An amazing place to acquire provisions. I wish I wouldve taken more photos. They also have bulk dry goods and a great selection of natural foods and things like soaps and other toiletries. They have a pet isle. Everyone else as super helpful and gave me samples.I cant wait to go back.

This is an excellent place to put your dollars to work to support local business. They have a good selection of bulk foods as well as all the non-GMO, organic, and Whole Foods. They have a small selection of produce a lot of it is locally grown. There is a huge selection of vitamins and natural supplements. As well as cosmetics and health care items. The service is always friendly and they are willing to help you look for what you need.

Was really wanting to be excited about this store. Everything is way overpriced and shelf products you can get anywhere. They do have local roasted coffees, dairy and veg all organic but unfortunately cost prohibitive for my budget.

I love this store! Its always clean and well managed. Theres usually someone that will ask if you need help finding something. Everyone is knowledgable and willing to assist shoppers. They always have fresh organic veggies, non-GMO & a lot are locally grown. They have a few clothes, some ready to eat food they make in their kitchen & some from local people. They have a wide range of lose teas, herbs & coffee. There are frozen foods, canned & boxed food. Loads of vitamins, supplements & health products & they have a price guarantee. Theres several rows of self serve bins of flour, nuts, beans, seeds, granola and just so much that you can do all your shopping. I could write 3 pages!

Sunseed is the best place to find local, organic produce! They also have a great selection of allergy-friendly foods that my boyfriend and I appreciate (gluten, dairy free). Costs are a little high, but if you sign up for their membership you get a good discount every time you shop. They also have great deals, and we buy high-quality CBD when its on sale.We moved to Cocoa Beach 5 months ago, and have always felt welcome from the first day we shopped at Sunseed. The workers are so friendly and helpful, and even waited a little past closing time one night so we could grab some produce for a late dinner.For anyone that is upset about the lack of masks in the store - Sunseed offers curbside pick-up if you dont feel comfortable being around people not wearing a mask - they are very accommodating to all customers. There is no mask mandate in Cocoa Beach, and I respect that Sunseed allows their employees and customers to make their own decision to not wear a mask.I have never felt belittled or shamed by my choice to wear or not wear a mask in their store. For anyone that has had problems with management or left, if was because you were not treating their staff nicely or were pushing your beliefs on other people. How would you feel if someone came to your business and started harassing you for not believing the same thing they did? There is a reason other people believe what they believe, and if you stopped shaming people for one second and listened to what they have to say, maybe youd grow a little compassion in your heart and expand your consciousness by listening to their point of view. Sounds like a win-win for the collective.Anyways - shop at Sunseed. The staff rocks, and they have the best groceries in the Cape/Coca Beach area.

My 80 year old mother has been a loyal and happy customer for the 20 years she had lived here. I also since I moved here in 2014. Our experience yesterday was as always top notch. Sean and other working members always go above and beyond they remember us and and greet us pleasantly. Patiencently answering Moms questions and assisting her with product purchases. The store is always very organized and keep clean...yes even the restroom. I want to say that we are also of the opinion that it is our choice to wear a mask or not. So this was a not a problem for us. Mom said that she has lived thru a lot in 80 years but her right to freedom comes first. I agree please enjoy your freedom of speech and respect mine. Thank you again.

They have some of my favorite products and such a kind and caring staff. ToThose who take issues that this establishment doesn’t instill the draconian policy of mask wearing.. its apparent that you have very littleKnowledge of the immune system and a natural way of living. Sunseed is the best! The co-op has been serving, and supporting Brevards Natural Foods community for nearly 50 years. We shop here almost exclusively. They have a great selection of Organic produce and bulk herbs, as well as teas and vitamins, packaged foods and refrigerated items they even carry some quality beers and wines. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, and most of them have been there for years, which says a lot about a place. 🌞

My favorite store in all of Brevard. If you are in the area you should definitely check out their selection. From organic fruits and vegetables, to clean body products, every vitamin, supplement and herb you could need, they have it all. The employees are very knowledgeable and have always been so kind and helpful. I’m very grateful to have this place to keep my family and I healthy and happy. If you haven’t been in yet stop by some time...you’ll be happy you did.

Was able to get grass-fed milk, but at an astonishing price. Bike rack was hard to find. Employees werent wearing masks, by doors were open for ventilation. I doubt Id return.

I want to shop locally. Just called the store to verify if it was true that the employees and customers are not required to wear masks and told they are not. I’ve been a customer for 40 years. This is a health food vitamin store that is risking people’s lives. I guess I’ll just protect myself and order online. 🤨

If I could give 0 stars I would. Management made it very clear that masks are not only optional, but pointless. That their policy is to not wear masks. When questioned about the safety of that decision, management went on a rant about how masks are pointless and they don’t believe in vaccinations either. Overall a bizarre and uncomfortable experience. I wouldn’t go here unless you enjoy being berated by management. I truly hope you go out of business.

Best organic health store Ive ever been in and Ive been in a lot! There is a wide array of well stocked mineral nutrients, vitamins, beauty products, produce, organic meats, frozen items, pet foods and supplies, cbd products, local made deli items, Kombucha, bulk apothecary and spices and bulk seeds, nuts and grains, essential oils, coffees, alkaline water machine for your chugs, best chocolate selection, and tons of cbd products. They have it all and very reasonable prices makes for a one stop shop. Feels like heaven on Earth 🌎

One of the most expensive health food coops Ive ever visited. There was a limited variety of organic vegetables, but many cooked and dry goods selections.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Sunseed has a long history of having the organic foods you cant find anywhere else in the Coco Beach/Canaveral area.

Would of said 5 stars. Love this place, I live pretty far away in Satellite Beach, I try to stop by weekly on Fridays on my way home from work to support the local business. I went to walk in and was told they are closing in 5 minutes, I look at my watch as I walked back to my car, it was 652. I usually shop pretty quick, I was surprised.

I have no problem with the produce the products the store but since the pandemic they are not wearing masks at all in the store. I am a long term customer and member who spoke to Sean the manager. He told me that the board decided everyone could make their own choice. I explained that everywhere else is mandatory mask, And that I had lost people to Covid. He literally told me he had lost a friend in a car accident and yet still drove. That was too much for me. I have tried to be a good and loyal customer but I will not patronize the co-op any longer not with people in charge that have that kind of attitude I was very hurt and I am not the only person who has had this experience with them

Was a paying member for 2 years and am never going back. ZERO staff wearing masks, including everyone laughing in the back room (with an open door). A mask is not an opinion or a choice like choosing to buy hemp shirts instead of cotton. As a store who seemingly cares about wholesome food and health, this is an absolute disgrace. Dont even bother with your fake reply of sorry we disappointed you because youre not sorry. I dont want your empty words when people I know are dying and and getting sick.

I would recommend store if it weren’t for coronavirus.It is a good store for organic and natural foods.I just visited and at least 3/4 of the people there were not wearing masks. This includes staff. This makes me suspect that you do not care for my health! I won’t be shopping there soon.

As a health conscious person, I was really surprised and disappointed that nobody chooses to wear a mask here. None of the customers or staff had one on. We couldnt get out of there fast enough. As for the selection of food it was ok but Id suggest going to a regular grocery store. I support coops and other health food stores around the country and during this pandemic we have visited multiple locations and we felt safe because everyone was masked. Bizarrely, nobody here cares.

This is the original Co-op, the original health food store there. I it still feels like it did when I first walked in some 30 years ago. We have been gone 15 years, but my son moved back recently, and when I called Sunseed from Denver and asked them to select some deli items for him to pick up, they reminded us of what small towns do best. It was not usual, and it was no problem. He doesnt like to cook, and the food from Sunseed is as healthy and nutritious as is possible, and reasonably priced; he will be shopping there often now and loves the Almond Dream Bites. My brother visited the store 9 Feb. Of the ppl in the store upon arrival (5), only 1 person was wearing a mask, employee was not. Disappointing.

I frequent a coop called Raisin Rack back home and when I come to Cocoa, Sunseed never lets me down from customer service to all of the best names n holistic care from oils to supplements. Great Grocery store for organics ...loose herbs and spices buy them by the scoop...and all sorts of interesting grains to buy by the scoop/loose. And all sorts of other interesting and funky things.

In my experience this location offers a great variety vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and organic options. They are alittle pricey in some ways, but worth the cost.

I just called the store and i was asking the lady that answered if she could recommend something for extreme pain in my hands from work and she interupted me while i was talking and started talking to someone else that was there and when she got back onto the phone she very rudely said what? what do you want? a supplement or a cream or what? what? i was so shocked i couldnt speak i just hung up. i have been shopping there for years. completely unacceptable.

Wow this store is so nice, they have bulk goods and organic produce, local goods (milk, eggs, yogurt etc), fresh breads and lunches, kombucha on tap, a bulk herb section that puts Whole Foods and Earthfare to shame, and they even refill dr. Bronners containers!They have a lovely health and wellness section as well as pet food, normal groceries and beers/wines!Employees were very kind and helpful, cant wait to shop here again!

Been wanting to try this place for a while. Stopped in yesterday and got a premade sandwich for lunch... had two bites and it was a mouthful of sand... like someone didnt wash the lettuce. so disappointing.

I will never return to this store or refer any of my clients there either.

When you buy organic millet, buckwheat, barley or spelt grain, you get “protein” for free. At least 4 times I bought grains I found live bugs inside. I am getting concerned about the quality..Unfortunately I am not able to upload videos.

So nice to have this organic food market nearby, the only one in the Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral area.
