Worst customer service ever, nice enough people,but they never showed up, the one time they did if was supposed to be 4pm and they were here at 730pm no phone calls, just said very busy. Got the estimate and they were supposed to be back for template, once again no calls and never showed up.Mail box on there phone is not set up no can’t leave a message. 3 weeks now always an excuse. But they never call...you have to call everyday . not worth the H/A for a bit cheaper deal, I would avoid this company, you probably would never get them back is something was wrong after they are paid.....

The worst company and customer service. They have messed up waterfall counter top very badly and making excuses. The owner never came to check final work even after multiple phone calls and text messages. Once they got payment whole attitude was changed and started blaming on cabinets and floor. They even charged me much higher price than friend who referred this company to me. I have spent tons of money for my kitchen and this unprofessional company has messed big time with zero attempt to solve the problem. Luis (i believe is the owner) is the worst professional guy i have experience. I wish i could give them zero star.

It’s been over three weeks since this company first attempted my counter tops. First time was wrong, of course, they never made a template. Then every week was a different excuse. The excuses get more bizarre with every phone call. I have taken off work twice to meet with them at my home and no one shows up or answers the phone afterwards. Very unprofessional, very unreliable and the workmanship sucks. Save your time, money and sanity and use dependable people that can respect your home and time.

Our granite Kitchen and bathroom countertop, table top, cabinet .etc.. are look amazing and the Supper granite sale man Marco he is an awesome man, the price he gave me was a lot cheaper than another company for the exact same product .That saved me money and Very Very satisfied .
