Great clean store. Fresh produce and vegetables. Not a large selection and also slightly pricey compared to other grocery stores. Fast check out.

The floral dept is the best. I get all my birthday balloons and flowers here. Kristi is very cheerful and helpful with all my orders.

This is a great independent store until it was bought out by Raleys I believe. Still it retains it old small chain charm. The workers are really friendly and when it gets busy they always call for checkers. Nice produce and their bakery is better than Safeway. The cakes are much more moist and in my opinion taste better.

I liked the things that they sell. The food is high quality, and the food is delicious. I liked shopping at nob hills foods. I would recommend it to you. This brand is awesome. It’s food is at a affordable price. 5 stars. This is one of my favorite brands.

On Monday August 30th, I walked in at 7am to buy 12 fresh butter croissant for the teachers at school. I went to the bakery section, two bakers were there. When I asked when can I buy fresh croissant one of them told me in 20min, she then asked me how many I said 12-20 for the teachers, she then rolled her eyes walked away and literally said: « no I won’t be able to do that!!!! » I m like you should never roll your eyes nd leave a customer that way! I was mad nd called Julie the manager. What is wrong with people? You want to buy and you get treated that way! Nob Hill seriously I should probably call the headquarter and explain what is their customer satisfaction philosophy???

It is very nice with very big collection and even caters for specific dietary requirements. However lacks some basics like unspiced baby back ribs

A very nice place! I came for the Hungarian sausage to make my own sandwich with fries. I dont know where to find this anywhere else in the city than here. They also sell great cooked pies, tasty scones to grab and pastries to fight your hunger. They have a friendly cashier, too. Very clean inside, fair prices, and good selections of products. I highly recommend!

Nob Hill has a 5 star deli section that can cut your meats paper thin. They also know how to package them properly so your thin slices do not stick together. The sliced meat pricing is also good for specialty meats.I tried to order some Italian specialty cookies that they had for the last 3 years. I spoke with 3 different people, including the manager, all 3 promised to call me back the next day and never did (I came in 3 different times and called them 4 times to no avail) 0 stars for management.

I do not live in Campbell or Saratoga. I live in the SC Mountains. But I really like this store and go there occasionally, because 1) Selection is good/ decent. 2) Employees are friendly and helpful generally 3) The store is usually not too busy. 4) There are self checkout lines/ registers open until 10PM I believe. As other reviewers have stated parking can sometimes be a concern/ problem.

Horrible service experience. They really need to retrain folks and improve their service approach for all of their Adsociates. Many of the items are over priced but good deals on Mondays. But if you are looking for options to walk away feeling good about your overpriced purchases dont go here. Sad the Luckys down the way closed .. far better option.

This Nob Hill is not my regular store. This Nob Hill is a large one that has more items my regular store does not.Ive started using Nob Hill because of their availability of an item they have.I thought they were far too expensive so I didnt shop there but I found a few items that I really like that are not available in other stores.Their customer service is great. Always ready to help.Their produce is FAR TOO EXPENSIVE so for now I will get the stuff I need from the store and the rest.. somewhere else...

Its a nice store with ployees that are customer friendly. Also, they are a little pricy. All in all a good neighbor hood store. I didnt get a chance to finish, sorry. I have say this about the store and its employees, and there excellent, customer service. I came in just to buy a loaf of bread and I was escorted to the bread as well as a few more items I didnt think they would have. In closing, the first hurriedly part of my statement about the store, pretty much stands. Nothing but a very well stocked and very courteously managed store. Sorry no pics. L.Smith

We have been doing the curb side pick up during shelter in place and this is the first time I have been disappointed with the produce they picked out for us. I ordered broccoli and it is too old to even eat.I spoke with the store and he said they will speak to the employees that do the shopping for curb side pick ups. Also his recommendation was to post a review or I ordinarily wouldnt bother. Hope for better next time.

Update 7/24/10 - This past weekend, there was a younger lady managing the deli counter while training a fairly new employee. I was quite impressed by her aptitude and ability to manage four customers who were taking advantage of a promotion. She ran operations like a clockwork and knew exactly how to manage customer expectations. The Nob Hill management team really has a good feel for high quality personnel. I can only wish that such service were mirrored across the industry. When it comes to checkout, however, I choose the self-checkout service 9 out of 10 times due to convenience. Unlike other grocery stores, Nob Hill even has the regular checkout lines under control. Keep it up!Old ReviewLuckily, the same representative from last time was at the deli this Saturday. Hes very customer oriented and made sure my order was processed correctly. Compared to other grocery stores in the area, Nob Hill still has that unique feeling that a customer is welcome instead of being just a number in the crowd. This location usually has sufficient parking and the quality is overall good.

Lovely clean store. The staff is amazing too, so kind and friendly.

I placed an online order to pick up, after waiting 10 days I picked up my items and they had not followed any of my notes for latest expiration dates and etc. The meat they gave me had the expiration date of next day. The bananas were way too ripe, the bagels were hard and even though I had put no substitution they had given me substitute. I will never place another online order with Campbell location any more.

The best full service market in the area. Well stocked with all the standard items you might need. A full service butcher, deli, florist and bakery. Average prices for the area. Good sales monthly. Nice local/California produce. A good selection of organic items.

Very friendly and Nob Hill itself seems to be a very socially responsible business. I was able to follow them on how they were reacting to the Covid19 situation and they did their best to bring value to the customers as well as the employees. Quite impressed.

Amazing place

I had not shopped here in a long time. I thought it cost more. Its a great place to shop. No displays blocking the shelves, checkers remove your groceries from the cart, the groceries are bagged and happily taken to your car. The cost of my food was less than the last 5 shopping trips to other stores. Great shopping day.

Nob Hill is my go-to grocery store for everyday items. Ive shopped at different locations of Nob Hill in my area and have always been pleased with the product lines. My local store has recently been remodeled, but their stores are always neat and clean. While you may find a few outside racks to entice you, these are neat and dont block the entrance. They have some of the best produce and proudly feature products sourced from local producers. On major holidays Ive gotten my prime rib roasts from their meat department with no regrets. Nob Hill is an old name in the grocery business, but it has kept up with times with its offerings.

While living in Campbell on Winslow Court, Nob Hill was the closest grocery store, so this is where I shopped. It is a very nice store with great employees. Every time I needed help finding anything, they were very happy to take me to the item. Great store with a fantastic selection.

Love this store! The people in each department and the cashiers are so friendly and helpful. Had an exceptional experience in the meat and fish department today. The gentleman working there offered to bring out more of the whole salmon fillets if I didnt like the ones that were pre-packaged. I was able to get one that was nearly 5lbs!

Verbally attacked by a black woman and the store manager Raual today. A random Black customer runs up to the Raual manager and said Im a somebody shes not putting her mask on. Did anyone think to ask any questions before attacking? No they did not. Maybe the mask to the side of the face was to stop fogging up she glasses. After all she was just trying to check out with her groceries. Wont shop there again.

I love this market. My sister lives nearby, so I walk over there quite often. They have a really good assortment of product including fresh fruits and vegetables. They also have a decent health food section for a general market. I also like the fact that there is a Petes Coffee in the place, which makes it much easier to shop in the mornings.

It was absolutely SPOTLESS, the workers/staff are very kind and helpful. The food is incredible! I got myself a sandwich made there, to say the least, I didnt save it to post a picture up here it was that GOOD.

Weve been shopping here for years. My hubby loves it, but I dont care for it anymore. They keep discontinuing products I like, no theres nothing left for me and we always end up going to Trader Joes for me right after.

The only reasons to come here are 1) the Redbox DVD kiosk; and 2) the occasional sale on ice cream. Otherwise, Target, located one mile away, has much better overall selection AND cheaper prices. (For just groceries, Safeway is another option.)Unfortunately, the staff quality at Nob Hill has declined over time, and a lack of overall consistency means I expect this location to close at some point. (April 2019)

Ive been going to this store since childhood and as luck would have it, had the opportunity to work with them as a service provider many years back and I can tell you that theres a reason I shop here.Their stock is good, the store is clean and the people are friendly.

Very rude customer service and I understand the circumstances right now(coved 19) but try to be helpful or find another job.

There is a misconception that Nob Hill is more expensive than other grocery stores. That is not true. There are lots of sale items and buy 1 get 1 free items. Their produce department is better than anyone; Same goes for the meat department. They carry a bigger variety of foods etc. At check out they unload your cart not you. They bag it then offer to take it to your car for you. You earn points for every dollar you spend there and every quarter they send you a nice voucher, usually around 10 bucks. A much more pleasant shopping experience over Safeway.

The meat department crew is extraordinary!

Things change and it makes it really nice when I felt treated very nicely by a couple of the workers there. For one, young Patrick took the time before yesterday, to help me find some deveined shrimp that I wanted to take to a party. So, yesterday, Patrick rang up my groceries. That made me happy to be taken care of by a clerk who did that very well with a very good attitude. There are other clerks there who dont say thank you, when they ring your groceries, there are two of them..who said..there you go!! I like Blake in the meat department, because is always welcoming and pleasant. I like TJ, too, as he has a good attitude. Dominic is a good guy, too. In previous reviews, my thoughts about that Nob Hill, were not very complementary.Oh, the two lady assistants are pretty nice, too.

Nicer Nob Hill Food Store located in the San Jose area. Large with lots of parking out front and a good selection of food inside. Convenient to the San Jose Campbell border area of residences.

Its a very nice grocery store. Clean and well stocked. Their beef steaks are choice grade.

Went in for cabbage, they had some really big organic ones bought two and made stuff cabbage, they were really fresh and very good.
