The customer service was so bad it made me want to sell my shares in the company! But I won’t…

The in person place is good, but the calls are so unbelievable, I tried to call GameStop today but before I even answered, they hung up on me! This went in for 3 times! The second time the guy picked up and said “Hello”x2 and then hung up.

Prices were cheaper than other stores. Good deals. And the guy working was super friendly and informative.

I love this game stop because of the people who work here. I have been going here for 14 years. Nothing but the best costumer service. Other than the normal trade in stuff. Thay now updated the trade in program.The picture is of a Dark souls lamp.

Staff are pretty chill and laid back. I always leave there with one or two games and still have some money left. Highly recommended place to do some game shopping.

Amazing staff, always willing to help. You can tell the staff play games too as if they can they will talk with you about games and help you find games similar to ones you like. Friendly staff and the store is great and I can usually find the games I want.

If they dont have it and another gamestop does, they will have them send it to this store or whatever one you live close to. Gas savings I always like. Just got the new Modern Warfare game for my son. Was about 5-6th in line. Line went smoothly and fast. Employees are friendly and so helpful when looking for items needed.

The staff here are the best Ive found at a Gamestop. I havent been here recently since Ive moved to Philly, but these guys are the best. I remember picking up my midnight release of RE2 and the GS employee handing out the copies said to a boy in line with his father, Ya ready to go home and kill some zombies?! and the kid was about as excited as I was which in turn made me feel like a kid again, standing in line for a game I couldnt wait to get home and tear into. The staff here always try to save you money and give great gaming advice. Thanks guys. Ill miss this location very much.

Normally I never have any issues with this store. I called in due to covid 19, talked with the guy on the phone about a few games. I decided on a game turns out it was the last one they had. I got home and tried to put it in on my brand new switch and i found out I was sold a defective game

Horrible horrible horrible customer service. You order stuff and then when it comes in they try to charge you full price instead of the sale price of when you ordered it. The practice unlawfully and I will be filing a complaint with the bbb. To say the least I did not purchase anything from them because they are price gouging. They need to be put out of business.

The staff of this place is super nerdy, which makes them easy for me to talk to as a fellow nerd.I have gotten Super Smash Bros for Wii U, Super Smash Bros Ultimate, and Splatoon 2 from this place. Every time, they have offered a one-year warranty for the disc, which I have graciously accepted. The service is excellent, and things are always well stocked. I got Ultimate the day it came out, expecting them to be out, and they had full stock! It is really easy for gamers to fit in at this place!

I love going to This gamestop. Whenever i come in, I usually spend more then i need to but who cares its videogames! The staff here are some of the most nicest people i have ever met that worked in retail. I am always happy to spend money here.

Super pushy....takes 10 minutes to buy a game cause they have to go over a million freakin add ons. I used to like GameStop now people are scared for the jobs and have to up-sell the customer like it’s a used car lot.

The place has virtually anything you need to meet your video game needs. This location is in a smaller store than some but the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Wall is plastered with false advertisement! Dont waist your time like I did.

Great employees, but dont go there much anymore as digital is convienent and has more discounts.

Good prices, but every transaction takes forever. Forever! There people working have great recommendations while you wait though.

Never trusted gamestop never will. Multiple purchases for guaranteed games that work and they didnt. A friend purchased a new console from gamestop and it made an obvious clicking noise when the fan spun unlike actual new consoles. The assosiate accepted the return of the shoddy new console. I went into the store a while ago to purchase a game that was rated M. I showed my friend who was there with me, who was 14 he said yeah that would be fun to play. The assosiate refused to sell me the game because i said that it would be fun to play together with my friend who was 14. He said he wouldnt sell me the game even though I was buying it for myself. I went to Walmart next door and got it for half the price of gamestop.

Would never go there again...i live 30 minutes away and tried to buy a refurbished Xbox..ive returned 4 other times and they still keep giving me useless products or the wrong products..save yourself the headache and money and get it off amazon.

They ordered me a replacement for a game that wasnt working. They told me it would take a week for it to be shipped from another store and its been about three years. I think theyve forgotten about it, which seems to me that they may not care much for their customers.
