Don’t go here. They are not true to their quotes. They charge you what ever they want and do a poor Job. I was quoted 138 dollars to mount new tires that I bought online, balance them and align them. I had to go back after a few days because the vehicle was not properly aligned. They RE-CHARGED 75$ after it was their poor job. When I went to claim this new charge. They said his employee quoted me incorrectly and the 75$ (total with tax) is the correct price. I don’t know why they honored it the first time and then take it back to charge me more for the re-alignment. Try these people out if you want to burn money. I will be doing a consumer report with the Florida department of revenue.

Rudy and his staff are ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! They are very knowledgeable, timely and very fairly priced. Ive had two different cars repaired by them where one of them was in horrible shape and they got it working every time I brought it in. I was so pleased with their work, honesty and service, I actually bought my latest car from them. I took my notoriously difficult Volvo s60 2.4 turbo to fix several issues, including a throttle position sensor problem. They informed me of a fair price BEFORE they did any work. They continued to keep me informed through out the repair process. My Volvo rides completely neutral and throttle response is smooth, and powerful. These guys do great work, at a great value.

They stopped doing what they were doing and took care of me quickly. I had a quick problem to fix and they handle it.

Ruby wrote me and invoice and stated he would install CV axles on right and left front of van. I paid him $473 and a week later, the noise came back. I took my car back to Masters. Rudy said he couldnt get parts so he just greased it. He told me it would be another $285 if I wanted my CV axles replaced. He did not hold up to his end of the deal and install new CV axles. I would not recommend them.

Brought my car in as it started overheating suddenly. They diagnosed the problem for free and explained the issue before doing any work. After finding out it was a broken water pump that needed to be replaced, I Googled the average cost to repair that issue and their quote was on the low end of that spectrum. The guys were polite and honest. Definitely recommend!

My go to! Hard to find a mechanic you can trust with your car. I have been there for small things like oil changes all the way to motor replacements and I have never been disappointed with the outcome.

Would never recommend​ this place unless you want to be robbed and still not have your car fixed. After two separate trips and spending $1400 my car has not been fixed. I went back a third time to them after being stranded in Miami and having to tow my car back to Cape Coral. They told me they found the original problem finally and it would cost about another $1200 to fix. Meanwhile, my car no longer runs and if they had found the original problem the first time I took my vehicle to them I would not be in this ordeal and out $1400 + tow fees + whatever else it will take to finally get my car repaired.This place is a mess, the first time I went, the owner gave me three different totals until he finally came up with the original total he quoted me. The second time I go and their credit card machine didnt work and it was after five so I had to wait another day for the bank to open to have enough cash to get my car back.If you want someone trustworthy, organized, and knowledgeable this is the last place you would want to visit.

Very rude over the phone, called and couldnt understand them over the phone, was yelled at by the supposed shop owner Nokie. Then hung up on. Very unprofessional. I wouldnt want to imagine how they treat customer vehicles.

They have good prices and if you dont have their coupon, they give you one.

I am Canadian, from Ottawa. I travel to Cape Coral every winter. My car needed repair and regular maintenance before I drove back to Canada. I was looking for a good mecanic shop for my car. I saw the advertisement of this company on TV. I call them in the morning and obtain an appointement immediatly for diagnostic. They took care of my engine light, brakes service and fluids. Was ready to take the road the same day !
