Parts department cant seem to find simple parts. Service department overcharges for simple repairs. Take today, for example, took the truck in to repair a valve stem. Took two hours and fifty-one dollars later finally rolled out. Would have used Walmart to fix it and saved twenty dollars but they were extremely too busy and needed it done in a hurry.
