I had an inspection this morning. Christopher Cassel came on time in a car with company logo on it. He had a mask on and introduced himself with a business card. Per my request he used painters tape instead of chalk for marking. He had a ladder and protecting clothing to inspect the attic and crawl space. After another walk through he presented me with a detailed write up with colored diagrams. Christopher was courteous and professional. I was very impressed with the entire process and immediately scheduled a treatment.

The wood repairs provided by MightyMite were completed today and the results were outstanding. The guys that did the work (Rudy/Richard/Armino) did a great job. They did an excellent job in completing the work in timely manner. They did an excellent job cleaning up after each day. They made sure that the finished work was what we wanted. Looking at the final repairs, it seems like nothing ever happened. Many thanks to those 3 guys for always being very respectful and professional. I highly recommend these guys.

Great craftsmanship from Jorge and Gio. After 20 years in the same house, we had both subter. termites and dry wood termites (found out while installing hardwood floors). After our home inspection - Jorge and Gio came out to replace several porch posts and house trim (a few had termite damage- but we told them to replace all of them. Luckily no damage to the subfloor/or walls. They installed new above the ground footings on new porch posts, and painted/secured the wood from any new damage. In two days MightyMite is coming back to treat the house against our uninvited guests. We recommend Jorge and Gio.

My wife noticed a considerable amount of evidence of a probable termite droppings on the bedroom floor under the window sill. We made the call to Mighty Mite Termite, and a termite inspection was immediately scheduled by their friendly office manager, Caryn Perron. He provided us with an estimate of repairs, which we agreed to, then he scheduled the repairs.Mighty Mites Construction Repair Crews including Jorge, Gio, Rudy, and Richard C., Sr arrived at our home at the scheduled time and immediately reviewed all areas to be repaired the began doing outstanding job removing all damaged areas and replaced the defective materials as needed. As the repairs were being done additional wood damages were found and properly replaced as needed. The crews were very professional, friendly and answered any questions about their work. As the repairs were being done, care was taken by all team members to clean up immediately after their work was completed. The team even told us to provide paint ( we did) and the new construction would be finished by properly paining and calking as needed. Upon completion of the work, all areas were re-examined by the crew, and touch ups were done to ensure all work met their expectations. When all was done, the work totally exceeded our expectations.We will highly recommend these folks for any termite problems found.

We used Mighty Mite for termite treatment as well as wood repair related to dry rot and termite damage for our home. It is frustrated to find Dry wood Ants walking on our window baseboard during this Shelter in place time. After Google search, we decided to ask MightyMite Termite for help, and it is an excellent decision. Chris came to check house exterior and get in Crawl Space to check then gave treatment recommendation and cost, David came next day to examine the wood damage and gave cost. Guess lots people are having Termite issue, the work need to wait 3 weeks to get started.Ray and Rudy spent 2 days to finish the wood damage repair. they have done great jobs on the repair, they also cleaned all the debris including tiny nails after work. Two days later, Sean and John and Jose came to do the Termite treatment. One person went down Crawl Space to do the spray, others drill holes on cement around the house and inject chemicals, and filled holes later, the work is done in 4 hours.MightyMite is a great company with great people, I would strongly recommend them.

We called to get a termite inspection. Within 2hrs a gentleman showed up and inspected our home. Much to my delight he confirmed that we did not have termites. However we did have some dry rot and old termite damage to a a beam and part of our siding. I called MightyMite Termite because I saw some termite droppings on a window still. They came and verified that a part of that wall had termites and did a thorough inspection of the house from underfloor to the attic and outside the house. We arranged for a localized treatment of that wall and the whole attic space. Both the inspector and the technician who did the job showed that they were knowledgeable and professional.

Wow, these guys are super legit. I had both drywood and subterranean termites with a lot of wood damage, in the front of my house, and also in the support posts in the crawl space. The great thing about MightyMite is the fully integrated service, from treatment to carpentry (which I needed a lot of!).I got a number of other quotes from well known companies, and it was clear that they were better run.The termite team were incredible, polite, fast, and they did a really good job of minimizing the impact of the drilling to lay down the termite poison. The carpentry team were outstanding -- a team of three awesome guys, Jorge, Ray, and Rudy. They replaced and painted our posts and rafters, built me a new gate, and replaced all my under house damage.I really cant recommend the company and team enough.

I decided to use MightyMite to address my termite infestation issue at home. I learned they also have a wood construction/repair team and dealt with David, who provided estimates for wood repairs (dry rot on fascia, rafter tail, lookout and barge rafter, window and chimney trim, eaves, replace termite infested parts, pergola, etc.). I also contacted other companies to address the same issues. MightyMite provided a reasonable price (not the cheapest) and I felt comfortable with how they presented themselves. I included more items that I planned on giving to a roofing company to fix (eaves dry rot, etc.), which they added at a reasonable price to the quote. It was appealing that one company will address my termite and dry rot problems and all their workers are employees.A team of Ray (leader), Rudy and Jorge took 3 days to complete all the necessary wood repairs. I was out watching them and was very impressed with the work they did. Rudy, who worked a lot on the second story issues and chimney trim was the “Picasso”. He suggested and explained fixes that will prevent future dry rot and was never satisfied until he completed his work correctly and it looks good. He even painted the chimney trim he proudly installed. Jorge is a persistent worker, who has a keen eye on addressing problems in a creative and efficient manner. I pointed out to Jorge numerous items that I thought he missed and he always said no problem and he fixed them with a positive attitude. Ray, who has been fixing houses for 35 years, is their leader. I recently dealt with a termite infestation at my home and Mighty Mite termite exterminators were wonderful throughout the whole process. I noticed bugs appearing in the Fall and Winter months in swarms and got fed up with constantly cleaning up dead bugs day after day. I got a referral to Mighty Mite because I rarely deal with this issue and good thing I went to them.Carl at Mighty mites was extremely helpful throughout the process. I emailed him and then called to set up an on-site inspection and was promptly scheduled in their workflow. Within a week of my call, they came on site and gave me a thorough inspection of the property; rooms, crawlspace and attic. Like I thought, we had termites in the crawlspace and a few other locations, however, I was also notified that we had some wood mold growing. Carl recommended I attack my problem in two steps, step one was to deal with the immediate problem of termites and a few bad mold locations. Step two would be to deal with all of the other minor mold and rotted wood repairs at a later point. The way they approached the conversation and explained the work made me feel much more comfortable about the situation. I did not feel like they were trying to up-sale me of anything unlike Audi when I get my car serviced.In addition, I was mid transition to a new job at the time so my schedule was completely chaotic but Carl was diligent and followed up with scheduling the work. I had a technician come the following week and complete all the work by the afternoon without having to tent the property. In fact all the chemicals used were non-toxic and I didn’t need to worry about my pets, plants or anything that may need to be cleaned after. The whole process was convenient and quick.I have not had any sign of pests since my appointment and I am extremely happy with how quickly and diligently Mighty Mite completed the work. They gave some good info for what to look for over the phone (they didnt have to do that, could have just come out and charged me); we agreed that theyd come out anyway, just for my peace of mind.
