Horrible service. Will steal from your pockets at any opportunity. And if you actually have a problem with your car, please count on these baboons to not be able to replicate the issue. Bob baker service employees are those types of people that gets scared of work. I hope their salaries reflect their efforts :) I’m sure they do.
Ive been going here for at least 5 year now. I wouldnt have anyone else work on my mazda. Everyone you talk to is incredibly professional! They usually get everything done pretty quickly!

Was told that with an appointment it would still take 7 hour to complete a recalled part because recalls are not priority. On the phone making the appointment they told me it would take at the most 2 hrs. Lies everywhere go to Escondido mazda much more helpful
Jesse Herrera was my service advisor when I brought my CX9 in for a creaking noise under the drives side. He immediately called a mexhanic to test drive the vehicle so he can hear the noise. Jesse arranged a loaner car for me to use for the day and kept me informed of its progress. I didnt get my vehicle back until the next day but i didnt mind as I have a brand new loaner vehicle to use. This is quite a really good experience for me, and Jesse really knows customer service. Also the best part was that my vehicle was repaired like it should. Kudos to Bernard the mechanic and Jesse. Theyre an asset to Bob Baker Mazda. Nice work guys.!!!
