I needed to regretfully return some shoes via UPS 😩 and the whole process took a minute or so. Pretty painless aside from the letting go of the shoes part 🤔

From all the reviews I’ve read, this business must have changed owners/and or most or all employees. Went in to have a paper notarized and these people showed they have no clue as to how to discreetly handle a business transaction. Also during this time when things have been so crazy with the pandemic lockdown and all, I should think some people would be more willing to extend a helping hand instead of being so quick to say, Nope, can’t do that! For heaven’s sake, Ms. Pac N Send counter help...it is just a notary seal...not the key to Fort Knox! This business does not care or have compassion for their customers at a time when it could be most needed. Will never go there again.

We use this place because a lot of our packages have been stolen off our porch. The price of a mail stop here is very good. The service is friendly. They have good security and tracking with our packages also. We are very happy with this service.

I wish that they had some weekend hours now that all mail carriers deliver on weekends, even just a couple hours on a Saturday afternoon. But overall very pleased with the service.

Friendly but dont know their own policies. I was told I would get a refund if I paid for a year but had to move early. Well we moved early and went to close the box and get a refund and now I am being told they dont do refunds.

Ive taken items in that I could not find packaging for and theyve always done an outstanding job packing and shipping for me. If Im not able to get a tracking number right away, I can always call later and get it from them by the information of to and from.
