Staff was very friendly. Store is well organized and prices and sales are labeled. They did have some limited edition items, but in general they have many pots, pans, baking items and etc...

Great service, and friendly staff. On a whim, I dropped-in, not needing their signature enamel cookware, but rather, an odd kitchen gadget Id had no luck finding locally... A simple old gravy fat skimmer. Most clerks dont even know what Im talking about when I ask.The guy here did, and said, Sure we do!I was so delighted, and the woman next to me said, Ive been looking for one for a long time, too. Do you have a second? He did, and she left as happy as I did.

Just called to get my wife a gift card over the phone and without even finishing my sentence, the clerk said, “mmm no.” Poor customer service.

This is absolutely the place you want to go to for the highest quality cookware. Their triple stainless steel fry pan is the absolute best Ive ever used.

Large beautiful store, knowledgeable friendly staff and you may even find bread baking, filling the shop with that wonderful freshly baked bread aroma, like I did. YUMMY.... I love this store! I went for the first time last weekend to buy my boyfriend a Christmas gift. I will admit, I was a little intimidated at first because the store is so beautiful and I didn’t want to touch/break anything lol. But Cynthia and her teammates made me feel so comfortable that I ended up buying more than I had anticipated!All in all, the staff and my experience was great and my boyfriend won’t cook in anything else besides his Le Creuset braiser!
