Every time I go I get horrible service.Theyre all so rude and make you feel not welcomed. Its a shame because the shop has cute little finds but honestly the attitude is not worth it. ):
Sip and Send is my favorite store. Where else can you go, find beautiful things for your home, mail your packages, letters and bills and find the best wine for dinner!! The staff is wonderful. This store adds a level of fun to my life.
Amazing Local Business !The staff creates a friendly environment whether you are shopping for local art, taste test some of the wine they offer or visit their Post Office. Owner Jonette, staff members Karen, Helen, Diane, Linda and Rene work tireless hours collecting, packing and shipping supplies of comfort to our Active Duty Military men and women serving abroad. These acts of kindness and dedication is why I shop and support The Sip & Send.
Sip and Send is my go to for anytime I need to mail ANYTHING...all of the folks there including and especially the owner are super helpful, super friendly and very knowledgeable! The gifts are unique and the selection of cards and wine are fantastic!! I know its going to be a good day if I stop by Sip and Send!!
I drive past the post office to get here. They are always helpful. I love what a cute shop it is and I appreciate their support of members of our military and their families.
Sip and Send - Thank you. for another amazing gift basket. Every one is always so delighted to receive one of these custom made baskets and thank you for all the work you donate for my favorite charity Holiday 4 Heroes.
Super nice and helpful people. I try not to go to any other post office. Cute gift shop too.
I have been going here for many years and the staff are Amazing, the owner is Amazing if you are looking for unique cards for any occasion you will find it there. They have the best gifts and a post office I give them 5 Stars
Lovely people work there. Nice place also for small gifts, post cards, wooden plaques, jewelry. Oh and of course wine. Im always there sending off pkgs to my grandchildren because they are also a Post Office.
If I ever need a cute gift for someone I always go there . I have gotten so many cute things for me as well.Always get compliments on what ever it maybe .You can go shop and also purchase wine for a gift for friend awesome cards tooJust a nice place to support local 👍🌴🌴🥂
I have been coming here for years. Owner and staff are courteous and the owner especially always greets me with a smile. They are not a packing service but do carry packing supplies (boxes and tape) and Ive packed in the store and then paid for the supplies. They have great unique gifts and she makes up beautiful gift baskets. Great all the way around.
Horrible women with horrible attitudes. I’ll wait in line at the post office in exchange for being treated like a human.
So far one of the best places Ive been to on small business Saturday. Cheese, crackers cookies, wine! Just dropping off a package and I had to stop, look around, and buy something. Everyone was very nice, they had what Ive been looking for, and they are open until 4pm on Saturdays. They also have some items to purchase and/or programs that help soldiers, communities, etc.
I’m taking my 15 weekly Etsy packages to the post office. Unbelievably rude for no good reason.
Incredibly rude. Never getting my business again.
Love, love, love this place! Post office is a pleasure - they always know the most cost effective way for me to ship. Fun too, we dont have post office/wine/cafe/gift shop combos at home - wish we did. Best coffee and morning bun in town. Spoke w/owners last time I was in and theyre doing a Holidays for Heroes event (collecting items for and shipping boxes to our troops overseas). Ill support any business thats giving back!
This is such a great shop Their custom made gift baskets are so beautiful and are always so well received. The Post Office is great and everyone is so friendly and helpful. And at last, lets not forget the great wine Another Hidden Jewel of why Cape Coral is so special.
Amazing service and support, Very helpful staff! The owners are wonderful. They do amazing work and are so supportive of the city and their clients. They go above and beyond to even do monthly Wine, Women, and Wisdom events, as well as yearly Toast to our Troops fundraiser and are involved in the Holiday for Heroes! 5 stars all the way around!
Love the store. Very nice and well kept. Love the combination. Only thing I wish was a little better was the attitude of the employees. Asked a simple question and was treated extremely rudely.
This is a hidden gem. Not only a great gift shop but a fabulous collection of wines & knowledgable, friendly people work there. Now, if that not enough to make you want to visit. They serve breakfast & lunch. Just a couple of tables but so worth the stop. Breakfast, assortment of coffees, teas & smoothies. All gourmet & delicious. Lunch menu includes wonderful sandwiches & quiches. Usually more than 1 to choose from. And to top it off homemade desserts. Today I had broccoli & mushroom quiche with fresh fruit. It was delicious. Stop in you wont be sorry. :)
Only reason I come here is because it’s close to my house. Most of the ladies in there are super rude and look at you like your dumb if you have questions.
People are super friendly and they have great gift baskets. it is always fun to go see their selection and their staff. Dont go stand on line at the Post office. You are missing a wonderful experience at Sip and Send. Now get out there, go!!!
The main lady who I always see there, (I assume she is the owner) is very rude, very short with everybody that walks through the door every time I’m there. Most people mistakenly assume this is a pack and send where they pack your boxes since every other pack and send does. She very shortly tells people that they don’t pack, and cops an attitude the rest of the time. She is very uncourteous about giving you options for shipping your package. if you ask for the cheapest way she looks at you mad, As if you were inconveniencing her by even asking a question. I hate to say I still use this place because they’re right around the corner and the line is shorter than the post office, but this person should not own a business. Absolutely no customer service skills. (The thin blonde lady is very nice though, And is always been very helpful with me picking the right package)
Always an issue. Last time I waited for a couple to come out before I went in because it seemed full, and when I tried to go in they told me I had to wait longer. Doesn’t really make any sense.
Terrible customer service! Just went in to mail back a return pack that had a prepaid label. The lady that greeted me was not friendly and they were going to charge me to put one piece of tape to tape the package up. I have never been charged to tape a package up. I will go to the one by my house because they are much more friendly and they do NOT charge you for tape!
Friendly, knowledgable staff, clean store with unique gift ideas
This place has to be one of the rudest in town, the owner specially, this is not the customer service model people expect from a small family owned business. With the exception of Pat (she is the only one nice in there )The lack of parking on this plaza makes it even less convenient.
The women that work in this store our extremely rude. Today is the last day I ever go in there, this is not just my opinion several people that I have talked with say the same thing.
Wanted so badly to love this place but Ive never gone in once...not once and had an easy experience... its always something...what a shame cuz its so cute...its like they try their hardest to give you grief....ugh...bummed
Awful women.
Theyve always been very kind to me. Ive been going there for all my package, post office,& gift needs for3or4 years. Theres also a notary there😊
Terrible customer service. Recommend skipping this place and just going to the regular post office.
TERRIBLE PLACE. Must better service at the one off Pine Island Rd in the cape, the real post office off Cape Coral Parkway, or the one in Matlache. The man in there is the nastiest person I think I have ever encountered. He will roll his eyes at you if you ask him a question as if you are putting him at a great inconvenience for doing his job (when you come in he will walk away from the desk every time and walk around until you go across to the other desk). WHEN YOU DO GO ACROSS TO THE OTHER DESK the lady with the curly blond hair will get upset with you and roll her eyes if you try to purchase the packaging on that side of the store because then she has to transfer the money to the other register and that is such a great hassle. If you try to explain why you didnt purchase it over there (the nasty man), she will give you her own eye roll and attitude. When on to express how I was dissatisfied to her about him and all she did was give me a nasty look and say, K.Very nasty people who do NOT deserve your business. And packaging is cheaper at the pack and ship store down santa barbara across from Veterans Parkway. DO NOT GO THERE.
Attitude of employees is terrible. I was told not to bring large packages and take them to the main post office. Either your a post office or not. I will not go back.
Very unfriendly.
