The Best gun shop in South Florida! I have done business with EBS Arms in the past, and went today to pick up a transfer. The gentleman, and lady at the store were very professional and courteous. I would like to encourage those in the gun community to please ignore the seldom rude, and shallow customer reviews. EBS is modern, and uses the latest computer technology for sales, and the prices are right. I will be going back for more!

Nice shop with mainly defensive handguns, shotguns and AR15s. Owner was a pleasure to talk to and a real nice guy.

A little odd. Its a very nice store considering, but they are missing a lot of inventory these days. I know its tough for these stores right now but other shops are managing to maintain supply, Im surprised this place isnt. They have stuff on the walls, but its mostly overpriced nonsense that nobody has ever heard of or wants. They greet you right away when you come in the door almost every time, but if just want to browse, there 5+ employees will stand there staring at you and make you feel pretty uncomfortable. Im assuming theyve had an issue with shoplifting recently. Overall nice store, just not even close to the best in the area.

I recently moved to Florida from N.Y. and had zero experience purchasing any kind of firearm. I live near EBS, so my Wife and I decided to give them a shot. We could not be happier. Wes was there to greet us and offer informative advice, without being pushy. We bought two pistols and a rifle.We are very happy and highly recommend EBS Guns and Ammo.

You really need to buy from EBS.I was looking for a mom and pop shop to do business with after my regular shop had to close down. I went to every shop in Lee county trying to find a great shop. EBS was last on my list and I was getting disappointed, when I walked into the shop I was greeted by Wes, he is a big guy and looks very intimidating BUT as it turns out he is a very kind and compassionate individual and right then I knew I found the right store. I later met the owner and his wife, both are very good people. Their prices are fair and will walk you through your purchase but not be pushy. To top it all they are a class 3 dealer, which means they can get you anything your heart desires. Trust me EBS is THE place to go, you won’t be disappointed.

Bought a set of true glow sights For my glock. Using the correct glock tool I attempted to remove the screw from the new front sight. After less than half a turn the head of the screw snapped. I called to see if they would exchange it and told me it wasnt there problem and they wouldnt exchange it. I buy alot of guns and accessories but this is one place I will never go again. Complete and absolute garbage for customer service and support. 1 very unhappy customer. Im telling all my fellow gun buddies to stay away from this place.

I was looking for a suppressor, shopping online and EBS Arms Guns, Ammo & Suppressors came up as a store/ site that were stocking the one I was interested in. I travel to Ft Meyers frequently and the next time I wen, I stopped by the store. WOW, this store is Well Stocked! Handguns, Long guns, Shotguns, accessories and suppressors. At pretty much any price point, they have something. They had the can, at the advertised price and made it very easy to get it to my local NFA dealer. Everyone working was friendly and knowledgeable. The store was clean and well lit. Im very happy I found this Dealer.

I really like this place. The owners are great and always greeted me when I walked in the door. I bought a Taurus curve and the whole process was super smooth, the pistol itself exactly what I wanted. I live a pretty distance from this shop, so I was quite happy to find the folks at the Cape Coral store very professional, attentive, and knowledgeable about the rifle I bought. If I didnt live so far away I would shop there on a regular basis. Brian and his staff provide excellent service and if I live in the Cape that location would be my home for firearm purchases and transfers. If you live in Cape Coral and have even a slight interest in guns stop by their shop and ask for Brian, he will give you his time and knowledge without rushing you to buy unlike some big box sporting goods stores (BPS), where a question can be a bother.

About two years ago, went here to buy a S&W 686 6In blued finish revolver. Asked the man at the counter if he had this exact gun, he looked at me and said No.. The man didnt even look.I look around the well supplied store and what do I find? The exact revolver I was looking for. The man apologized and claimed he thought he didnt have one. I remember this day well, and how laziness almost lost a sale. Other than that, great store, oodles of cool accesories, ammo and guns.

When I was green in the NFA world, EBS facilitated my first transfer of a Class II item. Since then I have been using EBS for multiple Silencershop Kiosk purchases and other random accessories and firearms.EBS has impressed me as they are willing to special order whatever you need, without a crazy mark up or extra special order fee. They are always prompt in notifying you of your item arrivals, or just answering silly questions you send them. They always have a huge selection of new and used firearms, great selection of accessories and ammo.A great local business and family run business. I will be coming here for years to come.

I have used the fine folks at EBS arms on several occasions now for gunsmith jobs which have always turned out perfectly. Also, when no one else had ammo, they did. Prices are VERY competitive. Check them out. You wont be sorry.

Not one to complain but did have an issue. People were friendly,, prices were fair. Issue was I left my ar to have scope mounted and bore sighted. Went to range and couldnt hit the side of a barn. When I finally found the target couldnt keep a pattern. Found that the mount hadnt been tightened at all and cant say for sure if bore sighting had been done.

Purchased suppressor in March 2016. Still sitting here end of January 2017 waiting for my 1000 purchase.I called ATF and found out it was submitted june 1st of 2016.UpdateFinally got the can a year later...Final update on my experience with this company.After acknowledging the mistake the company made with my paperwork they went out of their way to correct the situation. The stamp finally came in and I finally picked up the suppressor.They offered an in store discount which was nice of them.They do stand behind their company 100 percent.After this mishap I would not hesitate to use them again with any other purchase.Thanks EBS!

After searching extensively for a rather rare lower, I contacted Brannin at EBS. Brannin didnt have what I was looking for, but suggested he might personally own one, and would let me know. I wasnt holding out much hope, but I heard from him later in the day, with the lower. It was priced well below what I thought I was going to pay, if I ever found one. Payment was made, and he shipped it the same day. Easy to communicate with, easy to deal with. He went into his own safe, to make my deal happen. He made a lifelong customer, in me.

5 Star! This is the best gun store Ive ever dealt with! Ive bought a Glock 17 gen 4, and a Rossi .357 revolver from them. They also assisted me in shipping a gun up to my brother-in-law in TN. Unlike other shops they are down to earth, and very easy to talk to. They will answer any questions you have, and offer great customer service in the process. Thats what sets them apart from other gun shops. You can buy the same gun all over Lee County (or the internet), but why not spend it locally with business owners that care about doing a great job, and offer the best customer service your going to find anywhere. You wont be disappointed.

So order a gun from another company to have it shipped to Ebs. After a couple of days I get a notice from USPS saying my gun was delivered to ebs. I was super excited so I went there around 430 pm . Once I got there one of the gentle told me gun wasn’t ready because they had to check it in . I was ok cool call me once is ready . 20 minutes later I get a call saying gun is ready . Perfect I drive back when I get there they tell me I have to fill out a form, ok no problem so I did . I wait like 20 minutes and asked if everything was ok? They come out saying I have to wait to get an approval by now it’s almost 6pm . 10 minutes later another guy comes out saying “ oh the department that approves this paper work close at 5, so you have to come tomorrow “. Why would you guys tell me come get the gun knowing the time it is and that it takes time to get his approval . All of this should have been said to me the first time I was there. Missed information to the customer for no reason. I recommend better training to associates, and I mean that from a retail store manager position .
