Staff always wonderful! My one stop for all cosmetology needs!
I came into this store yesterday around 12:00.The girl working was most unhelpful. I finally had to tell her to call someone to help do a transaction.The shelves were bare and the girl working was clueless about the store. I left this store and went to the one in Fort Meyers .The Fort Meyers store was much better.I was greeted by a sweet young lady who was very eager to help me.The store was much better and I will definitely go here in the future.It is sad because I have to drive past your store to go to another one. I certainly hope there are some changes made.I have been using Cosmo Proft for years in another state and never had such problems there.
There are NEVER and I mean never, have an adequate quantity of hair styling tools. The hairbrush self is bare every time I go in which has been about once every 2 weeks so far. I called other stores and they have also warned me of barren shelves! What gives yall?!?!?
The girls are always nice when I go in there. Nice store things are easy to find.

I never had a problem visiting this store, it’s always been a pleasant experience. In fact it was the second time this week that I stopped.I have never been harassed this way my entire life, as I was here on this one visit!I was targeted & harassed my entire visit from the moment I walked in the store, from an employee named Samantha! Management and corporate really need to step in to help retrain these employees with this covid situation. If she was employed by me, I would have fired her on the spot for treating my customers or clients like that.I understand there are lines on the floor, masks are appreciated but not enforced, which I do appreciate considering I do have a legit medical condition I can’t not wear one. But this behavior was completely unacceptable!!!! And no excuse for this abusive customer service I experienced. Times are fearful for some I get that, but that is not a excuse to treat people like I was! This is not communist China, this is America. Corporate was called and notified.

Worst store and customer service ever. Hardly have stock, it’s dirty and not to mention the annoying girls that work there. They’re rude, and seem they don’t want to work and They never can answer any of my questions. They’re loud in the back, the front, when they stock, constantly complaining about each other and their lives. Do yourself a favor and drive to fort Myers! Soooo much better and the staff is wonderful there!
Never has product in stock.. No joke... Matrix color been out for 2 months.. Bad way to operate. A business. Employees not trained AT ALL on any on the color lines or products...
First time I have ever been to a cosmoprof savannah and abigail were the best people I have ever met in customer service they were honest super helpful and very informative. The prices are amazing and the product choice is great. I will definitely be shopping here more frequently and using this store as my first choice when I need more products.
After Covid, Ive been spoken down to, belittled, made to wait outside, and even visited the store about five different times during business hours when the doors are locked and the lights are off. One time they even asked me to leave due to cleaning, and after they asked me that the Jimmy Johns guy came and delivered their lunch. One time there were four people waiting in line to pay but the second cashier couldnt be bothered with ringing people out as she was still standing at the door waiting to squirt hand sanitizer into the next customers hands and direct them on where they should follow the arrows on the floor. So I waited in line and was 30 minutes late to my hair appointment because of their Covid practices and making me wait outside for 20 minutes before I could shop. Ive heard other salon owners outside talking about reporting this place to corporate and boycotting their sales due to the way they behave and talk to customers inside the store and their new Covid practices. I too will be ceasing all business with this store as Im completely fed up with the way they have been doing business.
The store is better than Sallys in General & Quality and prices too but the staff is not as reliable like Sally staff. Cosmo staff dont know nothing about products, brands or Hair. ECT.And the girl that close on Sunday 9/27/20 was rushing me to leave.(we closing in 9 min. could you please Harry)
The little girl that was working on Sunday 7/19 very rude and not customer service oriented at all. I went to the door at 12:30 pm and it was locked. She was by the register on the phone and I asked if they were open. She told me to hold on with her hand, then she disappeared for 10 minutes and came back I was still at the door, I just wanted to know if they were going to open because there was someone there obviously. She continued to deliberately ignore me even though I knocked on the door. Then I called and she said admitted she ignored me because she was on the phone. Why do you hire this kind of rude and unprofessional people ?? All she needed to do was to open the door and tell me they were only open for pick up. I have a very bad experience with this girl every time I go to this store. Corporate needs to do something about her.
I went today with a friend to pick up pruducts and I can not fathom hiring someone for customer service so rude like the girl that was there. She told us to go away. I have been in the store everytime and this girl is the worst custumer service experience Ive ever had. One day I went to buy nail polish and she wouldnt help me find a gel base coat. She stated I dont know anything about nail products. For someone that works at a beauty supply to say that says a lot. I know it must be hard for minimum wage people to work on Sundays but we expect at least decent customer service.
Terrible experience, drove across town to a store that is curbside only, even though when you call they say they are open and to check google for updated store hours - nothing about being curbside only. Abigail answered the phone and I let her know that her hours are incorrect on google she replied,”not her problem & there’s nothing she can do about it”. She was very rude!

Bad service they provide in the shop, I asked samantha if she could help me and she said that she did not know what I was asking, a person who does not know about her work should not work there, in addition to the bad treatment and bad answers and their faces expressions .... very deppointed hopefully they can hire someone more efficient than her for that job ... who disappointed the truth, very good store but very low-quality employees to serve customers

Just moved to the area and was so taken back by the rudeness of the sales assistant.She was annoyed that I presented my cell phone with my information.Never was it a problem in Colorado.A customer over hearing how rough she was suggested. I go to Fort Meyers location for the staff was nicer.What a difference in customer service.!!!Just a suggestion if you really dislike what you do, than find another job that will suit you better.

I was waiting at the door for 15 minutes. The girl was hiding sitting on the floor on the phone. Then I called and she put me on hold for 20 minutes. Im horrified by the customer service of that person .
The one in cape coral never has any color ..it is best to go to the one in Fort Myers. Managerin Lisa and Heather always are helpful and get you what you need

Very handy place for cosmotologists to get supplies.
They are getting rid of the Logics color line at this location. Its a small store yet its difficult to get one of the usual 2 employees to help me, even when the place is empty. Which it usually is. Ive only seen maybe 3 clients there at any given day or time but its almost like were invisible.
