Had to get 3 new trailer tires in an emergency. Not only did they have exactly what I needed but they where willing to install them on a 13,000lb 5th wheel! Most shops would just laugh you away. The manager Will has an amazing team of people and the level of service and quality of work exceeded many 5 star mechanics shops I have been to. You will get so much more than you might expect from a walmart auto center!

Canyon Walmart is very nice theres no truck parking really and its hard for us to get in and out

I love the selection this Walmart has. I love even more that it is all self check out. There are plenty of people there to help if you need it, but other than that youre in and out a lot quicker because of it.

Never had any problems in this store. Doesnt carry as many products as the WMs in Amarillo. Aisles are narrower.

A very nice Walmart, however for a tourist town where the patrons dont know the store, please put the contents of an aisle on both sides of the sign. Was hard to find things if you werent facing the right direction.

Falcon Walmart is a SUPER store. Good selection of inventory. The store is clean. The staff is friendly and, for the most part, very helpful. The pharmacy has most medications on hand. We get out annual flu shots there.They do have an easy return policy, if needed. Much easier process if you have your receipt.This Walmart has a great selection of plants and yard supplies.

Its always fun to make a trip to Walmart! They are no longer trying to guide the guest around the store with those 6 feet apart stickers! You still have to wear a mask,but hey,you are now free to walk however you want across the store,which is a plus in my book.Wasnt here for a long trip,just needed to pick up a few things. The store wasnt overly crowded so I was able to find what I needed very quickly!

Shopping at this Walmart is not a prime experience. A lot few mes, their stock of items is underwhelming, and they do not always have what I am looking for. Sometimes, some packages of items are open, presumed to be a reckless child, and nothing is done about. However, that issue is not that common, and overall, the store is clean and they offer the basic necessities for people. So if you need something, its a good place, but for some specialty items, maybe look somewhere else.

Same as other Walmart stores. Pushing everyone to self-checkout. Only one cashier on duty when I was there. However, the Pharmacy was well staffed and helpful.

Will not be doing anymore pickup orders. After reserving my time for pick up from 7-8 PM yesterday, I received notification that the order was delayed. I placed the order earlier in the day and was not notified that it would be delayed until five minutes before pickup time. That is fine. What was not fine, was the fact that I kept waiting for my order throughout the night until closing time. My order was not ready until today.I was not notified that I would be receiving my order until today. When I finally received notification that my order was ready today (notified in the morning), half of my order was unavailable (that being mainly produce and meats). I didn’t realize Walmart ran out of essentials such as tomatoes and onions. In reality, it seems that my order was purposely incomplete out of convenience for staff.Afterwards, husband went to store to pick up order as well as buy the “unavailable”items in store. Long story short, husband found most “unavailable” items in store and to add insult to injury, they canceled the pick up order. Again with no notification up until a few minutes ago. They had all day to let me know it was canceled, but did not do so.To summarize:1) I reserved a time that was not honored.2) I was not told my order would be rescheduled and available until next day.3) Half of my order (produce and meats) was “unavailable” when ready for pick up.4) Most items were found in store.5)Pickup order was canceled without notification and only found out it was canceled while at store. Only to receive an email shortly after being told in store that order was canceled.COMMUNICATION IS KEY.I usually don’t take the time to review places, but this was just terrible customer service.Save yourself the trouble and just go inside the store to shop.

It is very safe and clean. The bathrooms are well kept. And things seem to always be stocked. The employees are very helpful if you need help with anything.

SUPERCENTER Problem is one cashier on a Saturday morning and bare shelves apparently management have yet to figure supply and demand . The entire store is being set up for online shopping and self service checkouts. Friendly staff mostly clean shop. Supercenter with lots of missing products, typical Wallyworld nowadays. Asked a manager when the product was coming in, she looked it up and said it was not on backorder and was discontinued. Two days later the product was on the shelf ! Due to religious respects alcohol is only available after 1pm on a Sunday, religious respect dictates the lord allows alcohol purchases at certain times of the day in Canyon TX praise the lord at least its allowed. Height of mosquito season and completely sold out of any sprays or creams. I suppose those who think this is a 5 star store are either employees or have never been further than Canyon city limits .

I went to wal mart to get a few items. I wanted to purchase the items. This store had every SELF SERVICE check out opened to use and ONE employee checking at check out #5. There was 8 people waiting in line to get waited on. The lady employee checking was not in any hurry about doing her job. My wife finally talked me into using the self service registers. That only because every thing was getting hot and melting standing line. So I went home and called the corporate office for wal mart in Arkansas. The man on the phone took my name number store location. He kept saying Ill pass it on to supervisors. This is the second store in amarillo and canyon texas. That had only self service check outs opened. I told the man on the phone I dont work at wal mart and dont get a check to shop at the store. So why should I give them money if the company shows no effort to check out my groceries. So I will be shopping were they have employees waiting on the customer. Sorry and good bye Wal mart.

Since when did Walmart start putting used items back on the shelves and having customers pay full price expecting a NEW product? Bought a $89 instant pot and previous owner had cooked rice and didn’t return the steam rake that it came with!

No cash payment on any of the scan and gos which leaves two cashiers checking people resulting in a long wait. I tried to go to the restroom and they were closed. Customer service here is pretty poor

Hate supporting the downfall of America

Many people not wearing masks or wearing them improperly and no social distancing. The store has signs up, but is doing nothing to enforce current public health laws. I find it absolutely ridiculous that they will check everyones receipt as they are leaving the store, but refuse to check to make sure people coming into the store are wearing masks. It clear what their priority is, and its not the health and safety of their employees or customers.

Normal Walmart experience we were looking for stuff for our trip.

Grabbed what I needed, pod and left. Nothing special about this place.

Only one soda fridge in the front had original Dr.Pepper. I know because I started looking at one end checking each fridge till I found them at the other end of the check outs.

Great store. Great parking. Wheel chair accessible parking and wheelchair accessible bathrooms as well. Amazing prices too.

I am not happy with this location with all the signs saying that this place is safe lol where was it when I was attacked by two kids on my way into the store and when I got to the front store it took 20 minutes to get them to help me

In Canyon, clean well stocked and good customer service

If you have bad eyesight or are not being attentive enough do not buy anything from the garden/outdoor section. They mark things with pretty low and reasonable prices, but when you get to check out those items are 2-3 times the price listed. The last 3 times Ive tried to buy something from that area this has happened. When I brought this up to the store manager I just got a shrug of the shoulders, and was told the price it rings up at is the price. They they wouldnt match the price they list it for no matter if the tags and numbers match. Im not sure if this is to trick older shoppers or if its just poor leadership, but either way it is deceptive and shady. I would love to be able to buy from here, but I cannot support a store that tries to take advantage of people this way.

Normally I would give a 5-star review. But I have recently noticed that the self-checkout machines cant/dont read Walmart Gift Cards. The only way to use a gift card is through an employee checkout

I stood in line behind 2 people at the checkout where you buy cigarettes for 7 minutes. I understand they need to be friendly but they also need to be fast. Especially when youre in a hurry. Said something to management but doubt anything will be done.

Friendly staff and very understanding of my walk up curbside order (2020...anything goes) got the items I needed and they werent upset that I was a few minutes outside my pickup window. Would shop here again.

Well I hated this experience I really did the lady who was helping us was down right rude said we didn’t scan items when we did it’s not our fault ur scanner dossent scan them then there was a fryer in the 89 spot but wanted to charge me 169 like come on People I kno y’all can price match so no I did not a great experience I was livid the lady who did a price check was down right rude she pinched my sons arm when taking the item out of my basket didn’t say sorry or anything

I have been to many super walmart. I would rate this one a great one. The store well kept and clean. It is definitely the best indoor shopping experience in canyon.

Rarely do I have anything bad to say about WalMart and that is the case with this store as well. The staff is knowledgeable helpful and always pleasant. You can get your other business taken care of as well at the customer service counter checking out is a breeze and if you have problems at the self check and scan the cashier that handles that is always right on target. You can get what you need and get out of there within a reasonable amount of time I mean we are talking about Walmart here…

We tried grocery pickup for the first time today and were SO pleased with the service. Shandra (sp) brought out our groceries with a big smile and was so polite. We told her that this was our first time and she gladly explained how everything works. She even explained what happens when they have to make substitutions for items and what to do if you get home and there is an issue with something you bought. In addition, she also let me check over my produce to make sure it was up to standard. You could tell that she is proud of what she does and we REALLY appreciate the excellent customer service.

I am one that did not ever want to order my groceries online. Due to covid, I now utilize the online, curbside service 95% + of the time. I love it. I save money, time and social distance..truly a win win. Walmart associates are curtious and timely.
