I am a 67 year old disabled asian with a walker who was ignored by the male and female sales clerk on november 4 at around 7:30 pm. I waited for my return after the gentleman ahead of me finished his transaction. I was being patient waiting there for 5 minutes thinking they must be busy but then the male cashier accommodated thr guy who just went up to the counter without being in line. So I waited again but then the male sales clerk ignored me again for another 5 minutes. I lost my patience and just left the vitamins at the counter. Very nice lady with the name Bouche on her name tag. She was super helpful and she found me the right skin products for a good price. Gave me a bunch of samples to try. Thank you!

This CVS is so slow. Every time I come here the employees are so slow. Not a very convenient convenience store.

Was supposed to be a 24 hr store (as the big board on the front claimed), but they weren’t open on the one night I drove up for some urgent new-born needs. There was someone working inside, but just not for customers, I guess.

Need medicines, pharmacy lady says we will be closing in 30 minutes so go to Walgreens ..... super service ... keep it up

I got to this 24 Hour location at 4am, just to see sign reading Were Closed, Open at 5am. I tapped on the glass and a middle aged, caucasian lady with glasses came to the door and said theyd be open at 5am. I told her I was having an asthma attack. She immediately opened the door and directed me to the over the counter asthma inhaler I desperately needed. I wish I had gotten her name, but obviously my mind was elsewhere. Im not sure she saved my life, but she sure helped me in a hellish situation. Thank you so much Ms.

Shelves are pretty bare of the basics. Pharmacy didn’t follow through on getting prescriptions transferred (I was evacuated 3 weeks ago due to the fires and am out of meds).

We were verbally abused and scorned at today by Diana cashier for no reason. I have filed a complaint with the manager. She not insulted me (when i was with my wife) saying that you should do that, do this.. keep your receipts . I was feeling really bad at that point itself.. Then she started saying you Indian come here and want to get lot of money and all. I dont know where she was going with .. I had spent 29$ towards the beatuy and then i spent 5 dollars. which generally gives back 3$ for every 30$ which it did not. Finally manager came, i showed her previous receipt from my car. I did not expect this kind of rude behavior from CVS employee. I can bear insult on me a bit but not on my Country.. nor anybody should..

Made a flu shot appointment days ago and it ran out of flu shot when I get here. What!? Then whats the point of making appointment?

They say 24HRS yet its 2:29 am I need milk for my daughter and this is the only 24hr store close to me. Yet they have a sign on the door saying closed will open @ 4 am. ?????????? Wonder if the store manager knows they are doing this???

Pharmacy Review: The worst service! The short Asian girl with the fake lashes needs to be trained on customer service. Instead of greeting me with a Hello how can I help you? the first thing that came out of her mouth was were backed up. Girl...thats not my issue! and two HI! I still didnt get my prescription. She should not be working there if the customers are not priority.

The staff at the front of the store is great, but with one very helpful gentleman, the pharmacy dept. is abrupt, rude, and cuts you off when there are problems. I am stuck with them because of my insurance, but I go to Walgreens on Meridian if you have a choice.

This is pretty much a standard-issue CVS, except that its open 24 hours which is convenient. The attitude of some of the employees can be good or dreadful.

I love the folks who work here...98% of the time im greeting with a nice welcome and their pretty friendly. Also they never seem to be out of anything i went in for which is awesome.

Old kinda run down store. Good for emergency supplies. Watch out for display pricing.. it may not correlate to the item on the shelf.

Worst CVS Ive been to. Store is old, service is slow and grudging. They never have enough staff on, so the wait - especially at the pharmacy - is always interminable.

The folks that work there are nice, but they are slow, there is always a long line. Half the time there is some mix up. I decided to change locations.

They are supposed to be 24 hours but they close whenever they want to take a nap 😴

The pharmacy is indeed open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This store was clean and the pharmacist was nice and helpful.

I waited to be helped for a passport photo. I eventually left.

Hi. I was at CVS try to send some money gram one of the lady at the cashier got really bad attitude her name was Christine system that taking about every 10 seconds to count $20 bill make me was so upset have to cancel this and to give me really bad attitude unhappy customer

I could give 0 stars but I cant Im here with asthma being sent from another CVS to get prescription and their excuse is they are close even though its a 24 hr pharmacy the lady pharmacist was rude the gentleman not so much but its OK let the man with clearly difficult breathing die outside the door or send him to Walgreens and say sorry which aint helping either worst pharmacy ever
