This is our third visit to the Perk & Brew, and it’s one of our favorite spots in all of SW Florida. It’s charming, delicious and very much embodies everything that is American Small Business. Exceptional service, hospitality, and just an overall wonderful feel. We love coming here for coffee and frappuccinos and just enjoying the front patio. The food is also exceptional. Absolutely a must-try and someplace you feel good about supporting.

Today was our first visit to Perk and Brew in downtown Cape Coral on Cape Coral Parkway East. We were walking as we live in the neighborhood. The coffee was delicious and the staff were very kind and pleasant. It’s a wonderful place to stop for a cup of coffee or a meal. Great menu! We will be back soon to enjoy breakfast and the great, laid back atmosphere. We highly recommend you check them out.

Cute atmosphere! I love the little fenced off seating area in the front. Staff are very friendly. I love the cool story about how two friends founded the cafe together after years in the restaurant industry. Drink selection was very diverse, and the food was fresh and well prepared! Definitely worth your dollar.

Oh my gosh what a wonderful find! The coffee is excellent and the food is really good too. The owner and the young woman that works there are very sweet and your food is out very quickly. We will definitely go there again if were back in Cape Coral.

I love this little coffee shop! Their breakfast is delicious and we love their coffee. I get the normal brew coffee but the girls like their chai latte. They say they are much better than Starbucks.The oatmeal and eggs/bacon breakfast is my go to here but they also have very good breakfast burritos and chicken and waffles.Overall a nice quiet place to enjoy breakfast in the Cape.

We got here as a group of 12 ladies. The brunch was sooo good. Fresh, tasty, healthy and very well presented.Definitely a spot for good stuff!

I’ve been coming here for a couple years now and the service here is always amazing. I’ve had so many amazing conversations with the workers here. The drinks are always really good and customizable. The food is always way better than I expect. Highly recommend coming here.

My friend and I are making our way through the many coffee shops of Cape Coral and this is by far one of our favs. Nikki was running the show that day, a talented barista, who was very welcoming. We didnt stop in for food (this time) but grabbed a homemade chocolate chip cookie a perfect compliment to my extra dirty chia! Were looking forward to our next visit already!

Perk and Brew, Cape Coral Pkwy, Cape Coral, Fl., Here is my 2 cents on the food and chatter.I have been here before and got the delish Big meatball entree.This time I requested a extra sweet coffee and a bacon/onion quiche.The coffee...NO... not sweet at all. I had to add more ....which I was trying to avoid using those little packets.I was really disappointed in the quiche. Now it tasted ok, creamy Not firm crust was fine.First it was $9 bucks... then it was only 4 inches across (See Photograph with tape measure)Where was the bacon...Not even one third of a average size slice of bacon...A hint of some onions.I have been to other eateries where my entree was the same price & twice as big. Plus more bacon cheese & onion.They offer wi-fi and you can hang out for a while.

I love supporting local business, but return because of the atmosphere, food and drink. You walk in for the first time a stranger and walk out family. Love their staff.

I was more than just not impressed. And I really love local coffee shops, but in this case you better go to Starbucks across Cape Coral PKWY. We came about an hour before they were closing. It felt generally that they were focused on closing the shop and on those customers that were there before us, who also are being regulars. I say that because the lady who seemed to be the owner took more time to chat with the regular customers than to take the food order from us. The young girl never even acknowledged our existance as she was busy with another guy who was sitting near from before. The coffee is super expensive with $0.75 for milk alternatives however the taste of that coffee is not worth of that price. It just tasted like frotted millk with spalsh of cheap coffee. The food we ordered was actually good but the sandwich took as long as cooking an entree in the restairant. The worst part of this all that is was so hot inside that we were even sweating. I am not sure whether they turn the AC off due toapproaching closing time or they just saving on it. But even the good tatsing sandwich will not make it up to poor customer service.

Let me preface this by saying I almost didnt post this because its one of my favorite spots and I didnt want it to get too busy for me to enjoy!Excellent atmosphere, staff is attentive and friendly. The drinks are delicious and made right there by hand, even the iced tea is just...good. Biscuits and gravy here are always my go to but everything I have tried has been amazing, especially at these prices.

Im visiting from Jersey for Spring Break. First time at Perk and Brew. I really enjoyed the food especially the COFFEE!! So many flavors to choose from. Also enjoyed a game of guesstures while we were waiting for our food. I recommend this place, 2 thumbs up!

Hidden Gem right in front of you. This is a great morning stop right next to Iguana Mia. Great morning beverages and breakfast food for those that dont follow the norm of Starbucks or DD. Nice relaxed atmosphere and a completely renovated interior/exterior. Outstanding place in all aspects.

Perk & Brew is such a great addition to Cape Coral! The cafe is a cute spot for low-key coffee/tea and breakfast or lunch with family and friends. My boyfriend and I especially like stopping by for a beer or wine and appetizer in the late afternoon. I especially like that have veggie-friendly options. The owners are passionate and down to earth and truly care about enhancing the dining and activity offerings in the Cape. Cheers!

Love coming here, everything is so tasty. The cold brews are on point, their coffee in general is super tasty...Ive tried a whole bunch of them. Ive had a bacon, egg and cheese croissant and it was so so yummy. Very fluffy, the bacon was crispy and the pepperjack cheese I chose was a nice addition to the sandwich. They have super yummy tots, and tasty lunch. Ive tried the tuna croissant (clearly I love croissants hahaha), and it had a huge chunk of mozzarella cheese and super tasty tuna salad smashed between that fluffy croissant bun. The turkey club was big but not too big, I was able to eat it all but be very very full as well! Highly recommend coming here, love it.

I had the pleasure of exploring Cape Coral for a few days this past week and so happy I landed upon this super solid spot! I was starving after a run and Yelp led me here. Not only do they have a killer coffee menu, but also a nice selection of breakfast and lunch items. I decide to build my own egg sandwich on an everything bagel and ordered a traditional macchiato to sip. You can order at the bar for items to go, get delivery or takeout via Yelp, or be seated and have table service which is the route I opted for.

We loved our visit to Perk n Brew!! Service was great, and food was delicious. My husband ordered the breakfast BLT and it was delish!

I work right around the corner from here so decided to check if out for lunch. Ordered the veggie burger and it was delicious! They didnt have tomatoes so they someone out to go buy some for my burger. I was in and out in 10-15 minutes. Good prices and good food. I will definitely go back and recommend to others.

Great people own this place. Always friendly. Great selection of wine and beer, and of course coffee any way you want it. Never have ordered anything I didnt like on the menu and open mic night on Thursdays is always a good time.

Sara and Theresa make the best coffee in Cape Coral. I travel a lot all over the world and this is one of the best cups Ive ever had. I didnt even need the sweeten it, it was so smooth. They also offer a great selection of sandwiches, wines and beer. Dont miss out!

Its like a Starbucks with beer, plus the menu of a local diner. Great, clean atmosphere👍👍👍 Café con leche was on point. Staff were very friendly and helpful...and they serve breakfast all day! Definitely worth a visit! (Note: Parking is sparse on CC Pkwy. Its best to park behind Iguana Mia and take the breezeway.)
