I grew up here and I was disappointed to see how in 15 years it was from a couple hundred people walking around on Halloween to 15 people walking around.

The roads in Thomas Estates do not reflect what the residents pay for lot rent.

They take and take but put no money back into the park. Greedy

None of the lot rent. Goes back into the parks upkeep. Sure it pays for garbage pickup & for the roads to be snow plowed. But, not for new asphalt on the roads, etc. As it costs one [1] tires, shocks, struts & suspension to drive on em! Plus, they have no qualified help employed there. To adequately fix, anything ; - ( At least the woman in the office there is tops! She cant do anything really though. Due to everything being decided in a different part of the State. A bigger trailer park.

Ive lived here Almost 6 years. Id say its a good place for those starting out and looking for a home.

Visited a family member here. Place seemed clean and well kept for the most part

This is a little community. Kid and pet friendly. lady in the office is very nice
