Staff is always friendly. Depending who is on at the time though they arent always too keen on offering flavor suggestions and while I get that sometimes I just want an opinion.

Very rude owner, he walked away from me after trying to sell me a less than a foot tall water pipe for $90 when I explained you can buy a well known ZOB online for $119 and that’s 3 times the size of his. Lol guess he was offended but so was I. SMH stick to your incense buddy

I don’t like this trend of everyone having or claiming to have their own special strain straight from Malaysia or whatever their particular story is. First of all I have less faith in a product that is sitting in a clear jar with no markings, ingredients etc. Sure a prepackaged bottle of kratom can also be unknown theoretically- but give us the choice! People stop buying this type of kratom and demand prepackaged products from reputable companies. This is not new! This is over a decade on the market now. Stop listening to these bafoons working in head shops telling you how great “their personal” recipe is. Oy vey!!! Don’t come here for kratom period!

From other reviews I’m assuming I dealt with the owner. Absolutely miserable excuse for a human being! The moment I walked in the door he asked “what do you want?” like I was being an inconvenience before I even had a chance to shop. I went in to find a pod system and was fully prepared to make a rather pricey purchase since I needed an all new set up. He was rude and kept giving me nasty looks the entire 5 minutes I was browsing. I walked out without dropping a dime and will never waste my money on such terrible business again.Also, I bought several Puff Plus bars from them about a month ago and they all tasted dirty... like the dust and disgusting odor of the shop permeated into the product.If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would.

However I did come in contact with another guy who works evenings and was he was absolutely informative and very kind. I would highly recommend this store! They have a variety of items and some interesting ones at that.

I was at the store when a man from out of state asked if they had a specific tobacco, the store owner replied no. I suggest that the man simply Google it on his phone to try and find it locally, after he walked out the store clerk began to yell at me in front of my mother and was extremely obscene I hope no one ever goes to that dump to be treated that way in America is a shame go back where you came from you scum.So kindness is a problem for you?? Terrible service! My first time in here, the owner was extreemly rude told us to put our mask on, which we did have on our faces. ( he did not have a mask on at all!) Then continued to be confrontational towards my husband asking him why is he looking at him like that. I asked why he was being so rude? He grabbed our item threw it on the ground and told us to get out of his store! I will never return to this store and I hope he learns how to treat customers with RESPECT! DO NOT USE THIS BUISNESS!

Great store. Friendly and Knowledgeable staff! However, little staff they do have. I usually buy Kratom here. The wait can be outrageously long, for even the smallest item. Make sure youre not in hurry when you come here.**Edit** The last couple of times that Ive been there, I was in and out rather quickly. There seems to be much more staff on hand. Owner has no clue what customer service is or should be. I purchased a kit from him that came with two coils. One of the coils had a short, never worked. When I informed him of this he looked at me and said nothing he could do. Yea, you give me a coil that works you big dummy. It’s not that hard, I’m aware you may take a 52 cent hit but you sold me a faulty item. You lost a loyal customer over this. A shame.

Just bought a pen from them about 4, maybe 5 hours ago and as soon as I open it I charged it for an hour or two and it would not turn on. It was not working and from what I’ve heard I cannot return it so I would recommend not buying anything from this place as I can see they have a high likelihood of selling you something that doesn’t even work from the start.

I usually have good experiences here even though the selection is a bit limited. I had an issue with a defective coil and pod for a smok nord not working correctly and leaking, I brought it back within 10 minutes of purchasing it. The owner just gave me a blank look and said he couldnt take returns or give a refund for the defective product, he suggested I hadnt put the coil in correctly, which was false because Ive been using this vape for months. How was I supposed to know it was defective before I opened the box? Makes no sense. Avoid this place, there are other much higher quality shops who actually care about what kind of service they are providing to their paying customers.

Went there today with a friend, another customer brought back a vape that wasnt working one of the few woman working helped him exchange a working one while the other helped my friend buy some powders for the first time in her life, shaking scared not wanting to go back to illegal powders. The woman at the counter was blunt and to the point but was so good about it my friend was able to relax and now my friend doesnt crave illegal powders. Nothing illegal was purchased here and it never should become illegal.As to the reviews about working somewhere not knowing about the products simple answer is President Donald Trump.

How should I describe my experience here? I think to accurately understand how dissatisfied I am, Ill need to go into extreme detail. Theres absolutely zero respect for people who shop and work here. Let me tell you. Either youre insulted with immediate condescension from the owner, or he tries to pull a Donald Trump on you. Responsibility is the most important part of keeping a shop like this and he has no sense of the word. Dont get me wrong, I enjoy a good toke or two like a good sir. I know a worthwhile shop when I see one. Disgustingly, this shop is no where close to anything I would recommend for anyone. No fun is had here, in my opinion. Often, I will find myself in the shower reminiscing over how I should have replied to the pig-like owner, yet I can never drive myself to actually go back and see his semi retarded face. To think I had such high hopes for this place. High hopes that were dashed, I dare say. I know that the owner may come off as cool, but he cannot be trusted to do anything right. Nothing good can come from shopping here. Go somewhere else, youll get better prices, while also getting better service. Would I ever give this place another chance? Rationally speaking, NO. Obviously I have better places to spend my money and time. No one, in my opinion, should ever treat PAYING CUSTOMERS so poorly. Go somewhere else to do business.

I thought the customer service was iffy the first time but every time I’ve come since has been great; the shop has everything and they never try to coax you into buying more than you came for. Great place great stuff.

They sold me an Ooze pen with a Puff N Bean brand generic charger. No box for the Ooze pen, no box for the charger, and no receipt. My Ooze pen stopped working after 3 weeks, only using it twice a day. I only charged the pen 3 or 4 times since I owned it and I only charged it when the battery was low. I also never overcharged it. I kept an eye on it as it charged.The owner of the shop was extremely rude and defensive when I asked him about my pen and if the generic charger might be why the Ooze pen does not work any more. The Ooze web site states that only Ooze brand chargers should be used with their pens, so why are Puff and Bean employees selling the wrong chargers with the wrong pens?On top of this, the owner proceeded to get agitated, raised his voice at me, etc. all because I was curious as to why my Ooze pen, which has tons of great reviews online, stopped working. I asked him to test my pen and ironically, he tested my pen with an OOZE BRAND CHARGER, NOT THE GENERIC CHARGER HIS EMPLOYEES SOLD ME. Then he literally screamed at me about how I can take the charger if I want and he threw the charger down on the desk and walked away. I asked him why should I take the charger now that my pen is broken because their employees sold me the wrong thing?Then the owner went on to tell me about how they only have a 24 hour return policy. What kind of return policy is that?Unfortunately, now I am doing my research and finding out that many other people have bought bad merchandise from Puff and Bean. You are better off spending your money at other local vape shops or buying your vape peripherals online. Dont go to Puff and Bean unless you like getting ripped off and then screamed at when you are dissatisfied with your purchase.

You can go here for all your Vape needs also cigars and I do know the owner Prides himself for trying to bring in higher quality cigars for his customers and he is a great guy as well. Also if you are a vapor sometimes there may be someone in there that is not very knowledgeable but the prices are fair and quite a bit of products to look through many different vaping flavors and manufacturers also mods tanks and accessories.

Owner is very rude tried to tell me I wasnt getting the right liquid for my vape (ive been getting for about three years) yet had not clue of the type of tank I had when I told him. I was still going to buy it until he got very smart and mouthy with me so I said nevermind and walked out. Not the first time Ive seen him behave this way just the first time personally, Ill stick with my regular vape shop, better prices, more selection and better customer service and totally worth the drive to Mechanicsburg

At least show some semblance of knowledge or interest towards any of the products.Also the glass is poor quality that they buy online from China. Anyone can use the dame websites they use, avoiding the 300-500℅ mark up Puff & Bean slaps on it after it gets here.

As thanks for my high-value purchase, the owner offered me a puff of a premium havana he was keeping in his front pocket. There was no band, so I wasnt able to identify the manufacturer, but it seemed to me to be a disappointingly thin panetela with a mismatched maduro wrapper of poor quality. The draw was terrible. Although the smoke was thick and cool, it was incredibly insipid - and the smoke was finished in an underwhelming 20 seconds!If thats what is considered premium, I wont be returning.

Service was pitiful and prices are mediocre. Go somewhere else, you will save yourself a potential headache and a bit of money.
