Great visit: most thorough and enlightening testing and evaluation I have ever experienced. If you have ever had your hearing tested at other facilities, you will see the difference. This is as professionally staffed as you will ever need. The time taken to explain the results and make recommendations exceeds the invoice, many times over. I received a referral for additional surgical evaluation. That too was very professionally done and while I am not exactly the best candidate for that type of solution, the complete process put my mind a ease. Recommend them to anyone.

I have a hearing problem and that was confirmed in the most thorough and professional hearing test Ive ever had during a recent visit to Chippendale Audiology. I was most impressed that Dr. Chippendale even repeated the initial test to prove to me I was hearing better out of my right ear. Before the test I was convinced my left ear was the good one. There were no high pressure sales pitches, just sound advice and printouts of test results. Will return when Im ready to make the commitment.

I can’t thank enough Dr Chippendale and her staff, my son had an emergency went to the hospital, and my insurance was going to take a few days to Give me an appointment to treat my son of a sudden hearing loss.They call me to make sure my son had a doctor,( I didn’t get any appointment from my insurance) they asked to take him to her office, the saw him (at no charge) run some tests, and right after called her friend-colleague (who is a Audiologist for kids), asked a favor to see my son ASAP. I took my son, got a prescription ( he didn’t charge me a penny either) got my son treated, he gained 90% of his hearing loss back thanks to a prompt treatment. ( my insurance called 3 days after to schedule an appointment)If there is a way to give you 10 stars, I will do it for Dr Chippendale and her wonderful staff. I have had good experiences with Chippendale Audiology. The initial screening to determine what I needed seemed thorough, and the hearing aids provided have been satisfactory. My husband and I decided we did not want to look into the upgrade that was offered; on the other hand, I like being given the opportunity to consider advances in the field. My six- month visit with the assistant was okay, and I understand the need to have an assistant when one is busy. If I had had serious questions I could certainly have sought an appointment or made a phone call.

Dr. Maura started educating me from the moment I stepped into the hearing test area to the time I walked out the door. It was a ear-opening experience and I walked out feeling great. She was genuinely interested in helping me and was so personable! I have used Chippendale Audiology ever since they opened their doors. I am extremely pleased with their hearing aids, and other equipment that is available so I can listen to my phone, TV, theater, etc. through my hearing aids. With the help of their streamer, I pick up almost 100% of TV, movie, and play conversations. I have recommended them to several friends with hearing problems.

Very professional and friendly on all levels, from check-in, testing and consultation. The overall physiology of the ear was explained to me very clearly, and which parts of the ear were causing my problem. The technical aspects of how the hearing aid works were also made very clear. I was fitted with an aid that I could try for a week to evaluate. Unfortunately, this next week will not be a typical week for me so I postponed the evaluation . Ill be back.

Incredible service at Chippendale Audiology Cape Coral. I couldn’t believe that Maura would so much time with my pre-hearing evaluation, the actual hearing evaluation, post-hearing evaluation, in-depth review of various hearing aids and wearing a pair of the very newest hearing aids literally just hitting the market place.I tested these hearing aids for some hour and a half before returning back to the center.Upon my return, Maura had (at my request) a new pair of Oticon hearing aids charging for me. We reviewed the different programs available. All my questions were answered fully.After I was finished with the fitting process I was then escorted to the payment department. Another polite caring lady, Nicki (sp?), who reviewed the programs I decided on.Very relaxed atmosphere the entire visit. I also highly recommended Chippendale Audiology for all.J.M. Thompson

I just needed some testing & warranty repair done on one of my Oticon hearing aids. The tech efficiently & effectively validated my problem, did the repairs and cleared the warranty from Oticon. I was there for less than 1/2 hr and left as good as new.
