Clean convenient place close to the beach. Clean bathrooms, a wide variety of snacks and drinks as well as sandwiches and some fresh fruits. They sell pizzas as well ! Staff very friendly and helpful. And they sell gas as well.

On vacation... been going there 2x a day and this morning (8:30 am) Erin ( not the correct way it was spelt, very unique) but was super rude the whole time i was there. I asked her if she was rude to everyone and she said just me. No idea why.... i asked to speak to the manager and just let her know she was rude but she didn’t seem to care. I will be going back because i need my coffee. Hopefully she has a better day.

This location has a huge selection of drinks, snacks, and even has a section of food for your pets! Very clean and super friendly staff.

Gas, coffee, snacks and even sunglasses. Plenty of drink selections to satisfy everyone. Lots of parking and a lot of gas pumps. Very friendly staff and very helpful. They also have lottery tickets. The coffee station is amazing, they even have sugar in the raw. Easy access from A1A with a traffic light right there. They always seem to be open.

Busy location, but they have everything you could need in a pinch. Cumberland Farms was always known for their dairy, if you didnt know this, they use to be a drive through convenience store back in the 70s and 80s. I dont know when that changed, many disappeared from Orlando, but it was great to find one in Cape Canaveral/Cocoa. The ice cream is still one of the best you can find, and they have a full line of their own goodies and snacks. Many special offers all of the time. The staff at this location are friendly, and are great at upselling, so careful, you may walk out with more than you originally wanted, but it will be a deal that they sell you. Id recommend this location to everyone in the area.

I visit this location about 5 days a week. I could make coffee at home, but I love this staff! They are super friendly and always smiling and helpful. If you are a Smart Pay member you get 10 cents off gas as well as other rewards. The food is good and the store is clean. This place is great!

I love Cumberland Farms, so glad they built here. I always use the smartpay option to save 10 cents a gallon. I love that I can now pay via the app on my phone and receive rewards as well. They have a large selection of warm foods and hot drinks (the lattes are great) there is also a large selection of fountain drinks as well. You can also pick up a cold sandwich there as well. There are places to sit down and eat both inside and outside. So if youve been traveling and need a little time out of the car this would be nice.

Very clean store inside and modern building design. I had the opportunity to shop there for a week while I was in town/Cocoa. The food was very good and fresh. The customer service was great. Prices for gas and food were reasonable. Staff does a good job of keeping the store well-maintained. Wish there were more convenience stores like Cumberland Farms.

Was great when first opened but not so much now. Constantly has hardly any breakfast in the warmer, even when not busy at all.

Cashier was picking and choosing who wore masks. Completely unprofessional, and rude..

Very clean, the hot food they sell was very good! Sometimes they have some really awesome deals as well! Pizza was delish! Soda from the fountain tasted a little odd always, but other than that best convenient store by the Cape!

The best place to gas up and get a quick refreshment in Cape Canaveral. This convenience store has taken the lead over the Raceway down the road for its niceties and ease of use. I gas up with ethenol free gas in my boats here at a reasonable price.

Young girl rude over milk purchase... I needed use up 1 card n finish w cash... literally yelled at me, TRIED to belittle ... thought I called her stupid, Im just not that way to people, ever... she literally hollered and hollered at me down 2 isles (T) as I looked for a cheaper item

Like every Beach Business (especially RedNeck Cape-Cocoa Beach...) prepare yourself to talk slower, and will have to repeat verbal activity (slow thinking ex-Drug Addicts) work everything..from office management at CTAS with leather face- 10 inch heal at 65yrs ole...to 300 Lbs cashier literally in belief that she is Hot and doesnt have to pay attention while getting paid

One of the best gas stations I have ever been to. Super clean and much bigger than other gas stations on the inside.

Im not one to review a Convenience Store but felt the responsibility to do so. I was shooting this mornings SpaceX launch from the beach and had to grab my gear and hurry off to my location. No time to eat. Following my shoot I grabbed a Sausage, Cheese, Egg & Hashbrown Square Wrap and brought it home. I heated some olive oil in a pan and pressed my wrap to a golden brown. What a value and it tasted great. I did add some Tabasco and mayo for additional flavor.

Long lines and pump didnt work. Girl behind the counter is doing the work of three people.

Always clean interior and exterior. Overnight staff is incredibly friendly.

Good-looking store nice layout only issue is there fountain machine theyve agreed with me that doesnt taste right but its been over a month now and thay have not gotten it fixed

I went shopping in the daytime and my aunt at the cash register was badly responsive! I will never go again.When the cashier moved next to the cashier, a different person walked in and the aunt responded normally without saying anything.The same thing happened at another store, but the quota at the other store told me that this was the first place, but my aunt at this store responded with a disgusting face.
