Best cycle/scooter shop in the region! Bill is a great mechanic, and the shop has a warm friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended!

I called in to inquire about getting my motorcycle fixed and was quickly brushed off by the woman who answered the phone. She said she had no idea what it would cost and that they dont have time to do anything but tires and oil changes. We have taken one of our other bikes there before and the work was done but the same woman was very rude when speaking to my us on the phone. Other time when we have called she takes messages and then never calls us back. Basically I will travel furthur and even pay more just to not have to deal with her.

Not only does Bill and family do a fantastic job in the shop, but he also puts up with me peppering him with questions about little problems with my scooter so I can fix them myself if I feel comfortable. More than once hes all but talked me through a procedure. I live in Baltimore and gladly make the hike up to Carlisle anytime the bike needs work on it that Im not comfortable doing myself.

Very knowledgeable! Can get what you might want. They love the fun of riding and want you to love it as well.

The only place that I can find that has parts for my sisters sym scooter with the fact that the staff are friendly & helpful!

Ive been trying to contact this store about fixing my scooter for weeks now left multiple messages and never got a call not once. I wanna really try this store out but if they cant offered to call me back I will just keep going to the one I go to now in Middletown pa.

Rode 2 1/2 hrs to Carlisle because of the reputation of this shop.Had come here previously for oil change and installation of exhaust system. ( simple procedures). After the exhaust install, they broke my Givi windshield while loading the bike on my truck. (dropped bike) Accidents happen, so I did not think the worst of it and they replaced the windshield( another 2 1/2 hr trip $$). I decided to purchase tires from them. I purchased Pirelli tires as they were the only ones with steel belts at my tire size. I rode up to Carlisle (another 2/12/ hrs $$) and they installed the tires. The rear tire leaked from day 1. I then returned up to Carlisle(another trip $$ !!) and he remounted the tire. It still leaked. I returned once more($$) when he sold me another tire($$ full price!) to replace the leaky one and returned the faulty tire to Pirelli for adjustment/refund. The new tire leaked on my trip to Albany, NY. I was not able to participate in the event. I had to rent a truck, to transport the bike home, ($$)then have the tire remounted locally.($$)( after which it no longer leaked!!!) Its been almost 7 months and I still have not received my refund or tire! They are nice people, but I would NOT recommend getting tires from them at this point.

A great family owned shop to get your scooter or motorcycle repairs.

Only place i take my 2 wheeled vehicles! if i am looking for gear or accessories, they have them. if i am looking for somethimg specific and its not in stock, they can order it and it usually arrives within a week. would not think of taking my bikes anywhere else.

Bill just hooked us up for a SYMBA bench seat, a very hard commodity to find and thanks to him and especially a thank you to CHEEKY SEATS for the referral! Everyone on this venture ROCKED!
