Thank You CVS for providing the COVID vaccine! I shop here on the regular and always have a great experience! Today when I went in there was a mix up and they were a little behind. Gretchen was fantastic! She was so sweet directing traffic and updating people waiting in the loop of what was going on. I had to get in another line at the pharmacy due to issues with BCBS insurance and she was so sweet! Excellent service!

They are the rudest pharmacy I have ever dealt with. On top of never being able to find my Rx’s, have horrible attitudes with almost every interaction. Not sure how they stay in business other than being the only option on the south-side if the lake.

Don’t bother, go anywhere but here. I just spent more time on hold than it would have taken me to drive there and back. Something needs to change about how this pharmacy operates. I feel that customer service is last on the priority list. I’ve had better service almost everywhere else so do yourself a favor and use lone star it’s better and they seem to care.

Really like this pharmacy everybody in my family he gets one or two prescriptions and its right down the road from the house this staff for the most part is really awesome Ramon the head pharmacist hes amazing anytime theres any issues with any of our medication things or issues with insurance or cost he always finds a way to make sure we can get our medication Christina and Brody they are technicians and they are absolutely amazing very friendly very efficient they really know what theyre doing and theyre always willing to help always have a smile on their face no matter how many times I call they never have a rude tone or make me feel some type of way they always make sure that we are taken care of and weve had a few issues with our medications and stuff but theyve always made sure to make it right make it up to us and just really great service that I have to say

You’d think they would accidentally get my prescriptions right once in a while. But nope they find creative ways to make new mistakes. Such a waste of time and frustration!Oh and watch out, my insurance caught them charging for prescriptions on file that I didn’t ask for and they tried to mark that it had been filled, even though I never received it. Upon finding this out and asking them to fixing the ‘mistake’ they asked me to drive around repeatedly for 45 minutes while they fix it and then the mistakes they made while fixing the mistake. Several times in a row they failed to fill my prescriptions correctly, coming up with a new way to mess it up each time.I recommend you, my friends and neighbors, try Lonestar pharmacy in Sattler. What a refreshing change good service, friendly and efficient!Goodbye Cvs and thank you for the years of laughter that you’ve given me and my friends and my family as we reminisce and share the different experiences that we’ve had watching you fumble one order after another.

They never pick up the phone. Been on hold for 40 min as I write this review. Pharmacist always says they are a temporary pharmacist. Customer service is terrible. They deserve 0 stars.

CVS in Canyon Lake Tex, management you desperately, need to hire more employees in the pharmacy area..the service is the worst Ive ever experienced in the 61 years of my life anywhere..They never answer the phone.. being kept on hold for close to an hour is outrageous!!.they are very rude..they loose prescriptions. I mean seriously some body needs to do something!!

Terrible service the actual pharmacist(the woman) was rude she tossed the bag at me mumbling under her breath the instructions of meditations because I would not circle around for the third time because they never ever fill the prescriptions right or on time . Was given only partial and not told that they werent filling the whole prescription . Always slow. If I could give them a worst rating I would. The staff has never given me a problem just that one woman pharmacist!

This place is awful. They will not sell you diabectic supplies unless you buy your insulin from them. They are too expensive on their insulin. Thats why they set their policy up this way. Thats the only way they can sell anything.

If I could give this store a negative one rating I would. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! RUDE PHARMACIST AND STAFF! VERY UNPLEASANT AND UNPROFESSIONAL! I had stopped using them and had no choice but to use them today and I regreted it so much. Just having to deal with these people and the pharmacist give me such anxiety. He is disgusting 😡. His behaviors is inexcusable. How do they think they can get away with such disrespect. Try not to use them if you can.

Update: Went to pick this prescription up. Was given only a part of my order, no inhaler. No one at the window confirmed with me what I was being given or paying for.This review is for the pharmacy, not the rest of the store.They used to be better. I dont deal with this pharmacy much because they generally have the highest prices in the area. My last few experiences with them have been very negative. The service is almost always unfriendly. On my most recent dealing with them, I attempted to transfer a prescription to them from HEB. The only reason I didnt use HEB in this instance was because this one medication happened to be cheaper at CVS, which is not the norm. While waiting for someone at CVS pharmacy to answer the phone (which rarely happens), the pre-recorded message suggested that I download the CVS app to do the transfer process. I decided to do that in hopes that it would work. I selected the correct locations for both CVS and HEB, selected the right medication, and received an email confirming the transfer. It was later in the day so I decided to go pick up the next day to give them plenty of time to fill it. When I arrived at the drive thru I was told nothing was there. I was confused and said I had transferred it but she insisted I hadnt and that I needed to give her HEBs number. I said ok because I dont like to argue. So I went home and called CVS later just to make sure all my info was correct and was rudely told that everything was right and I was gonna have to wait 12-48 hours. This was an inhaler by the way. I wasnt in urgent distress but needed it sooner than later. I tried to tell her about my email confirmation from CVS and she very rudely told me thats the central system and has nothing to do with us. I mean, really? This is CVS, is it not? Why is there an app/central system if it has nothing to do with the stores? I didnt argue again because dont do confrontation. At this point, I wanted to tell them dont bother, just leave it at HEB.By that time it was worth the extra 15 minute drive and extra $10 charge on the inhaler, because at least I can always be sure that HEB has their act together.Unless you have no other option, take the trip to HEB, Lone Star, anywhere besides here.

They do not fill the prescription when they receive it, they do not have them filled when you get a text they are ready, and they do not fill them when u drop off the prescription. I have don’t the merry go round with them for 2 yrs now, because it is the only choice at the lake. Done. I’ll go in to NB from now on.

Staff from the pharmacy was horrible and very disrespectful and rude. I drove over 45min to get to this pharmacy and the people didnt pay attention. Very disappointed because cvs has always been my go to store. Im not from texas and I wouldnt reccomend going here.

The last few times my family members or myself have been in here weve had nothing but problems with the pharmacist. Other employees are nice but the lady pharmacist that works here is very rude, condescending. We will be moving all of our business to a different place, gave her a chance thinking she was just having a rough time and its gotten out of control.

It’s always something with the pharmacy. They can’t figure out insurance, they don’t have the meds, they can’t transfer prescriptions. One lady called to tell me they had to special order the “cough syrup” she said I was prescribed... it wasn’t cough syrup it was anti nausea medicine... how do you not know the medicine you called me about? Very underwhelming.
