Even though he established early on that my car wasnt worth taking in to him, i told described the damage to him and he kept talking to me for a good 20 minutes helping me estimate what I could salvage it for and how to find yards. Super service! Troy was very attentive to my needs and walked me through the entire process when I had to have repairs done. He put me at ease right away. Should I ever need body work for my car again, I will go back to Tag Collision. I feel they are honest and accommodating. Trip definitely went above my expectations.

All I wanted was a rocker panel painted with ford OEM paint. I was told the paint would have to be matched, and that factory paint wouldnt work which is BS. This shop cant even handle a simple part painted with factory paint, not even installed, no body work, JUST PAINT A PANEL. nope cant do it.
