Definitely do not recommend sales or service from Canandaigua Monroe Tractor. They tried to fix a loader of mine that would not move and put $31,000 into parts and labor and did not fix the issue. They refused to resolve the problem.

Excellent! I went in with a problem mounting a small tire, the service manager worked with it for about 20 minutes, figured out how I could do it myself, and wouldnt take anything for his trouble. I look for businesses with good hearted people working there, and this is certainly one! Keep it up!

If you have a tractor or heavy equipment, are a farmer, or small service oriented business owner you will find useful items here. Excellent staff. Lots of inventory in the store.

Only dealt with parts/service but they were awesome! Blew a hose on my Case skids steer and their parts/service tech Jared helped me out without hesitation. Jared helped me replace the hose and I was back to work at a big project in under 30 minutes.

A regular place to visit for parts and supplies for my IH tractor. Staff is extremely knowledgable and helpful. Really saved the day on numerous occasions, keeping my tractor operating.
