Had stopped in to pick up a hand cream that I use yesterday. Out of stock but they got 3 tubes in today. I bought them all. For an item that was on sale and sells well was a little surprised only 3 came on the truck today. Not sure how other items are stocked. This is my routine purchase at SB

I believe they have a new manager as of a few weeks ago. There are also a lot of new workers in there than the last time I was in a month ago. They were very nice, helpful and the store looked great. Hopefully it stays this way. They have been unreliable in the past few months.

The service representative, Autumn, was so so incredibly helpful. She took my concerns to heart and helped me in so many ways. She was very very relatable and kind. Five stars for her

I used to work here so my experience may be biased. i was treated very poorly by my coworkers during my time here and i have not been employed for about a year now. was scared to go in after my horrible experience as an associate there, but one day i just couldn’t find what i was looking for anywhere else. before i had been employed there, i had been spoken to pretty condescendingly by staff who worked there which discouraged me from asking questions. however, the few most recent times i have gone in since the new staff has been employed here, they were SO SO SO nice. so welcoming. had a warm, very inviting energy. i’m so happy to see things have been turned around, and grateful no one will have to experience the negative experiences i dealt with being a customer *and* an associate.

New management and new staff!!! I had started going to Sallys in Harrisburg because of some racist comments made once when I was in this store. Today I decided to stop in anyway due to needing to stay local and Im sooooo glad I did! The 2 young ladies who were in there were absolutely fantastic!!! I spent over an hour in the store and learned about some new products. It felt more like shopping with my girlfriends than employees helping me. They love their job and it shows! Ill be coming back for all of my hair supply needs.

I just went in at 2:00pm on a friday to find the doors locked with no notice on the doors as to why they store is closed. When i look at the hours online it says the store is open. I love sallys but am extremely disapointed with their lack of communication.

Last few times I was there were horrible experiences. Either no employees to be found or employee is chatting and socializing. Rude and very unprofessional! Will never return!
