Company is very responsive. Installation of new glass panel in my slider went without a hitch and was done quickly and neatly. Office staff very friendly and courteous on the phone. I would definitely recommend Glass Doctor to anyone that needs glass replacement.

They replaced a sliding glass door that had a run in with a string trimmer. The price was half of what other places quoted me. The receptionist, Chrystal, in the office was very friendly and helpful. When they had a worker call in sick on the day of installation, the owner came out himself. Other companies I called said they couldn’t do it for 3 to 4 months. Today, they installed our shower enclosure and it is beautiful! They were very responsive in sending the quote quickly, establishing the set-up for measurements and installation and as answered all of my questions. The product came in on time and I am very happy with everything!!!

Great service and experience with them went to get windshield fixed but wasnt repairable so set up appointments to get windshield replaced was out of there in less than an hour, Krystal was great she called insurance for me and we got everything taken care of HIGHLY RECOMMEND GLASS DOCTOR

The installer, Bob, was right on time, 7:40-7:45am (about 5 minutes early!) He gave me the paperwork, told me what he was going to do and the instructions for the next 48 hours. I didnt even have to move my car out of the garage! Highly recommend Glass Doctor and their technician Bob.

They called me 30 min before the tech got here and he got right to fixing my windshield. I was able to call the office, pay over the phone, and receive my receipt via email. The tech even secured my driver door weather strip for me. Overall great experience.

I have just used the Glass Doctor of the Finger Lakes for the 4th time in 2 years. They replaced insulated window panes, made and installed an incredible 1/2 thick by 36 wide shower door with side panel, replaced my truck windshield and just re-screened some windows and screen door with pet proof screening. While at the house Dennis (the owner) fixed a window that was manufactured wrong. His daughter Crystal is the customer service person and could not be nicer to deal with. GREAT small business local residents should support 100%!

Without a doubt, one of the best contractors I have ever dealt with. Staying in contact and returning my calls is worth gold to me. Most contractors are very poor at this but these guys are great. They just finished my bathroom glass and the price is fair and they will stay in touch with you through every step of the process using both phone and emails. I have another bathroom that needs to get done and I will definitely use them again.

I ordered custom glass tabletops. Prices were competitive, the glass was ready quickly and the sales team was fact, efficient and professional.

After calling my insurance company for a broken windshield and them recommending Safelite glass replacement on my 2009 impala to do the work, that was a big mistake I took a half day off of work to meet them just to find out they wouldnt do it because of a dime size paint chip/ rust spot, after doing my research glass doctor did the repair and I didnt have to miss anytime from work, they simply called and they were very professional and also 7 months after the install there is absolutely no leaks like the other company claimed would happen if I I replaced it without a body shop repairing a dime size spot

Great service and good ethics. Made a special trip late on Wednesday so I had the windshield in before Thanksgiving weekend eventhough I had told them that I really wasnt in any real hurry.

They were here early and even though it took almost an hour to install they never complained once. What I love most is that even though I told them the previous windshield wasnt tinted, they installed a tinted windshield at no extra cost! I will be going to themake from now on for any glass needs.
