I have a west facing back yard so we requested a privacy fence to block out some of that hot summer sun/wind on our porch. Allstate put up a perfect cedar fence. Its beautiful. We had All-State replace a 20 foot fence (with a gate) from the house to the perimeter fence on the edge of our lot. When we moved here 7 years ago, the gate was sagging, and would not close properly. The soil is pretty sandy. We had repaired the gate, and it worked for a little while, but then sagged again. The All-State crew that installed the fence was very professional. They set the posts 3-feet deep, in concrete. The gate was built with a steel frame. The hinges were attached to the steel post (not the wooden fence). They hauled the old fence away and left the area clean. New fence looked great! A few weeks later, the gate would not close. They responded promptly. They reset the hinge post in a larger quantity of a harder concrete product. They rebuilt the gate to make it wider. (The gate wasnt wide enough for the lawn guys mower. My fault, not All-States) They made sure we were satisfied before the left. It is working fine!

Definitely a great place. I stopped in earlier in the week to get some stain for my fence, they walked me through showing me the differences in the types of stains and even gave me some helpful pointers. I will for sure be going back for any future fence projects I have.

Bought the wood Defender product they suggested for staining our present deck. Looked great but after 6 months and winter it was dull and faded. When we contacted the store and asked how we could restore to the initial finish they had no suggestions and said it was a manufactures problem, they only sell the product. Contacted the manufacture and was assured theyd contact us. A month later were still waiting! Guess the purchase wasnt big enough to worry about customer satisfaction.

Best fence company around. I think his name was Jason that gave me the estimate and he was so professional and polite, explained everything and listened to me. Trey, Travis snd Chancy were my crew and they were the experts... quick clean and professional and left the are looking great!!! Mark in the office is also on the list for taking all my calls and questions. Will not use anyone else.... ready for my second job!!!!

What a great job Mr. Adams and his crew did on our new fence from All-State Fence & Supply! There were a couple of custom features that required some out of the box thinking, and Mr. Adams really came through! The crew came on time, did excellent work, and were very polite and accommodating. All in all, it was a wonderful experience. Even my neighbor said they did a terrific job! We will certainly use All-State for our fencing needs in the future, and will highly recommend them to everyone we know.

Ive used All-State to build two fences for me in the past 2 1/2 years. The first one was 7 tall with a cap on top. The estimator who met me onsite brought up things that I hadnt even thought about. My fence held up to the tremendous winds this past spring with no problem. I truly believe that fence helped me get full value when I sold my house this past May.We had to have a new fence as soon as we moved into our new home so our dogs wouldnt have a chance to escape with what was left of a so-called fence. They were so accommodating! I have a 7 privacy fence (called board on board) with metal frame gates that looks great! Two of my new neighbors asked me within a week after it was built who did the job and were going to coordinate to get their fences rebuilt as well.We are the first ones on our block to have the 7 tall board on board. Weve had our friends and our kids friends over to our house this summer and have had nothing but positive comments about our home and fence!The gentlemen who came to our home each time were very professional.The proposals I received were the easiest and best presented of any company I saw.Theres no one else I would recommend than All-State!

All-State fence had to postpone my installation due to weather (understood) but when they did arrive they only built the fence and did not do the two front gates. They had to set posts for those and said they would be back the next day. TWO WEEKS LATER they finally showed up to finish. I had to call every day and ask if they were coming and I received one excuse after another. There was no communication between the office people and the crew. No one bothered to call and update me. I always had to call them. It wasnt until someone called to follow up and see how my experience went and I told her what was going on that they came to finish. I have used them before and they were great the first time but after this experience I will never use them again. My experience with All-State Fence only gets two stars. I am giving them two stars because the quality of the work is good, but there scheduling, internal communication and communication with THE CUSTOMER are LOUSY.

Quick and easy to work with. The estimator came out the next day and I received my estimate via email the next day. The company was accommodating in putting up a temp fence for my dog and the install was quick and painless. Also the lowest quote I received :) Would definitely recommend.

We bought all our fencing materials from them, but wanted to save money and install it ourselves. Materials were great quality, were delivered promptly, and they talked us through much of the install, which was really appreciated. Pricing has always been very fair.

Glad to lose 2% discount to leave negative feedback. It was agreed upon with the project manager to fence the front of house uniform from my house to neighbor, at my cost. Noticed early in job, I informed the crew. Was told it was not a part of the directions. Crew did not communicate back to project manager. When I asked manager why, was told it must have been on a sticky note and fell off. Was then quoted, after the business agreement, that it would cost me an additional $682 for 84 of fence. Ridiculous. Contract and bill was for 229 of fence, I got 226. This is a, Customer Pays dearly for All State mistake fence company. Crew left without informing of completion, crew left mess in back yard, concrete piles everywhere, a large pile of some kind of goop, concrete spillage on my new sidewalks. Project manager does not check on anything or inform of two-week schedule slippage due to inclement weather. They just leave you hanging and wondering. For a company whose expertise is fences, Im not impressed with the customer service or service after the sale. Removing the All State sign from the fence, not advertising for them.

I had to fix my fence that Absolute Lawn Care had installed behind my barn. Sent pictures of the gates and hinges to Aboslute and got no response. The 6 inch blocks they screwed the gate hinges to split and the gate became impassible. Allstate gave me a quote to redo the fence and hang commercial gate hinges and gate support piping. They did an awesome job and put my wood slats to the outside. The way it was supposed to be installed in the first place. Thank you Allstate. My fence looks great and your guys did a professional job. Very curtious and respectful.

They were short on a picket I needed so they stopped and had me pay the difference for one that, “would work”. Over $10 really??
