Brought em a bike that had been sitting for an unknown amount of time. Id been riding it for a while before I took it in. Needed new fender eliminator and blinkers, break fluid, rear brake, clutch adjustment, etc.. a bunch of stuff I didnt know how to do. (Dont know very much about maintenance, but I know how to ride)Anyway, the difference in handling was absolutely noticeable. Should have taken it to these guys way sooner!Friendly, worked fast, and at a price I was comfortable paying for all the work they did.Will definitely take my bike over there again when needed!

First time going here was referred by a friend. Left with my bike cared for and professionally tuned up. The guys who work here know bikes and care about the work they do. I with out a doubt will be back

This is one solid guy...he was able to get my bike in on time and got it done the next day... He put my exhaust pipe on for me and it has been running solid ever since, he even worked on my bike one time and the parts I brought him didnt fit, and he didnt even charge me. I would definitely recommend this guy to work on your bike!!

Came in for just basic 8k services. Oil change and filter, plugs, inspect the major systems. He quoted me at around 200 and then I go to pick it up and it was 390. He didnt do anything we didnt discuss. So either he lied to me, or he is incompetent and doesnt know how to estimate cost. When he realized he was going to exceed the quote, any honorable mechanic would call to discuss it. Then he put his plate cover on my bike without asking my permission or even telling me. Ill be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

If they worked on bmw, Id make this the spot.

This shop is, by far, the best Motorcycle shop in the bay. Super straightforward and they dont try to scam you like other mechanics (in my experience). Straightforward and honest guys, great pricing, and the turn around to get my bike gear shifter/shaft was extremely fast - and theyre professional! Highly recommend this place.

I came to the shop because I was referred to it by a friend. The prices seem fair and a lot of work was being done for the price quoted to me which was about $600 to $1,000 for a valve adjustment and all fluids, synthetic oil, timing chain, spark plugs, and an air filter service ( depending on how many valves needed to be adjusted). I drop my motorcycle off on a Tuesday and was told the parts would be ordered but they ended up arriving the following Tuesday. I never rushed him or anything because I understood that he was busy. when I picked up my bike it seemed like it sounded better and it ran better. he ended up adjusting all of the exhaust valves.I really wish I could give this guy five stars but, unfortunately, I cant. Prior to this I have had a lot of service done to the motorcycle and I have done a lot of service on it myself and I made sure that every single bolt, fastener and everything was attached correctly. as I was riding home I noticed that my steering was a little jumpy, however it was late and I couldnt check because I had no lighting. later on I saw that he had left one of my HID ballast hanging freely near the forks and was bumping on the fork some more of my wires were not where they belong and my phone holder was missing. upon further inspection I noticed that the Inside fasteners that were usually hard to get to where not there anymore he skipped the hard-to-reach bolts and did a poor job putting my fairings back completely together. as I went to undo the fairings I noticed that my slider bolt was only hand tight. I could keep going on but the point is he doesnt put your bike back together the way he received it. as far as the workhe performed on the engine I am happy but as far as him putting my bike back the way it belongsIm disappointed.I paid nearly $1300 for the whole service

I really love that place, even though its pretty far from my home Id always go there instead of the closest place to me. Guys there are super quick with their job and always give me tips about my bike, riding etc.

This place has been the only one I trust with my bikes in the bay while I have been here for the last 4 years Arosh went above and beyond when my bike was stolen and recovered almost destroyed. they brought it back to life for me at the best price they could have given truly great work.

The guy running this shop is super friendly and down to earth. He fixed my bike (which another shop had damaged) at a very fair price. I had assumed this place was just for higher end/custom bikes, but he was happy to help get everything straightened out on my rebel.

Had problems with headlights and older hids that had created a potential larger problem. AE got me hooked up with some new leds, fixed my wiring issue and gave my R1 some needed TLC. Service and communication was excellent. Cost was affordable and appropriate. I will definitely be doing doing more business with them in the future.

Had a bad experience with a previous shop so I was looking around and I couldn’t be more thank full for the guys at AE Kustomz I had a 2001 banshee 350 it had some electrical issues along with some leaks the owner of the shop was super friendly he was able to get me in and out of the shop really quick what I love about the shop is there Honesty I value that a lot in a shop they were fair with pricing and got down to business quick and had my bike out in the dunes just in time for my birth day will glad I made the trip out to there shop from San Francisco not gonna waste my time with anyone else these guys have my business for ever excellent job guys also got a sticker so people can see it when I smoke them at the dunes lol
