Pool pump motor failed and these guys installed a new motor and seals within two days at a fair price. Glad to have their local expertise in town with a store front to actually talk with someone face-to-face these days. Thanks again.

My pump went out for my whole home RO and I was turned to pumps plus to see if they could fix it. They were up front in saying with my particular pump theres a 70% success rate, but after a few days they had it working again. It wouldve been even faster if it hadnt been a holiday and they hadnt had to wait for a part to be shipped in. Overall, great service, and saved me a lot of money and headache. 👍

Failure took a hose reel motor in/2hp to be rewired and a $130 boat lift switch all wired. I got so much BS THAT IT BLEW MY MIND.the point is how much did it really Cost.5x$1,000aday to me.lies or up selling is fraud telling me that the motor manufacturer is out of business, there is no blue print or plate motor# ss#.just trying to keep business in Cape Coral locally my bad.

Very knowledgeable and helpful company. They may specialize in pumps, but they do a lot more like fans, Boat lift motors, compressor motors and well/softener systems and more. I needed help today with parts on an aging irrigation pump system and the owner really took the time to answer all my questions, give advice, and he also had what I needed for parts. I highly recommend giving them a call First for all your motor/pump needs. Great customer service.

My dad went in because my grandma needed a new pool pump. She’s on a very tight budget and the staff really went above and beyond trying to save her as much money as possible. They are incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and kind. My dad is not an entirely tech savvy dude but he really wanted to put a review because he said it was the “best business interaction he’s had in a very long time.” He thought so highly of your business that he gave a valiant attempt at posting his own review. 03/29/2017: I called to get a price on a new pool pump motor, to replace my old one. They quoted me $212.00 plus tax. I told them that I can get the same thing online, free shipping and no tax for $159.00. I asked them if they could do any better than their original price quote and they said, Sorry, good luck to you. and then they hung up!! What a Great LOCAL Business.....NOT!! Good Luck to them!!

I had a century electric motor for my pool pump the motor stopped working I called century and they said it was still under warranty and take it to pinch a penny when I got there I was asked if I bought it from them and I said no they told me that they were a franchise they could not help me. they told me to call the pinch a penny in Cape Coral that it was a corporate store and they also refused to help me beginning to get very frustrated I called the other big pool supplier Leslies they told me over the phone they would order it than I never heard back after the second week and was told that it never got ordered and would not honer the warrantee so I called pumps plus electric motors I took it to them and they said that the would do all they could to either fix it or honor the motor . two hours later I got a call from Jeff he said the motor was replaced with a new motor and I paid $38 for the labor they also sell a lot of pool supplies and have my business for life thank you guys great job

I dropped my pump off for repair in the morning and it was ready to be picked up in the afternoon as promised. The staff was very courteous answering all my questions even suggesting ways to ensure the problem does not reoccur. Price quoted was exactly what was charged.

My pump motor was replaced here, but pump leaked almost immediately. I returned it for further repair. Not lonng thereafter it began to leak again. I took it to Pinch-A-Penny and was advised thee was a retrofit kit from the manufacturer which should prevent further seal failures. Too bad Pumps Plus did not know about the kit.
