Bagels are good. A bit on the sweet side though compared to other bagel shops.I made the mistake of showing up close to closing as the bagel selection had dwindled down.Store is nice and clean and prices are reasonable.Subtracting 1 star because I had a $15 gift card that the employee said was invalid and was not willing to try again after I said the card was never used since I received it. I paid cash and even left a tip after the sub-par customer service. The gift card mysteriously worked fine at the College Parkway location on my next visit 🤔I guess everybody has a bad day but as a first time customer I was rubbed the wrong way 😒

I went to Bagel Factory this morning 8am. I figured it was early enough to get fresh soft bagels. My mistake!!! I ordered 2 with butter and 3 in a bag. The young lady was pleasant and seemed friendly. I asked for extra butter and cut them in half. She wrote down directions.She walked 3’ to prepare the bagels. The reason for 2 stars was because of her service otherwise 1 star.Got home. There was very little butter on both bagels. You would of thought I said very little butter. Oh yea both not cut in half. How could you forget? 3’ away and wrote down. Besides all that all the bagels seemed a day old. Hard and very dry. Even the 3 without butter. Maybe I got there to early and was given yesterday’s bagels they put on top to get rid of.What a disappointment!!!!!!!! On a good note the store was spotless. Completely clean. Not enough for me to go back again. Last point. The garlic bagels and salted one had hardly any salt or garlic on them. Maybe a new owner????? But pictures on wall are all the same as they been.So sorry to babbel. Last point. I was the only customer in store so it’s not like they had to rush.

There are so many things to say, but to stay on track I would have to say the topics that stood out to myself and my family was variety and quality. Those would be my highest points. Many Flavors, tons of decisions between lighter or darker bagels, and even choices on sizes of the bagels! Not to mention the collective amount of options to put on the product. Second, my family and I order a good amount of food and was not disappointed on the turnout at all. A place that has earned it reputation! They will even customize certain items on request, so it really feels you get it what you want, the way you want.Thank you for your families service!

We really enjoy stopping in here when we can to grab breakfast. The owners are very friendly and patient (because I take forever to decide). My husband is hooked on the cinnamon raisin sausage and egg bagel and I really enjoyed the ham, egg & cheese baily because it is softer than a bagel. If you are in the area and looking for fresh homemade bagels or Bailys...we highly recommend The Bagel Factory!

Outstanding service. Extremely clean and sanitary. Food quality Superior. Fresh veggies and fruit. Crisp pickles and condiments artfully arranged and presented in a simple basket if pure delight. A great place to grab a upscale custom made bagel sandwich from a high selection of fresh baked creations. Atmosphere is simple and welcoming. Pleasant and comfortable seating outdoors but limited. Disappointed. Very dry bagels. Tried the Cinnamon Sugar, Jalepeno and Chocolate chip. All three way too dry for a fresh bagel. No chew. Selection is great, they also offer sandwiches....

In town for the weekend. Happen to see them (after hours) while on Del Prado. I was looking for something very specific. Sourdough Bagels. Looked online, showed in their menu they carry it. Yayyy!!! Came in next morning for my bagels to take home and freeze. Ordered pump breakfast and garlic sandwiches. DELICIOUS, toasty, just perfect! Will be coming back to order more when I am in town. Supporting local business always....

I had company from out of state we always enjoyed your bagels great assortment and always fresh! Ordered a dozen today and they tasted like they were day-old or frozen it was 8 o’clock in the morning so I assumed like always I would get a fresh dozen of bagels! I called you to expressed my disappointment and was told I had to bring back all 13 bagels to get a refund, unfortunately they were all sliced in half put on a tray and my teenagers had already put cream cheese and whatever on them! Very disappointed in this trip that’s why the one star!Revised- owner called me personally and apologized he was very professional and addressed the situation. Since this is the first and only time I’ve ever had trouble at the Bagel Factory I was very satisfied with the way Dave handled everything. I will definitely be a returning customer! Thank you Dave

I absolutely love this place good healthy food and even a couple of sweets that if you want something sweet in the morning they have breakfast and lunch ideas my kids absolutely love going here Im sure to return multiple times

Place is clean, and gives the appearance of a NY Bagel shop. In my first review I was unfair as to the quality of the bagel. On my last visit, I bought a variety much earlier in the day. Each type was excellent. This will Definitely be my go to bagel shop.

For Florida, its a good bagel and bagel selection. The staff is always friendly and the place is always immaculately clean. Wish they had pork roll on the menu, but a great place overall.

Had a bad batch of bagels. 6 to go were hard and stale. One with butter for the ride was also the same. Did not finish it. Maybe they had a bad day. Ill give you one more try. Usually very good.

Bagel Factory newbie here...expected very few bagels once I got there @ 11am & was pleasantly surprised that they still had a huge variety (& just missed a rush luckily)...my picky teen daughter thought hers was the best shes ever tasted & Im hooked as well!

Apparently he had ANOTHER dissatisfied customer and he is assuming since I didnt like the bagels there couldnt possibly be TWO DIFFERENT people who dared to give an honest opinion in the same weekend. For that I am taking away another star since it shows bad business from an owner who is full of themselves. Sorry Bagel Factory I just didnt think the bagels were anything worth making a stop for. Sorry .

Great bagel in Cape Coral. Owner is hands on and appreciates his customers. He once opened the store after closing for me. I wanted to purchase a half dozen bagels and he gave me a full dozen for price of half dozen.

Understaffed, disorganized and the food wasn’t good. I had the veggie spread and it had an odd taste (like maybe it had gone bad), so I didn’t eat it. My wife had egg ham and cheese sandwich which had virtually zero flavor. Also by 8:30 AM there lacked selection, the most common bagels were sold out, which was disappointing. I wouldn’t return to this location.

When we found the Bagel Factory close by I read up on them on their website as I worked for a fabulous bagel place back home in Massachusetts. I was so anxious to try this place as they make their bagels like we do back home. Well much to my surprise I was highly impressed with the bagels, the cream cheese, the sandwiches, their sweet tea and their iced mocha! Not to mention the place is immaculate inside and out! The service was great and they had everything flowing smoothly. Even during this covid epidemic the manager and his staff were masks. They had social distance seating inside and out! Of course I visited a few times and cannot waitto come back to visit and have a sandwich for lunch. My big decision will be their homemade chicken salad or one of their Boars Head meat selections...such as the corn beef or maybe a Reuben!

Went there for the 1st time today and was not disappointed! The reviews are right! Amazing staff and owners! Nice to see owners in their establishment taking pride & welcoming guests, so friendly, not fake! Lots of smiles! My daughter ordered an egg & cheese bagel - the egg was cooked fresh & great! Great food quality & amazing people! None of their food goes to waste because it sells out! They close at 1pm on Sundays, so if youre wanting some - dont hesitate or meander, go grab fresh, amazing food now! Great experience, thank you!!

Great local mom & pop bagel shop. Everything is very fresh & the service is quick & accurate. The staff is very friendly. Wide variety of different flavors of bagels. Not open on Mondays though. You can get just about anything youd like on a bagel or flatbread I believe from cold cuts to the standard cream cheese or butter. Highly recommended.

Okay bagels, if you are from up north and need a bagel fix it will get u thru. Nice clean shop, in my opinion not authentic boiled and baked. More bread like, not chewy, maybe they are gluten free...very uniform, just missing that authenticity. Much better than Einsteins and Dunkin, not as good as Stuff A Bagel

I was super excited to find the Bagel Factory. I pass their billboard everyday, and finally decided to stop in a few months ago. The place is always packed. Its a favorite of the locals. I have been there several times since, and it always been good. They have an awesome selection of bagels, all the norms like plain, everything, and egg to a unique one like Hawaiian. The homemade cream cheese is very good. They have the best coffee in the area. I have gone there just to get their coffee. Their prices are very reasonable. And the staff is always nice.I have only ever been there for breakfast so I cant speak to their lunch items. I give it a 4, but its a borderline 5. It can be a little hard to find if you havent been there before. I actually drove past it the first time. Its not too far from 41, but requires a u-turn to get to. I have been to several bagel places in the northeast, and the Bagel Factory definitely holds up to all of them. I will definitely keep going back.

I go here at least once a week during my commute. Owner is a veteran with great sea stories to swap, who takes time to get to know his clientele. Bagels are always fresh, great service and conveniently located.

Came in at noon - very few bagel flavors left. Nice bright sitting area and friendly staff. Prices are steep for what you get. Coffee was watery.

Yes, I would suggest you get there early for more of a bagel selection or call ahead, but they still had all of their bagels this morning when we went which was surprising for a Sunday. Not sure if the College Parkway store is related but both places are super clean, organized and have been around forever and that means something. Definitely pop in if you get a chance.

Have visited The Bagel Factory on Del Prada Blvd many times. Excellent, large- size bagels and bagel sandwiches. The Counter staff are friendly and courteous. Highly Recommend.

Tuna melt was good but their fountain Coke tasted terrible. Bagel Factory, either replace your fountain dispensers water filter or get a water filtration unit for it.

The owner and his staff are so friendly and passionate about their business and it shows in their delicious bagels. We have visited the shop a few times and every mouthful has been a treat. We will continue supporting you until we leave the area and will definately recommend you to everyone :)

The best bagels except for maybe New York City. Amazing assortment makes it difficult to choose. Get there early before they run out of your favorite. The everything bagel is tops on my list. Service is pretty good, but be patient if you have a large order or order ahead.

It is a nice Bagel shop on Del Prado Boulevard Extension. They have a good selection of fresh bagels. I had a breakfast sandwich on a bagel that last time I was there. I had a take out of cinnamon sugar bagels as well as everything bagels. Their soft cream cheese is good.

The mangering partner is rude and unprofessional to say the least. They serve frozen eggs on bagels that are as consistent to a store bought bagel. the service is inconsistent as working people are made to wait as snow birds are ushered to the front of the line.after I pointed this out to the Manager/partner she told me that I can go somewhere else. this isnt the first time this has happened to me and my wife. we are both owners of small businesses in the area of the bagel factory location, but my wife stopped going to this establishment a year before for this same situation. I was willing to try them again since I was working across from the location. after this visit they confirmed that this problem is systemic to say the least. my employees and my wifes employees have stopped going to this location for the same reason. I guess when the snow birds are gone its a different story, but I guess they have pushed away to many customers over the years, from this type of service. stuff a bagel on pine island road is a real bagel company with great service and great staff. I never had a problem with Matt or Joe from stuff a bagel, if you are looking for a real bagel with a fresh egg cooked to order without a frozen eggs I highly recommend stuff a bagel. authentic bagel with fresh ingredients. not frozen.

Love it! My favorite place to get bagels. I always go for the lox but my husband gets the Hawaiian bagel with pineapple cream cheese! Both are amazing! My only problem was we got there to late in order to take more Hawaiian bagels home with us. We only got one for home. Now we will have to fight over it haha

Got the nova bagel with capers on an everything bagel. In addition, a medium coffee. Total was $13 and some change. Not sure why people are complaining about the price. Nova lox are not cheap if they are of high quality. My sandwich had plenty of salmon tomato and cream cheese. It tasted great. It was what I ordered. The coffee was good as well. The place was clean and the staff was efficient. A lot of people have left negative reviews here and on other sites regarding the service. I didnt get that impression. The staff wasnt overly friendly but they werent rude or dismissive when it took me a few seconds to decide on my order nor did they mishandle food items. They appeared patient with the few questions I had. To me - I much rather have what I asked for in a timely manner at a price I can accept. They did that. Now - a smile and a happy pleasant demeanor would have gotten that 5th star from me, however, you never know what people are going through in their days or lives. I will happily go back for an additional experience.

Really good wrap I got for lunch while I was visiting. Made it take-out. Pretty big. Had 2 meals from it.
