Hibbett Sports is always clean and staff are very polite and professional. I just wish they had more shoe choices for women.

Great store! They have tons of items to choose from. Lots of pool supplies! I find things here that I had looked for at other places that were much more affordable!

I ordered some shoes in store and was given a tracking number on the receipt. Two weeks past before I tried tracking the package and the number didn’t even work so I spoke to someone online and they gave me a different tracking number that didn’t work either . I finally got the right tracking number online to find out that it was given to usps but ups after they found that my address wasn’t even put on the package. I went in the store to ask for a refund and they said I would have to go to the post office all the way in Chicago because they didn’t put the address there. The gas there and back is probably worth more than I purchased the worst part is that I this was a gift and the person has been waiting on it for 3 weeks now! Pass her birthday. Very poor customer service!
