I had a fabulous experience at Imported Car Service of Cape Coral. I was able to make an appt quickly to have my car diagnosed and they fixed it immediately upon finding the issue. When I got there to pick up my car, it was spotless!!! Dealing with Robert was a breath of fresh air compared to what I was used to for car repair. I will definitely be back and will tell all my friends about this business. From the cleanliness of the waiting room, to the integrity of the mechanics and owner, I could not have asked for a better experience.

First off, I’ll start by saying that I never leave reviews unless the service is exceptional or horrible.Imported Car Service is the only place I’ll take my car to now for mechanical work. They fit me in on zero notice, fixed the issue immediately, and didn’t charge an arm and a leg. It’s worth noting that they took me in immediately when they were clearly busy with other vehicles as well, just because they knew I was in a pinch. Good, honest, people performing quality work. The waiting room is clean, and stocked with drinks and snacks too!I also had to use their other location (Collision Experts of Cape Coral) yesterday for some minor body work and gave the same review. Family owned businesses. This one does mechanical, the other body work, both amazing.So hard to find places like this in Cape Coral - honest, reliable, affordable.10/10 recommend.

We had a great experience while on vacation in Sanibel Island. Our Mercedes required immediate service and we found this business with impeccable reviews. Paul and Rob went above and beyond to get our SUV repaired in less than a day at a very fair price. They are very knowledgeable and so nice and professional. They also helped us with transportation since we were on vacation. I can’t say enough good things about this company. I would definitely recommend them and would use them for all my car service!

Unfortunately we had an issue with the a/c in my wifes car and the warranty just ran out. I went to a few shops before deciding to use Imported Car Service of Cape Coral. Robert was a stand up guy. He shot me straight and was up front and honest. The problem wasnt as bad as the dealership made it out to be. He fixed the problem fast and charged a very reasonable rate(much less then AUDI) The place was clean and all is well. Couldnt be more happy, my wife is happy to have a/c up and running without having to sell a kidney to pay for it. Thanks Robert

Paul is very helpful and takes wonderful care of our Car for some Time now. He always takes care of the car like it would be his own Car. He doesnt try to sell you stuff which is really nice for once not everybody is like this.
