My wife and daughter both use Family Eye Care Center as their optometrist. Dr Chang and Dr Yu are excellent, as are all of the employees! We have had excellent care and service on every visit. Everything about this place is fantastic. I highly recommend them.

I recently visited Family EyeCare in Campbell for the first time it was my first time getting an eye exam. The staff was professional and friendly. Dr. Albert Chang was great! I feel like I am well cared for and I look forward to my annual visits.As a business owner in Campbell, I look for other businesses that provide great customer service, and Family EyeCare did not disappoint. 5 Stars!

This was my second time visiting Family Eye Care Center, and seen by Dr Chang. He took the time to look into and understand my concerns. I felt heard and I appreciated that he gave me options and solutions that were personable for me.

This place used to be flawless now it seems everything has gone downhill. From entering in talking to the receptionists at the front desk to the end of my visit with the optical staff. Amateurs and unprofessional. The old staff seem to have turned over. Everything seems to be a-miss the last couple times I have been here. Has there been a change in ownership?

I was just hoping to get this over with, but it was a fantastic experience. Dr Chang was professional, patient, friendly, and helpful including answering all my questions. His assistant (blue haired lady) was also patient and helpful. The Covid19 receptionist (blonde lady) and check in receptionist (dark hair lady) were professional and helpful. The scheduler (Megan?) and office manager Daisy were friendly and helpful. Nick the glasses guy was great, patient, friendly, and helpful. Jessica the contacts lady was also great, really patient, and helpful. Special thanks to Sam for giving me a helpful tip on taking them out from the corner of my eye! This place takes VSP if you have it, and I highly recommend them!!!!

My Husband Had his Eyes Examined here on a Regular Basis by Dr Ross at Family Eye Care Center For on going eye condition were he had to have cornea Transplants in both eyes . So Dr Ross has successfully Fits him for Gas Permeable Contact Lenses to help him with his corneal Transplants in both eyes . He has been my husband eye doctor for many years and he is a Wonderful Dr . Very knowledgeable . I would recommend him and his office and other Eye drs in his Office.

I have seen Dr. Taylor at Family Eye Care for years. He and the people who work there are friendly, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. I know my eyesight is in good hands. Highly recommend!

Went here for the first time on Monday and was beyond impressed with all of the staff they were all very nice and patient with all of their clients, I was called back to see the Doctor before I had even completed the new patient paperwork. They were very thorough with the appointment and very helpful when picking out frames. Dr. Lin is amazing and is very informative to his patients which I appreciate. Will definitely be coming here for all my vision needs in the future. :)

They are very professional and Dr. Ross explains things completely. Very competent. The glass store makes it easy to order them right there. Also their lenses are higher quality than i have gotten at other places. No eye strain.

This was my first visit to the family eye care center. I checked in and the receptionist was friendly and informative. Once I was received by the Optical assistants, they immediately took me to the different eye testing stations. Then I was roomed for the doctor. My doctor was friendly, smart, and very professional. Finally I was given my prescription and walked over to the glasses station. The two assistants were very attentive and provided many samples of the variety of glasses that I could order. I immediately received a quote, my insurance coverage explained, and I was on my way with my order of cute glasses. Great experience. I’ll be bringing my teen soon.

Just went there for my sons eye exam, staff was knowledgeable and friendly, place was clean. Dr. Ruiz was who we went to and he was great dealing with an active 7 year old boy. He was honest and took his time during our appointment to really exam him. I would highly recommend him.

Im a longterm patient of Dr. Taylor. I started with Dr. Ross way back when in a contact lens clinical trial. One time Dr. Ross wasnt available and Dr. Taylor was the new kid on the block. Dr. Taylor is very knowledgeable, personable and a pleasure to see annually. The care is excellent, the facility is spacious and comfortable. The tools they have on hand to examine and test your vision are the best and most complete I have found in my many years of glasses and then contacts. They are well staffed and their staff seem quite happy to work there.

I have been going to Family Eye Care for over 25 years. I recently transitioned to Dr. Chang when Dr. Wan retired. It was evident he had taken the time to be familiar with my vision history. The doctors and staff are experienced, on the cutting edge of technology and knowledgeable. I have extremely high care eyes and everyone is patient and concerned that I get best vision possible. I highly recommend their office.

Dont go there! They invoiced us for a contact lens evaluation we didnt even asked for, and at no point, we have been told it was an extra service which would require an extra cost...When we left they said we were all set, and then they called us to ask for money! After our explanations, the girl on the phone told us she would clarify the situation with the doctor and would call us back with more info. Instead, we received an invoice...Really, dont go there, this is more dishonesty than professionalism for me...

Got my first eye exam in about 6 years and it was great. I felt the exam was very thorough and glad I finally got it done. Saw Dr.Lee who was very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend to anyone.

Dr. Chang is a very attentive, informative and helpful optometrist. The team there are all great and keep you moving though your appointment quickly. A professional, clean and efficient practice.

Ive been going to Dr. Ross at Family Eye Care Center for many years, and am comfortable recommending his and this practice to anyone. The office staff is friendly and competent and there is never much of a wait to be seen. Great selection of frames, and I especially appreciate candid feedback about which frames work with the shape of my face and my coloring.

Dr.Ruiz, who saw my 6 yrs old son yesterday sounded really caring, listened and explained throughly about what is going on, gave enough time and charged reasonable.

I only moved to this place because my eye doctor moved in with them my first time buying contacts through them they made a mistake and charged me the wrong amount after telling me what the price was then when I went to go pick them up the expected me to my the wrong amount and wouldnt let me have them unless I gave them $10 freaking dollars seriously Im a very low income parent $10 is a lot to me and I already had to pay $126 which is what they told me the price was and I paid it to only add on more money when I go pick them up on top of that they where 1 1/2 late getting my contacts just lost my familys business

* Very polite and courteous* Drop my glass for repairs because nose pads (both of them) came off. Take a week to fix nose pads - seems way too long. They are not a place who like to service repairs - in fact they prefer to send you to someone else for repairs and will give you names.* Too expensive for frames and lenses. Way too ridiculously expensive! Please do your comparisons.

You can see all the great ratings are from a while back. This place has gone downhill and the customer service is horrendous. They NEVER NEVER pick up the phone. It took months to get one new set of prescription glasses ready and they never bothered to provide any updates. Please choose a different place.
