Despite it being extremely busy and crowded when I went - the staff immediately engaged us to see if we needed anything. They retrieved the item we were looking for in under a minute & followed up with us a few minutes later to make sure the size worked out. I observed all of the staff being extremely friendly while helping out others.

Good selection of shoes but I wish more stores would carry extra sizes of the popular styles. The store worker was courteous & helpful.

Sales associates are extremely knowledgeable about their products and very friendly to work with.

When we walked in 15 minutes before closing the person working (Im assuming the manager) stared at us, looked at their watch, stared at us again and then greeted us crankily.... I know what that means. I work in retail too. The whole 10 minutes I was there trying on shoes they stood hovering over me. I needed to exchange a pair of shoes and I found two pairs I liked. My total should have been like $15 more than what I was bringing back because I had a coupon. They argued with me that their way was better... I just wanted to get out of there so I agreed.... They tried to charge me full price for my second pair even though they were buy one get one half off... I just left. Worth it to drive to San clemente or San Ysidro

DO NOT PAY WITH CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD, I WAS CHARGED FOR AN ITEM TWICE, I WENT IN WITH PROOF FROM BANK THAT I WAS CHARGED TWICE FOR THE SAME ITEM, ONLY TO BE TOLD THEY COULD NOT REFUND ME MY MONEY THEY TOOK! THEY DO NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY ON THE SPOT, THEY SEND AN E-MAIL TO CORPORATE THAT TAKES 30 DAYS. STAFF IS GREAT, IT IS WRONG FOR THIS COMPANY TO LEAVE THIS BURDEN ON THEIR SALES TEAM, NOT TO BE ABLE TO SERVICE THEIR CUSTOMERS WHEN SOMETHING LIKE THIS HAPPENS. I WAS TOLD BY THE GIRLS, IT HAPPENS ALL THE TIME AND SOME HIGH DOLLAR AMOUNTS. LUCKILY I HAVE THE FUNDS AND WONT BE IN A BAD SPOT.
