for defective service/device that they sold me? I did everything I was supposed to. They want to pass the cost of their horrible service/defective device to me. Its been 3 days since the associate did a reset on my phone, and it still doesnt work, and I refuse to pay anthing other fees for this phone. I will never buy another phone from this company. You shouldnt either

This was the most pleasant experience Ive ever had in a phone store. With all the new technology out Jason was so helpful and knowledgeable about helping me make an informed choice without pressure. I went with an LG 51 and Im really happy with my upgrade. Price was good too. Can really recommend the service here.

Walked in the woman worker was on her phone on a personal phone call didnt even acknowledge me when I walked in. I walked around the whole store and she continued her conversation I left and she then spent 10 minutes finishing her conversation. Sad because I have always had great service every time. I was very disappointed this time. I would have been okay if she had even said welcome into metro Ill be right with you

Drove go this location today totally disappointed. The staff was very rude especially the Hispanic lady who I think was the store manager. I wanted to get a phone case... I stood and waited for 20 minutes till I was finally acknowledged and when I finally get helped the guy says they dont have any screen protectors ot cases for my phone... all while the manager is yelling at him right in front of me to get me and my husband out.

A new phone was bough for me from one of my kids and in two days someone broke into my phone and only allowedd me to make emergency calls. Then another of my sons had to purchase this phone I am using ( Samsunga20) and this was last month. Now this phone is breaking up all calls that I make along with receiving so far a good 500 calls from people I dont know and leaving text messages impersonating people working for legal departments. And I dont drive, so its impossible for me to get to store. However I called the store for a new number and they told me THAT THERE ARE NO NEW NUMBERS to GIVE TO CUSTOMERS. And the phone belonged to someone else. It NEVERWas a NEW Phone. It was used...I would NOT TUST METR bt T MOBILE. They will SCAM you for your money. BEWARE of this Company. I feel the people who sold my son the phone dismantled my first and are now playing with this phone.

Sometimes I wonder, reading these reviews, its so back and fourth. I would say 90% of the time, customers give rave/good reviews. The other % has issues beyond the representatives capabilities. Ive seen first hand that sales people in retail stores arent inept enough to handle extreme technical problems(most of us I think). Youd be lucky to find help with such problems in these retail businesses. I just set my expectations when shopping. I recommend this location. Thanks for reading.

If Sam is around youre going to have the best service because he really cares about you and what you need, but with Frances is the other face of the moon and on top of that she has no idea how to solve many issues more than just sale. Totally disappointed, and unfortunately Sam is off today May 9th. Went inside the store 5 times because my phone only has service over there, as soon as I step out I have no network, Frances didnt know how to solve the problem, didnt ask for help and just didnt care, and the rest of the team is just an ornament to the store.

I went there to make a payment. The rude security guard told me that I needed to register. (there were no other customers waiting, but OKAY) So I started to register on their little tablet and I entered all my information just like it said. Well, the machine froze. So I started over. It froze again. So the rude security guard told me to do it again. I was a little frustrated and he was standing too close to me, so I told him to give me some space. Well he got agitated and told me that he was just trying to help me because it looked like I didnt know what I was doing. (Even though it was because of their stupid machine) Anyways, I told him that I didnt need his help. I said I never asked for his help. He said I needed to leave because I was giving him attitude, and if I didnt leave, they were going to call law enforcement. So after a few more words, he started calling for Anthony (the store manager). Guy came out from the back room, I explained I was trying to pay my bill. He said he could help me and follow him over to a machine they have. He never offered an apology. And his people skills are lacking but okay.So you be the judge, but I tell you, being rude to clients is not going to take them anywhere.

The culture of those employed by metro top prioroty is complete devotion to the profit-inspired corporate guidlines they must abide by. Any concern for providing quality person to person service, ensuring that long time customers are satisfied and treated fairly is all secondary. There are other companies now that provide better coverage service, customer service, for a much better price. Stay Away. Seriously. Cricket even gives you the phones for free.

Went in to get phone replaced because speaker phone not working properly. The employee checks the speaker by calling the phone from a land line while holding my phone on his hand proceeds to say hello hello to see of he can hear his own voice through the speaker, very high tech way of checking the phone. Thats not the worst of it, after he realized the speaker was in fact muffled he decided to replace the phone because It was under factory warranty. I explained to him that I had a memory card on my current phone with over 2000 pictures and videos on it that would be very important for me not to lose these personal and work related pictures and videos. Well thats exactly what happened the gentleman erased all of my my files from my memory card when he transferred over phones and wouldbt even own up to the fact that he did so saying I didnt do anything. He also said thats why you should back up files before you switch over phones. You would think he would have suggested that before he did his deal and not after the fact that he erased everything. Worst of all he wouldnt take ownership of what he had just done. The customer service here is awful. Im still without my pictures and videos and it is difficult to deal with and there is nothing that can be done to recover any of it.

The security guard in that store needs to be trained on how to treat people how they deserve to be treated. Doesnt he realize that those are customers he is being rude to?I was waiting inside the store when I got a phone call. I didnt want to lose my spot in line and I had to take the call. The guard tells me to go outside. There are better ways to talk to people and that man has absolutely no manners.

Theyre all wonderful! Was there working on my phone for nearly TWO HOURS, and Kieran was sooo patient while trying to fix the glitches in my new phone. We had to ultimately do a factory reset and things are working better! I told Kieran I was going to start calling him Doc, cuz hes like my primary care physician! (They all had a good laugh on that one.) Love this team & see why they get a lot of regulars” they seem to know personally. πŸ‘KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS!!

Stopped in to switch providers and was told some useful information by a young male that was at the counter. When I returned I was assisted by a elderly female at the counter that told me that I would have to get a new phone number and that they are unable to port my phone number over to Metro. She was extremely rude and unprofessional and had very bad customer service. So I decided to speak with someone else I believe his name was Eric said that he could port the number and made such a process after the female associate spoke with him that we where there for over 2 hours to just port a number. Having ported a number over numerous times this was the most ridiculous experience ever in customer service. The associates where very unprofessional except the young kid that said everything was straight forward and it usually takes 15 minutes. The funny part is that we had a friend that ported there number over at this same location the next day with no issues from the same provider in under 15 minutes. This place is a joke and you should get a second opinion if they say you cant do since they dont have enough knowledge about the service they are providing.

O my goodness I just bought a new phone from MetroPCS and my salesperson was Kieran at the San Jose location ( Campbell Ca. ) He did a great job explaining & selling me the phone. Ive had the phone for about a week out of nowhere somehow my phone deleted every piece of information on it. From my pictures my contacts my work information. I was very distraught and I brought the phone back and showed him my problem. He showed me a real simple way to back it up He restored everything on my phone and Im just so grateful. Kieran is an amazing salesman and he has amazing customer service skills.. if there were more people on this earth like Kieran the world would be a better place. Kieran has displayed to me that he has managerial and supervisor skills as well as many other skills. Because of my experience with Kieran and MetroPCS I can honestly say Ill be a Metro PCS subscriber for life.
